This is by far the best Big Chain Pharmacy in or around Dothan. The night manager and employees are extremely kind, helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond and you dont get that hardly anywhere these days so I wanted to leave a review to show my appreciation! Thank you guys for being so kind in a world of unkind🥰

My husband and had went in for our Covid Vaccine and Brandon made me feel very comfortable I am very scared of needles I did not even feel it when he gave me the shot and he was very friendly Thank you so much Brandon!!!

Sloooow, it takes days for my prescription to be processed. Something has happened to this pharmacy (Brannon stand west main) in the last few months, it has been my preferred pharmacy for many years but now there is a serious decline in service. I will change pharmacies because of this. Consider using another location if you want prompt service.

The pharmacy used to be the best. Now they don’t answer the phone and don’t have prescriptions ready in a reasonable amount of time, even when they’ve sent a text saying they’re ready. Waits on common pharmaceuticals.

The last 3 times I have came to pick up my prescriptions I waited in line for over 45 minutes to an hour! Extremely understaffed and in organized! It is ridiculous, it doesn’t matter if you go inside or drive up you will wait!! The automatic refill system doesn’t work either. If I don’t call directly my prescription is not being refilled as the automatic system is supposed to do. I will be looking for a new pharmacy!

All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Always have a great experience at this location. The best one in our city!

I give 2 stars because the staff is so kind and overworked. It doesnt matter when I go- day, night, weekend, weekday, morning, afternoon, near closing- I rarely get out before 45 minutes. I have had to wait as long as 2 hours (so I leave and come back). The phone rings off the hook. People sit in the drive through, the waiting area, in line. I pick this stuff up for a relative. Im trying to get him to change his pharmacy. As I type this Ive sat here over an hour...

Store is clean and well organized. Wait times for prescriptions to be filled can be a little long if you dont have an errand to run in between. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Great rewards program if you shop there frequently.

I just waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru for a simple antibiotic. It was called in by my physician 6 hours before I picked up. I was notified of this by CVS via text and was told it was ready. I would gladly have gone in but was wedged in between 2 cars. This is not good business. If you don’t have enough employees to handle things, hire more.

I have been calling every CVS in Dothan for 2 days and cant get answers! Finally this young lady answers the ph in pharmacy and she took the time to answer all of my questions going above and beyond to call the very last pharmacy that may have the prescription I am looking for on her personal cell phone (hope this doesnt get her in trouble)- and I can hear the call going on. She hung up w me and calls me back from her personal phone to tell me that pharmacy does not have it either. Tina, THANK you so much for being a great help in a time of desperation! CVS in Dothan has been an example of corporate chain outlets that have poor communication between its locations, doctor’s offices and customers. The amount of error I have experienced At this CVS and is inexcusable. The staff at the CVS on 84/Brannon Stand are never customer focused and always (literally) playing catch up with long lines of customers. I have been a CVS customer for more than 8 years, and today I am finally reaching out to locally owned pharmacies.

Since Ive been in the drive thru for 25 minutes, I have plenty of time to write a review. Guess this speaks for itself. CVS, hire some help in your pharmacy!!!

These poor employees have to listen to that robot call over the intercom non stop. They have way too much work and obviously no access to get simple medications filled. CVS should be ashamed of how they equip their staff. I can normally get my usual pharmacy to fill my prescriptions within 24-48 hours and they didn’t have my NEEDED medications for days. I went there thinking they might be quicker and was terribly wrong. NOT THE FAULT OF THE STAFF THEY WERE AWESOME. The system kept giving them false information.

None answers the phone in the pharmacy anymore. I called three days last week, one day four different times, another, three times and today, twice so far, and NOONE answers!! How can you run a business this way???

I have shopped at this pharmacy for 5 years and its been great....until a few months ago. It has taken hours to days to have my rx filled. Amoxil called in at 1030am. Went to get it at 4pm and it was not done. Took them 38 minutes per my son. Has happened several orher times. Changed from lisinopril to norvasc and took 3, again i say 3 days to have it filled.UNACCEPTABLE

I wish there was an option for no stars for this place! We went to the pharmacy on the way home from my sons doctors appt around 12:30pm and they said they would get his prescription ready so we went back at 4:15pm and the prescription was STILL not ready it is now 6:05pm and we just now got home which is 5 minutes from our house. NEVER GO TO THIS PHARMACY UNLESS YOU PLAN ON WAITING FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR!!! We will not be going back to this pharmacy ever again!!!

The service is a bit slow, especially at drive-thru pick up. Staff is great.

Ive never had an issue getting my medications. And the staff has always been welcoming and helpful. I even need special assistance from time to time since I use a cane. They have always helped me find what I need and carry it for me of nessasary.

Same as Walgreens cant fill scripts 100% give you what they want .

This is the most unprofessional cvs I’ve ever been to. This location should be closed down. They don’t deserve a star they deserve a 👎🏽. Never in my adult years have any other cvs told me how behind they were or referred me to go filled my prescriptions at walgreens or Wal-Mart.

They have one woman if I get her name oh believe me I will Share, she is on a power trip and loves talking down to us lowly people whom do not have sociopathic tendencies and actually do care for people. Ugghhh witches on their brooms!!! Ill get you my pretty AND ALL YOUR MONEY TOO! MWAHAHA. Never trolled before now, not proud of myself....

The young lady that was behind the pharmacy desk had an attitude and was very rude. I asked her a question and all she could do was give a rude attitude instead of helping me out
