I’m one in a million who had a bad control switch for my automatic running boards. Nobody ever heard of it. But the greatest service center in Alabama at Toyota of Dothan researched the problem found the solution ordered the part THEN scheduled my appointment so I didn’t have to go back. Nikki and Scott showcase a great team of professionals that brings you into the family and takes care of you. I drive past a Toyota dealer in Enterprise to buy my cars and have all my service work done by Nikki and the boys.

Sold us a lemon- pressured us into getting an extended warranty, ended up buying it. We bought the SUV in April now the motor is no good due to a water leak. Warranty would not cover the $6k for a new motor because Toyota said it was our fault when it was not . There was no indication of the car running hot- we even took it to get serviced a couple of days before the motor went out and they said nothing about it running hot. Our salesman was cool. Customer Service in the service department is terrible. I promise we will be in contact so soon.
I would like to give a very heartfelt thanks and much gratitude to a Toyota employee named Matthew.I had stopped at the FastStop Service Station tonight to get gas (across from Bojangles). Upon getting back in my car, it wouldnt start. The battery was dead!!! I was trying to get it started to no avail when a young gentleman and his wife pulled up next to me. He asked if I needed help? To make a long story short, he went back to his place of employment and got a charger, hooked it up and got me on my way even before he got what he wanted from the station. He was a true knight in shining armour!!! Thanks again Matthew for all your help and to your wife as well!!!
Worst place to get your car serviced at. They don’t take you serious. I took my car to them to get an oil change and check out a noise it was making. They told me I needed to replace the alternator and water pump. Few minutes after I picked it up, my car shut off while I was driving it. Keep in mind that has NEVER happened before. Never had any issues with starting up the car or having the car turn off while driving. I called them and they said I was told it wasn’t safe to drive which was a lie, I was never told that. They also said they never worked on my car and that they only put engine oil in it. So what were they doing with my car for 6 hours if they weren’t working on it?? I got someone to look at it and one of the connections to the alternator was unhooked. Once everything got hooked up the correct way, the car started working fine. Haven’t had my car shut off again since and it’s been running fine. They will try to get over on you and get your money. They’ve always done that. And their customer service is to just plain awful. Zero stars. Would NOT recommend!!!
The person I dealt with whos name I will not disclose was awful!!! He promised me so many things but never followed through! All he did was have my car dropped off at my door and then received a high commission. He didnt walk me through anything as to how to work the Apple Car Play or let me know that my car even had an automatic start which I asked him about and he said no. It does!!!! There are a lot of other things he did as well that was wrong and careless! I was very disappointed in my experience!!! There is a lady that came to the rescue thank God! She was great! Thats the only reason I am giving this place a 2 instead of a 1!

DO NOT BUY SUPER WHITE. I bought three vehicles between my wife and I here. One 2017 Super White Limited Tacoma 4x4. My wife has had two highlanders. Recently I noticed an issue with paint on my hood, tailgate and the paint at the bottom of the body where you step into the truck. They told me they would cover the hood only. That something popped up while I was driving and hit the very top of the tailgate in two separate spots that look exactly alike and just like the mark on the hood. I bought an extended warranty no one wants to talk about. I also told my mother and sister to purchase here. One got a Corolla and the other a Camry. Everything else was great up until this issue. Google Toyota super white paint and see what comes up. Pretty much every model but tacoma and it looks just like mine. Toyota has lost an entire family of drivers.
DO NOT buy a car from this place! I bought a car that had to be jumped off to be test driven, I looked over that but I haven’t had my car but for like a month and I have a bad battery. I also made a deal with the sales person that if I bought the car the scratches on the door would be fixed and I cannot get ahold of the person to fix it. They just want to make a sale! It’s frustrating!!

Bought a car from this dealership. Incredibly frustrating to communicate and work with. It took the dealership 4 months to send my title to the state. Once the state released the title I found out that they incorrectly titled it which took effort and money to solve. Both the salesman, Caleb Long, and the finance department were completely inexperienced and difficult to communicate with. Definitely wouldnt recommend!

I bought my lexus ls460l for service. On light bubs.was not working in toyota told me a lil over 1200. To fix so I said yes ... Then after work was done they charged me 1375. And my lheadlights still not working. So what did I pay for.????? 1375. Lexus ls460l
Amazing customer service. No shady $999 dealer fee. Just the normal document fee. Got the same quality used car for about $4000 less than the ones I was looking at on Carvana. They provided out the door prices including all fees via email. Very easy to do business with. I would recommend to everyone.

This is the worst dealership by far I have ever Dealt with. They do not hold true to there word on deals. If someone come along and offer them 5 dollars More than you before you get there to pick up it up. They will sell it out from under you. They are 1 way and only look out for there self. I would not recommend them to anyone! Upper management is the problem greedy bunch!

This was an out of state cash purchase. Ed Lewis was my sales person and Paul Scarborough the sale manager and Andy Garcia the finance person. First Ed was very, helpful I found the car on the internet, the listing was new and there no pictures with the listing. I happen to get Ed on the phone and explained the situation and he started sending me pictures within five minutes and I was receiving pictures for about the next half hour. Satisfied with the pictures, Ed helped me schedule a time the auto inspector could look at the car everything went great. When Paul, Ed and I came to an agreement on price. When I found out where Dothan was and it was very difficult to get there from where I was. I told Paul I was having logistical problems getting to Dothan Paul said get somewhat close and they would come get me. Which was above and beyond and very appreciated. When it came time to finish the paper work on the car and wire transfer the rest of the money my credit union was not doing what we had discussed to complete this transaction and was making more red tape for me and the dealership. I was frustrated with the credit union but Andy and Ed remained cool helped me fill out the additional paper work to finish our transaction. Dothan Toyota Paul, Ed and Andy were helpful more than they know. I rate this as the number 1 dealer experience I have had. Thanks again guys.
Great service department, however as far as purchasing goes wasnt the most pleasant experience. First they wouldnt discuss price of the car, focused on monthly payments. For me its how competitive a car lot is, for them they are not. Ended up paying thousands more for a van from them. Second the salesperson couldnt even discuss pricing ect, was the manager and made for a long drawn out experience just to simply buy a car. They wasted a whole day of my time so just bought the van and left. In the end I dont plan to purchase another car here, but there service department is superb.

I call up there to get a remote start for my 2014 4runner. I’m given two prices. One for the parts and another installed. I say that the install is a little steep and it should be a plug and play system I’ll just install it myself. He agrees sells me just the parts. Come to find out after installing I get to the last page of install and I have to plug it in to a techstream computer and turn remote start on. I mean just imagine how your blood would boil at this point knowing that three different associates have now spoke with you and all know I plan to install it myself and not one has mentioned that this is not a do it yourself install and you will need to have it activated at Toyota. So I call up to have this issue corrected and the shop foreman has the audacity To tell me it’s going to be 60 dollars to activate. So you mean to tell me half the price of what I was quoted to install is the final step where you plug it in. If these things were mentioned at any other point in this transaction I’d have never left and had it installed there. I understand the problem with dealerships like everyone else. The prices are outrageous because you have 14 people who do very little who need to get paid off every labor hour one tech produces and Vice versa with sales. But the benefits to overcharging and having employees who generate zero revenue you’re supposed to have the decision makers who recognize when an employee did wrong, “by not mentioning something in my case” and making it right and using it as a teaching tool. Instead I’ll just be making sure I go out of my way to avoid this store. I’ll drive to Montgomery for service before I ever step foot in this place again and to others I say Think twice before making a purchase from this Toyota because they will not own up to their mistakes.
Caleb and Cliff were the absolute best! They helped me get out of my Jeep I just purchased 4 months ago and into a more fuel efficient 2018 rav4. This was my first new vehicle and i could not be happier. Not to mention they did all of this with my toddler hanging out too! They were so patient and so great. This dealership will take your information and continuously run your credit for the next two weeks after you turn them down because of a bad offer. Upon questioning them, they become very rude and sarcastic. I recommend avoiding this dealership completely but especially salesman Ed and Paul in finance.

My wife and I are from out of Town. We were looking to replace our “T-Boned” SR5. We did our car shopping on the Internet for a Toyota 4-Runner, eventually we arrived at Toyota of Dothan Web Site. We made our decision, pushed the “button” and received an immediate email from Mr. Michael Ziegler. After several Text messages and phone conversations, we made a trip to view the entire 4-Ruuner inventory, we finally settled on a Gray Premium. Went home, did more research and more comparisons. We finally settled on a Nautical Blue 4-Runner Limited, 2WD. Michael did not have that color in his inventory, but he quickly found one. It is beautiful! During the paperwork “drill” Mr. Ziegler showed us around the Dealership, met several people, interesting Dealership. Mr. Ziegler set up our phone and Navigation system and briefed us some of the new features/functions. We were fully prepared to safely leave the Lot. Mr. Ziegler was very patient with us. Mr. Ziegler is very knowledgeable, Professional and courteous. Yes, we would highly recommend Toyota of Dothan, especially Mr. Michael Ziegler. He is an excellent asset for Toyota of Dothan or any other organization. The trip home was pleasant and of course the performance was excellent. Must say, I do miss my V-8!!!

One of the worst dealership you can possibly go to. Me and my friends from Dothan. bought 7 cars in 3 years. But won’t be going there again. Their service department is even worst. Just to see how much they scam me on my Toyota I had my car AC system pre checked for leak with die and it was gasket leak. Under warranty fix. They told me it was condenser punctured with hole and would cost me over 1k. FYI new condenser cost 150$ and labor would be 150 to 300. That my car did not needed from start. SCAM STAY AWAY!

Any time I call to speak to anyone apparently everyone is “busy”. You cannot be that busy at a car dealership. Also, they say they fix cars but my car is 2 years old and it is leaking water in 3 different places. Took it to Toyota of Dothan and they said they fixed it and still leaking. I live over a hour away so kind of inconvenient to keep going their to get it fixed.

We were in need of a second car and bigger car for our growing family. With a tight budget and high expectations finding the perfect car would be no easy task. We kept the place open two hours after close the first night. The second night we showed up and were interested in a completed different car. Everybody was so understanding in regards to what we wanted, our budget and what we were going through. Donnie Redden was our sales associate and found us the most amazing used RAV4 we could have asked for!! We went back a few days later to have the car serviced. That day I went back by myself with my son and was helped by Cameron. He couldnt have been any more helpful and was really helpful with my two year old son. All around a great business that cares about their customers!

Not a very professional sales staff. Act if you may be stupid. Tried to offer $3,000 less for my trade in then any other place I had shopped and would not budge on price of their vehicle.After telling them no way I would even consider anything close to the deal they offered and told them I was ready to leave, they had to find my keys.Would not recommend this delearship to anyone !
It was a wonderful exlerience as it always is, as Im a repeat customer. Josh Hernandez was extremely helpful. He showed us the car, helped with the paperwork, went outside to show us exactly how everything works. He was very professional and very knowledgeable of the functions of everything in our 2017 Camry.

Professional staff respectful, and courteous. Salesman listened to my wants and guided me to several vehicles that met my goals. The salesman worked with me through to the last step.. Salesmen was not pushy like others, and upon my return other staff was respectful and did not try and stear me away from the original sales person.
This is by far the best Toyota Dealership around. They take care of their customers beyond belief. I have purchased seven cars from them over the past 14 years. Customer service is always great.
Weve had our 2017 Highlander for over seven months now. This vehicle is awesome! While searching the half a dozen dealerships within 100 miles of us we came across one we liked online at Toyota of Dothan. Unfortunately the pictures of the interior were not available. After placing a call Caleb confirmed the one we were interested in did indeed have seating for eight and encouraged us to come look at it. After getting off the phone a wasnt so sure if this guy was just telling us what we wanted to hear to get us to the lot. Its not like Dothan is just right around the corner from Crestview either. A few minutes later to our surprise Caleb text messages me several pictures of the vehicle confirming the seven seats. Great customer service! Great vehicle! Thank you Caleb!

This is the third vehicle that we have purchased from Toyota of Dothan. Josh is a very knowledgeable and low pressure salesman. He allows plenty of time on the test drive and makes sure that you use all of the features that are important to you. We will surely do business again.
They ran my credit under the guise that it was just to look at it. Thats what I was told anyway. After specifically asking that question, I was told that it wouldnt affect my credit to look, that was a lie. They ran it 4 times, without me signing anything. I will never go to that place again and will tell everyone I know not to go there. I went to another dealership and bought a car the next day and got a better deal than anything they offered. Very unprofessional to lie to your face like that.

This was my 19 yr.old sons first vehicle. He has always wanted a Tacoma because his cousins who owns them highly recommended the Tacoma. He has saved up since he was 12 yrs old to buy one and the dealers were very helpful in everything when he made his purchase. I myself liked all the safety features that I not too worried about him when he is on the road. My husband will probably purchase one when his truck is ready to be traded in to use for driving around the farm.
Not a good experience from this place. I bought a car from this place once, but I will never buy from people that lie, like they do here, again. They will straight up lie to your face here. If you like to be low balled on your trade in, mislead and misinformed about any and everything, then this is the place for you. The goal of the sales team here is to give you the worst possible deal they can, in other words, they are all about cheating you any way they can. Worst experience I ever had from a dealership.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Toyota of Dothan despite being slightly stressed about having to purchase a new vehicle. Furthermore, Mr. Edward Lewis made purchasing a new vehicle a pleasure! He was very informative, professional, and kind. He assisted me in narrowing down the selection based on my budget and needs. With his help, I was able to settle on MY Toyota Prius! I took the car for a test drive, and Mr. Lewis informed me of all the details on the car. My son was purchasing the car for me, so I was extremely uneasy when the time came to make the final decision. Mr. Lewis and other Toyota personnel were understanding of my situation as a mother and allowed me leave the dealership to collect myself. I was impressed that everyone was so accommodating. Once my son and I returned, we concluded the paperwork, and I left on my new car! Overall, I had a wonderful experience!
