I cannot say enough nice things about The Sleep Center. I once needed a mattress for a family member getting out of the hospital, and I did not have time to shop. I called The Sleep Center, told them what I needed and they brought two different beds to the house - with no strings attached or money changing hands - set them up for me and I did pick one that is AMAZING! Their price was very fair and the bed meets my family members needs and then some. Thank you to the owners, Heather and Kevin, for such personal service. You went way above and beyond anything I ever expected.

This is by far the best mattress store I’ve ever been too . This is a family owned business and the people that were there felt more like trusted friends I had known for awhile rather than just sales people. They went above and beyond to make sure they met my expectations. I read good reviews online before I came into the store and I have to say, there are definitely good reviews on here for a reason . The staff at the Sleep Center are very knowledgeable, helpful and patient! My husband and I could not decide on a mattress and a split king was out of our price range. Kevin worked with us on multiple visits until we were able to settle on one of the new Tempurpedic mattresses. He never pressured us to make a decision or seemed annoyed when we were back yet again to test out beds.

My wife and I just recently moved into the area and needed a new mattress for one of our guest bedrooms. We went to the Sleep Center after walking out of The Morning Mattress Center because nobody greeted or willing to assist us. That turned out to be a great decision. Dave was very helpful and showed us exactly what we wanted, without trying to hard-sell or push us into a product we werent interested in. There are numerous mattress stores in Dothan and we would typically shop around, yet we were so impressed with the service, quality and price we purchased a mattress on the spot. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back when its time to replace the next mattress.

I just wanted to give a good review to Jay L. for his GREAT costumer service. We shopped around heavily for the best deal for a Temperpedic and he was the best. I did a lot of shopping around the area and was only able to find one other store that matched their customer service and no one else that could match their prices. If you are looking for a mattress this is the place to go. The guys there helped me choose the best mattress, offered free delivery for military members, and then bent over backwards to get delivery worked out for me. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

This was my second buying experience with The Sleep Center in Dothan Al. Staff is very professional and helpful, no pushy sales people. Jay Lawrence helped us both times and we will go back to him for any future needs. Delivery was exactly at the time we were told and setup was fast.

Went there and they helped us pick out the right bed. Since we got our new bed, I have not woken up hurting or sore like from the previous bed. I wake up fully rested and I do not wake up many times through the night.

Great shopping experience. The Sleep Center had the bed and mattresses we wanted. They had a lot of options from which to choose. The delivery was scheduled for an hour block,and the delivery men were prompt and professional. We will go back to The Sleep Center for all our future bedding needs.

And the service did not stop there. When my mattress was delivered the guys went out of their way to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I would definitley recommend the Sleep Center. Awesome guys. Bought a matress for them, warantee went out because the company who made the matress closed and they still honored the warantee. Hardly ever meet a company with these good of morals. Speechless.
