Their meat plan use to be good until u pay more 4 meat plan but u get less meat 4 the price

This is hidden little gem of a grocery store! Everything is well organized and VERY competitively priced, without that 10% fee the other stores charge. Clean floors, and a very impressive freezer section. Of course the meat department is what I look for in a supermarket, and these guys have it all. Have been shopping here for about 6 months now. They carry items I cant get at the Supercenters. Always welcomed when I enter. I like that. Meat prices and freshness of the meat is always great. Frozen food case is very impressive. Thanks for this great friendly store.

The pick six is perfect for people on a budget I buy a few every month because I can get sandwich meat, chicken ground beef, pork chops, bacon lets just say a meat package that covers a few meals

I didnt go to Shur Valu Foods. Went to the wig shop Fashion World, its in the same plaza. They have good prices on weave and wigs if ladies are looking for hair.

First time in this store in many years! Its smaller now then what it was when I was a child it was a A&P market then. It now shares the space with a Dollar General.

This is the only place within walking distance of my house that has reasonable prices on food and other groceries. Unfortunately, they do not sell feminine products. This is the only reason Im giving them 4/5 stars. The employees are super helpful and kind. Every time my husband and I walk in, we are immediately recognized and welcomed by the employees that have seen us several times a month over the past year. The managers are absolute sweethearts as well. The groceries are always fresh, which clearly indicates that they are checked daily. This shows us that they truly do care, unlike some of the other grocery stores in which weve shopped. Truly an experience like no other when it comes to shopping. They truly do represent what it means to go above and beyond to serve their customers.

Have shopped here four times, and all four times had at least one spoiled item. This last time bought Piknik Mayo on sale that had mold on top and the bulk box of bacon that exported in feburary 2020... this is August.Never again, would highly recommended food depot on Oates instead (as the carry a lot of the same items).

Cost is very friendly WITHOUT the 10% and the meats always fresh. I drive from GA to here to do my shopping. You can see where your money went with the quality here. I love this place.

I love shopping at Freemans shu Valu Foods Love there Vegetables they or fresh and when u cant find fresh Vegetables any where else they or sure to have them if they or available . the store is Very clean the. Low low meat prices no 10% plus cost

We went in and found several lunchmeat that was out of date by several days. I gave it to the meat guy and he put it back on the shelf while i was standing there. They make a habbit of marking down things that are outof date to sell instead of taking the mark down. As for the no 10% surcharge the price of food is the price plus what surcharge would be. This way they can boast of no surcharge.

Ive been shopping here for a few years not. Very friendly staff and great prices. We have found food that was outdated and/or spoiled and told the manager and he took care of it right away. I have never had anyone discriminate anyone here before. They know me as a regular and every time me and my wife walk in its all smiles and how are you today!

Filthy Stores -- Out dated meats,I got sick from their food, becareful when shopping there this is at their Main Street Store in the Ole Porter Square Mall Shopping Plaza. They discriminate against white american people and treat white american people badly. One of the Men that works in their meat dept has hepititus b... Do not shop at their stores and pass the word -- go to Piggly Wiggly on Montgomery Hwy or the store @ Cherokee and Montgomery Hwy
