The restrooms were not clean nor were they tended to but the showers were very clean so I take it different people cleaned both. Im a truck driver and I appreciate clean restrooms and showers after a long day of work.

Nice, clean place to get sodas, snack and fill your gas tank.

Pulled into pump 18 and noticed sign on pump stating the key pad is not working to please come inside. I go inside and give the cashier my information to get fuel at pump 18. Go back outside to fuel and the display is stating to remove nozzle (which I already had). So I go back inside and inform the cashier pump 18 is not working and I ask her to cancel my transaction so I can move to another pump. I go and pull into pump 22 swipe my card. The driver side pump did not work. The passenger side pump did work so I filled up that side. I go back into the store and ask to see the manager. I walked out to pump 22 to show the manager that this side (driver side) was not working. So now again I move to another pump since I still need to to fill my driver’s side and my reefer.So after it was all said and done, I had to pull into three different pumps. This is not the first time I had experienced this type of pump situation at Flying J’s/Pilot.The reason I gave one star is because the staff was very friendly when I informed them of the issues.

Worst flying j we have ever visited. First of all, there were several damaged pumps, tamper evident sticker were broken and sketchy. They put a $151 hold for $30 worth of gas! Even Buc-ees only does $1 holds. There was also way too much traffic and not enough pumps. And we were there at ten am! Trash cans out by pumps were all overfilled with trash so much that there was litter on the ground. I understand one being like that, but all of them? That’s just disgusting. The tea pitchers that are supposed to filter were not working properly and one tea had bad foam with mold. The men’s restroom was disgusting. I didn’t even purchase anything besides gas it was so bad. I got out of there. Do not recommend. Keep driving.

Great place to gas up and get good food.

This place is a joke. Maybe good for locals but OTR drivers are overlooked as they wait on locals people.NOT A TRUCK STOP really.Long lines with only 1 cashier and other people hanging out in the back office.The only thing good is the guy that they have cleaning the showers. They are cleanBut again only warm waterWhy is it the Flying J can’t get hot water to the showers?

This location is actually where the Greyhound bus will pick you up for your journey. It has an eatery and other amenities as well.

Stopped for a quick shower and go on 10 Nov 2020. In my 29 years of OTR trucking I have never ever had a more “hospital clean” shower room (shower #2). Everything and I mean everything was dust free and dirt free and sanitized. And they had a bottle of water sitting on the nicely folded towels. Kudos to the person on shower duty that afternoon cuz it was perfect. Thanx Flying J...you are the epitome of what all J’s should be like.

I dont normally write reviews about fuel stations. However, this one is better than most others, so wanted to point it out.It is well laid out. Even though it is almost always very busy, the flow is pretty good, so it doesnt seem like a madhouse! There is normally enough room to park. The selection of food is very good as is the number of different types of drinks, snacks, and stuff.The staff does a good job of keeping the place clean and the restrooms stocked. The cashiers are always nice and helpful.After a long drive, this seems like a little oasis. We have changed our travel routes to make sure we use this Flying J, whenever we can.

Traveling in the RV. Easy to get gas, propane. $10 to use the dump station. Great gas prices and very clean! Highly recommend for RV travelers.

I come here to go and drop off my friend and pick up my friend at the bus station. It is conveniently located and i love that it has a dennys inside of it to make people feel more comfortable with there travels. This is the perfect all in one place.

My husband and I and our third oldest daughter stopped in to get a fountain drink and 2 chef salads. I have been in there at other times and the cashier was awesome but the cashier today seemed to have a bit of a snappy attitude. I gave FLYING J 5 stars because maybe she was having a bad day.

Cleanliness around the food bar an coffee pots could be better. Amazing what a broom an mop can do for a floor sometimes. And restrooms, well lets say be glad they have some across the street.

Was kinda, miss leading on fountain drinks, showed a price lower than charged, said was price with flying J card, told us it posted on sign . Sign so small needed a magnify glass to read. Plus was never ask if we had a card, or even mentioned giving us one . Poor service in my book. I think l will keep shopping LOVES truck stops, learned my lesson.😭😤

Great price for gas. Staff tries hard to keep area clean for customers but sometimes there is so many customers it is tough keeping up with the mess. Products are good. Ice Tea has good flavor which tells me the canister is cleaned out. Flying J still uses styrofoam for cups which is great for those travelling long distances. Ice stays longer and drink is cold longer.

I only give a 2 due to friendly staff BUT the restroom was not clean at all. For this to be a travel center there should definitely be upkeep in cleanliness. The store area can use some upkeep as well.

Typical truck stop.. Food at Dennys is not so good... Some Dennys are pretty good but not this one. Staff was wonderful but the cook needs training.

Todays visit was very good we saw our favorite employee Toshiba and as always she has that outstanding costumer appreciation. This is a designed stop for us wherever were going to Florida. Great job!!!

It is an excellent place, to make a technical stop. After Traveling More than 9 hours, The Flying J. Travel Center is a place of pleasure that satisfied all the needs of Gas ⛽️ to Food 🥘.

Service was good. 5 stars? It is only one of three places (chain stores) that I can get, non-dog treat beef jerky. Im taking about the good old hard stuff, that lasts forever. Thank you

This is the dirtiest truck stop I’ve ever been too. Shame on you Flying J!!!!! Absolutely no pride and no respect for the truck drivers that come to your truck stop to shower, do laundry and rest. The bathrooms are so nasty and none of the floors in the entire store look like they have mopped in years. A complete disgrace!!!!!

As a motorcoach Operator it is always a blessing when you can pull in with passengers and receive AWESOME customer service, a variety of food/snack/beverage choices. Did I mention hot coffee always ready. STAFF AWESOME!!!!!! Clean bathrooms and so is the store. Flying J has a Dennys restaurant and Greyhound station attached. By the way go by say hi to Judy!

Decent price on gas, but skip anything from the drink cooler. Stopped on two different occasions and the drinks are barely cool. By the time I get 2-3 minutes down the road the drinks were already warm.

Typically the cheapest gas you will find between Florida and Columbus. The restrooms are some of the cleanest on that stretch of road as well.

I stopped here in my motorhome twice, going and coming. The RV lanes were easily accessible and the RV parking was big and convenient. I ate dinner twice at the Dennys and it was pretty good. It was a good place to fuel, eat, and get some sleep.

It has alot of what youd need. Perfect rest stop. Showers,food,hot food, bathrooms, All around great place cashier was exceptional at her job

Driving a truck across country I stop at alot of Flying J and Pilot truck stops and this one is by far the best I have stopped at in a long time. Driver showers are clean and actually big enough to shower comfortably in. Great truck stop!!!

We were on a Greyhound bus last night and the bus broke down. we were stranded for 2 and 1/2 hours so while I was waiting on the other bus to come, I figured Id go get some food. Everything in the store seemed marked up in price so I figured two hot dogs for $3 was a good value. I came down with diarrhea today and started throwing up about 5 hours ago and couldnt keep down the Danish and checks mix I ate earlier today or even water. I have even had a headache from being so dehydrated. If I ever come through this town again I will probably only get gas because I feel like gas is the only thing worth paying for in this store.

Flying J Travel Center is absolutely awesome theres everything you could imagine you would need at a gas station / travel store and the employees they are all just awesome I will continue going to Flying Js

Dirty bathrooms and they let drivers drop trailers to go home for the weekend here. The truck stop isnt that big and the mask mandate is another nail in the coffin. Never returning.

Always a pretty decent place to stop for gas and coffee. Sometimes a wait in line. I would love to see them put the American flags back up though!

Store is very dated, has been neglected by corporate. cleanliness is average. Staff was very nice to deal with.

Always clean and organized. They have A Lot of business go through and yet they always look like they just started their day. Always the best price & big rigs best choice.

Clean truck stop with clean restrooms. Dennys inside. Easy on and off the highway. Large diesel islands that are separate from the auto gas pumps.

Seems the coffee section is always out of either French vanilla creamer or sugar. Been open to long to try to use the excuse that it’s just a busy store. Never should you run out of either but especially sugar.

Went in last night around 8 or so. First thing I noticed outside while pumping gas is one one the gas pumps is out of order because someone decided to drive off with the gas pump still in their car. Imagine what kind of smell a gas spill leaves behind. All the floor dry used to clean it up was still out and on the ground and the pump not fixed. If this were my store someone would have been cleaning it up and repairing it then. Went in to go a drink and use the restroom, absolutely will not do that again the bathroom look as if it had not been cleaned in several days and the guy mopping the main part of the store was not cleaning it to the best of his ability leaving behind all kinds of nasty marks and stuff behind him mopping. This store used to be a great nice, clean facility to visit and use and no its gone to hell in a hand basket. The owners of this Flying J truck stop ought to be downright ashamed of their selves for allowing this location to be this way.

Came in from a rough day and I went into take a shower. I was wowed by the shower. I walk in and theres a bottled water and Mints, a thank you card and it was so clean. This completely changed my mood and whoever took care of the showers just a big thank you.

Very clean restrooms! Nice staff. Odd parking but possible tends to get a little crowded. Has entry & exits. Shower water pressure pretty good and clean showers. Shower person leaves mints & bottled water for you.

It was really great to find so many awesome choice since I was traveling by bus. I bought egg rolls, fried chicken and cheese cake.

Dennys is good, the staff is great and the bathrooms are decent at best. Im a truck driver and I have to go there to scale out my truck after I get loaded in Dothan and I DREAD IT! It always takes sooooo long at the registers.

Was nervous at first, was layed over on Greyhound and had to spend a substantial amount of time there and I was able too browse around with out being harassed! Very helpful and courteous employees inside and out.

Clean inside store showers have no water pressure my two-year-old son ps faster than the water ever thought about coming out the Dennys rush Ron as the slowest m************ in this country after weight over 30 minutes just to get your drink and then you drink it and nobody comes to refill it for over 25 minutes much less waiting on the food dont even get into that nice place to park cars I got plenty of parking So and they have washing machine and dryer But nobody will give you change to use them

I had a grilled chicken, pecan and cranberry salad. I had about 4 small pieces of chicken that was rubbery, I thought it wasnt cooked but it wasnt bloody. But I couldnt even chew it, so I left the chicken and ate the rest. The tea tasted soured so I traded it for water. We eat there a lot but today even the people that was with us didnt like the way the service or the food was they left most of their food on the plate.

April 6, 2019 @ 2151 hrs. Pulled up and picked up phone to have someone fill a propane tank. A female answered the phone and said Im sorry we have no one here to fill a tank. Not Im sorry we cant and maybe give information as to where i might get one filled at this time. (Im travelling), we cant and then click, she Just hung up the phone as I was in mid question of asking if she could direct me to some other place in this town. Absolutely one of the rudest customer service experiences at a Flying J. Way to set the standard Flying J! I find it odd that you deal with traveling customers and you provider the propane service but with all the people working here you dont have someone trained (or several on each shift) to assist customers.

Next time Im headed into Florida Ill go another 30 miles to the Loves. Bathrooms were filthy. And I politely asked if I could drop my trailer and go less than a mile down the road to Walmart. Instead of just doing as 3 other people had already done. Well I get told they will tow it immediately. Funny because those 3 trailer have been here since yesterday and are still sitting here. I guess its there way of forcing you to buy from there when its marked up 200%. O well theres Uber. So they cant completely stop me.

2.00 for a refill on coffee? Wont be patronizing them any more for coffee OR gas.

Always a good selection of drinks and snacks. More that you can find at a gas station as far as auto accessories too. Get the pilot app and save a few cents in gas as well.

Flying J has great RV facilities, gas pumps for RVs, competitive prices, long handle windshield washers, clean and next to Dennys. We appreciate their support to RVers and use them whenever we can. Thanks Flying J.

I cant believe the condition this store was in.i drive a semi I and I go there for my fuel. The pumps and ground and the whole area was covered in fuel dirt transmission fluid trash and all kinds of grime.i spent 725 dollars there just to get dirty and get it all over inside my truck.put some oil dry on those spills.its been like that for 2 days now.i dont believe this store has any respect for truck drivers or appreciate the money we spend there.what a shame.

The gas prices are great but dont get you a cup of coffee because its more than the gas is... But the people who work there trying to find a way to make sure you dont have to think about that cup of coffee all day... Lol

Good cigarette prices. Lots of fuel pumps for those busy days. Hot and cold food and snacks, hot dogs, soft drinks with ice or cold beverages in bottles and cans. Conveniently located right at intersection of Hwy 231 and Ross Clark Circle. Also serves as a truck stop. Large place with lots of options.

Good RV parking lanes, as well as fuel, dump, propane and gas lanes. Potable water spigots broken. Reasonably quiet at night. Dennys Restaurant has good, reasonably priced food. Friendly staff.

Power surge last week still has Dennys restaurant closed. They are having problems with corporate getting new equipment to replace the fried junk.

Stop to get gas and felt safe! Its not just a truck stop. They have a diner there too. I think its Denny.

Very friendly staff, store is kept very clean and a huge selection of stuff. I love stopping at a gas station where its clean, friendly Staff and lots to choose from other than your regular selection.
