Southside Granite recently installed our MSI quartz kitchen countertops and we love them. Everyone we worked with was very nice and very knowledgeable about their products. They answered all our questions from our first phone call until the completion of the installation and made us feel so comfortable about our choice. The workmanship is first rate! Southside Granite installed our Cambria quartz countertops last week for our newly constructed home in our kitchen and bathrooms, and we are beyond thrilled with the results. We chose Southside after getting numerous quotes, based on reviews, their website, and their customer service-and were not disappointed! Their communication is fantastic, from following up on the initial quote all the way to the finished product. We had a small blemish on one of the kitchen counters, and while the guys were there installing, they called us and pointed it out, rather than finishing and waiting to see if wed find it ourselves. By the time we arrived to check it out (within 15 minutes) they had already sent a picture and talked to the office, who in turn, was already checking with the supplier. They offered to replace the piece, without any resistance or pushback whatsoever. We were prepared to wait for the new piece, glad that it would be replaced, but the installers (happily) told us they would take care of it that same day, and they drove an hour (each way) in the cold and rain to get the replacement piece. These guys were professional and friendly. They were on site by 6 am that morning, and left when the job was complete-8:00 that evening. Not only were they easy to work with, but as they were leaving, they were cleaning up the floor on their way out! Susan and Clyde Kingry are wonderful people to work with, and it is obvious by their actions that they truly do focus on customer service and delivering the best experience possible. We would definitely recommend Southside Granite!!
