Had 7 minutes left on my log when I pulled in .did my 10 hour break here. Good food nice people glad I made it here.

Only a 2 as I watched an employee clean the shower. She literally sprayed cleaner on surfaces and walked out the door. Did not wipe anything down. Other than that very nice. Also have a washer and dryer available. Nice restaurant and also chicken available. Plenty of parking. Just a shame to have employee care so little about cleaning at least at major named truck stops they do wipe surfaces sometimes

A very good stop! Large lot with good access. Mostly dirt but in very good shape. Restaurant was excellent! And it opens early!Staff was friendly and responsive. A great place for a break or an overnight! Thanks for a good job!

Always nice to sit down and enjoy the TV and the associates are always polite.

Its a truckstop we got gas had a quick bite to eat and left. The food was warm and filling people nice. Its not date night destination but for a pit stop it was okay.

Love the waiter. Young man with a super awesome positive energy. Definitely will be back.

We go to dinner at the Broken Wheel Restaurant at least 3 times a week. Logan is always our waiter. For a young man starting his senior year in high school, he does an excellent job all the way around. He is better than most of the females that work there. Thank you Logan. YOU ROCK!

Overall a great remodel! Friendly staff, very nice store and bathrooms. Maybe someday they could concrete part of the parking lot, but a big improvement over how it used to be 👍

The ground steak was pretty good but the brown puddle of water it was served in shouldn’t have passed as gravy. The mashed potatoes had a brown tint and where cold in the middle.Service was good and the servers are friendly. I’m writing this review in hopes of an owner seeing it and improving the food served.I want this place to be better and I will be back here again.Update:The owner was going to make it right but it wasn’t necessary. Extra star given for caring.

Came here to meet another truck for a swap. Had to make copies of my bills and the staff was friendly and helpful. Id like to say more about this place but as soon as I made the swap was dispatched on a load and had to leave. Plenty of room for parking. Huge dumpsters on the lot for drivers to use, so no excuses for littering.

My family ended up coming in late, after a bike ride. We werent aware they were closing. However the gentleman that seated us and took our order was very pleasant and so were the rest of the staff.

Great food, amazing service. Our server, Autumn knows her job and does it with a smile that you can even feel behind the mask she wore. If you stop of an evening, they have a full range of desserts available and even beer if thats your thing.

I have been making the Broken Wheel a regular on my route from Denver to Billings, Montana as has my boss. The food is great, the staff friendly and good people overall. However; I did hear from my boss that we, as truckers, will no longer get free showers with a fuel up. This is disappointing as it is the main reason we have made this a regular stop on our route. Unfortunately, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Nice little truck stop. Room for about 80 trucks if you all back in straight. Clean store. Only drawback is dirt lot.

Oh this place is like the best food ever. My dentist recommended it and I was impressed. The cook was so kind and the waitress we had was so friendly. Now we can talk about the food. Superb!! Like this place is the bomb diggity. Clean atmosphere and I would recommend it to anyone passing through Douglas. I will be returning for sure.

Very good food very nice staff

I had the Texas burger which had jalapenos and pepper jack cheese. I felt it could of had more on it because it was lacking some flavor, but the fries were delicious and was a generous proportion. My wifes burger was delicious and big, it had a 10oz patty on it. The food here was good and the service was great.

I went into the Douglas broken wheel truck stop today (6//19/20) and was told that my order had to be placed to go because they were closing down. According to the website they don’t close until 10 and they were shutting down at 8:45. I was told by the server, aspen, that I had 15 minutes to eat and leave or box my food up. She was very disruptive and yelling across the restaurant and having her friends always talking to her while she was getting us drinks. All in all, the food was great just the service was terrible.

Food is good and you get a LOT of it. Not many vegetarian options but breakfast all day! Kinda hard to find with no sign but it the right end of the gas station. Really nice and fancy bathrooms too

Food was overpriced and over rated. We pay good money for good food all over the US. This was not worth what we paid. Waitress brought our check and dropped it on the table without asking if we wanted anything else... we did. We got up next morning to leave and cashier acted as if we were bothering her to get our coffee.

We had a prime rib French dip that was delicious. The cream of potato bacon was good as well, a bit salty for my liking.Paige our waitress was so nice. Their display of fresh pies look amazing.This particular truckstop is very clean and has great souvenirs.I WOULD recommend for sure.

I would not recommend this restaurant.The service was meh at best. The restaurant was not busy, so I can not figure out why the wait staff could not be more attentive.The food was not good by any means.I ordered the breaded mushrooms and what I received looked great, but was still frozen in the middle. Not cold, frozen.When the waitress finally made a trip to check on us, I explained that the mushrooms were frozen.She apologized and said she would have it corrected. When she returned with the fresh order of breaded mushrooms, it was obvious that instead of making a fresh batch, my original order was refried and put on the same plate.12 mushrooms were in the first order. I bit into one and discovered that it was still frozen and spit it out. My wife cut one in half and tapped the frozen mushroom with her fork. The waitress took the remaining 10 mushrooms with her. My fresh order consisted of 10 mushrooms on a dish that had the crumbs from the first batch.And to make matters worse, 2 of the 3 members of of our group was hit with severe stomach problems about 4 hours later.

The club is so good I couldnt eat it all. Fast food and friendly staff. Love the dividers and that they gave us some personal spacing.

Station is under construction. The pumps are brand new and according to the guy in the trailer working the register the new store will be open by Late February 2019. Very friendly staff too.

One of the cleanest places I have been to in a long time. The issue with dropped trailers has been resolved. Food was good and the service was great also. Great job guys and gals.

Arrived Halloween night... Nice to see waitresses dressed up...This travel center has been under renovation for quite some time now and I can say it will be worth the wait... I hope they have taken before and after pics of this place... The work being done is amazing... Now my food order...(night) Chef salad was not what I expected...could have included more ingredients for the price...but ingredients were fresh.. This morning, waitresses were pleasant and doing a excellent job... Breakfast was well worth the price only thing was eggs wasnt what I expected ( they dont poach eggs here) but basted..is basted... Food was definitely good... Service was good... Will be back for sure...mostly to see finished Renos...

The best breakfast around and a great price as well. The truck stop remodel is close to completion with showers and recently added modern bathrooms. Get your coffee, soft drinks, snacks and other supplies from their new store section.I stopped every chance I get while passing through, especially if its breakfast time :-)

Overpriced. Had the steak and veggies $22+ not worth it. Too small, waitress was ok, facilities where 5 stars.

I love this place...great restaurant...very friendly staff...lots of parking...and since the remodel great showers and laundry...however the best part of all is the new latte machine....i cant drive by there without making one ...great place!!!

I had the Texas melt burger my only complaint was that they used too many Jalapeno pepper slices on the burger. The jalapenos were all that I could taste. However the burger was cooked just the way I ordered it, medium rare. The service was good, not outstanding. I just wish the waitress would have been a little more outgoing.

Good place to stop if you need a bite to eat. Restaurant was decent, facilities under renovation currently, everything nice new and clean. Def at the pump. Dont imagine would be alot of truck parking available in the evening since the place was full of gravel hauling local trucks when I stopped in.

Outstanding. I became Ill and the staff here too me in as a family member. Ella, the mger took me to the hospital herself so I could get treatment. After a day in the ER, I came back to the motel and they continued to check on me. Thanks so much for making me feel like a person. The food was fabulous and the staff was great

Diesel prices are reasonable. Restaurant has decent food but the prices are high and the service sux. They have been trying to renovate this place for over a year with limited results. Still no showers. Not sure what the problem is but there is no truck stop in this town that offers showers at this time.

It has pretty much become a parking lot for oilfield trailers. We stoped in a couple weeks ago but didnt stay. No where to park with all the dropped trailers and locals that park and go home.It used to be a nice place but not anymore.

Just got off the freeway for gas. The gas station was completely down so I decided to go into the restaurant for a meal. Ive been on the road all day long 12 hours with no food. The service was good, the waitress was friendly, and the food was surprisingly good too. So much better than I would have imagined.

Great food and very nice inside. Partial remodel..reason I gave 2 stars is our waitress was so busy flirting with a man then to concern her self with us.not a cool thing.And when we did ask for something she reacted rudely.. Other then her it was great.

Years ago it used to be pretty good. Management spent too much on renovations, and none on quality staff. Quality meaning any staff that will actually take your order, or bring a drink after ordering. Recieved half my meal, none of the sides. But on a good note, the manager shows less interest. Good luck, plan not to be back!

They had a nice selection for dinner and dessert. Reasonable prices and good service. Home style comfort food done right.

They have added on and updated. Was very nice and more food options weather you wanted to go or dine in.

Under construction/remodel for over a year thats gonna drive costs up hope you stay in business being off the interstate this far but its my first visit to your establishment. Only complaint I had was the untoasted bread wasnt fresh/ crusty seems to be most restaurants anymore good food had breakfast for dinner and service was great ty.😁

Lot is not paved and not flat. Most of the back of the lot is reserved parking. Not complaining about that, but all that was left for parking when I got there was in an angle. I didnt eat in the restaurant, only cause Id just done grocery shopping. Quiet parking overnight. Would stop again.

The place is under construction, not being remodeled, under construction. That being said it is open. Im certain that it is going to be very nice when finished. Im giving it 3stars for two reasons. Its not finished ( but good on them for having it as open as they do thus far ) the demotion to 3 stars is the simple fact that I tried 2 different gas pumps with my debit card, and it would only pump 10 gallons at a time and shut off. Well when Im a guy on the run ... Im a guy on the run. And its been 142 consecutive nights that I have not slept in my bed, Im on my way home and dont need any nonsense. So sorry Broken Wheel Im certain that when completed this will be a good stop. I will try you guys out again in January, as I pass through. Turn up the out of state allowances for debit card fill ups. I personally wouldve pumped 50 gallons in, topped up the other 30 gallons elsewhere.

Hole in wall cafe/diner. We met some friends for brunch he on a Saturday morning. The old statement, dont judge a book by its cover, comes to mind. Food and service was great! Really good coffee too!. Portions are not an issue at this place.

BIG IMPROVEMENTS. The restaurant has been completely remodeled and the mini mart side is currently under construction. The food was great and the service was fast and friendly.

I just finished eating the chicken club salad. It was delicious it was seasoned with lemon pepper which was a nice surprised. The chocolate creme pies hit the spot like a general tzar bomb 10/10 will come back on my rout

Small place. Nice people. Decent prices. Coffee good. Bathroom has real faucets not the motion type. Thats a plus with me. Didnt eat at cafe so cant say anything fore or against. In all was a good stop for me. Will be back for sure .

Kitchen staff very professional. Very good food. I sat at the counter and watched the plates come out. You could tell the meals where carefully plated, great presentation on those big square plates. I will be back.

Will not b back. Left my take home. Went back to pick it up. Did not get any assistance. Went to look for waitress, asked her where the container was I left behind. Says she threw it away. Was not gone long - went back right away. Not happy she threw my take home dinner away. Will not be back.

We recently had our Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association State meeting here. The atmosphere was great, the employees were very attentive, the food was great and a good time was had by all. We look forward to doing business with you again!

My wife and i didnt have any problems, food was good price was great. My only complaint is that the syrup was really thin and light but if I had to stop again I wouldnt mind coming here. By no means is this a place I would seek out though
