Needed to refill my 120-gallon home propane tank that I received from the Dothan office (When you could still reach a person at that office). Got someone in Missouri first that said I did not have an account and put me on hold to talk to someone from my area. Next, I got someone from Georgia who managed to find the old account then ask me to pay up-front for a delivery sometime between tomorrow and the 19 of January. First off, all this is totally unacceptable to do business with a company that has removed all local contact and treats us like a number. The only thing that matters to this company is MONEY. I know you have to make money to pay workers and run a business but, all this decentralized control has totally destroyed any confidence I have in any company. The proper way to run a business is to have local people you can deal with for service and bill paying. To all you corporate types you are totally ruining American business with this kind of service. Hope you are happy.

Needed to fill my 30 lb propane tanks i had 2 of them we heat our small trailer, Got tired of waiting at flyin j so we came to ferrellgas figured it would be cheaper yes it is but you have to leave them over night, The lady there cannot fill them . So dont waste your time there go to flyin j or Amerigas they are quick and you dont have to wait :)
