It was busy but the staff was friendly and helpful. The cashiers were quick so the check out moved fast and the sales associates were very knowledgeable. Its the best place to find a costume.

I understand there’s a policy on the masks but I didn’t appreciate the tall guy with long hair taking things out of my child’s hands and telling us how aggravated he gets having to repeat it everyday. Extremely rude and very unprofessional.

The entire experience with this company is a joke!! And oh do not try to return anything past the 22nd of Oct. Even with the receipt, original packaged, never worn nor opened you can only exchange and not get a refund. The absolute dumbest return policy I have ever heard of in my 35 years. Your better off saving money since everything is so over priced, and ordering offline getting better quality, and not dealing with teenagers that cant speak correctly and have no customer service.

Getting in more stock but stocked pretty well @ this time.Kids have lots of dress-up events at school, like for Homecoming week, Dr. Seuss day, etc. This is good time/place for me to plan ahead.

Horrible customer service!! Paid $40 for a costume got home and it wasnt even all there. Tried to exchange it and they wouldnt do it. So now Im out $40 and my daughter is devastated. Not to mention its its day before Halloween and there are No costumes left anywere!! Will never shop here again!!

We found the selection of childrens costumes a little bit lacking, would have liked to have seen more options in terms of sizes for the things that they did have. Staff was friendly and the returns we had to make were easy.
