Erika was fantastic. Very knowledgeable. Mechanic, didnt get his name, was efficient and thorough. Much cheaper than quotes I got from several places. I was there 30 minutes, and I got new rotors for my car. Been driving like a dream ever since. Thanks to Erika and team at Mavis. Ill be back.

Mrs. Erica helped me out a ton. i had a nail stuck in my tire and she explained how i should conduct myself when entering shops like this in the future. instead of just charging me for a brand new tire, she had it repaired and saved me tons of money. i really appreciate the fact that she didn’t just take my money & instead helped me with what was best for me as the customer! will definitely come again.

If you need tires or anything along those lines you need to go here and ask that Santos does it(I think that was his name) he re stemmed my lawn tractor tires and these tires were questionable at best but I go mudding with the mower so I dont care, but he got 3/4 to hold air he was fast, and the customer service was A+ the manager on site today (8/20/21) was awesome as well!When I am done fixing my truck Ill be getting my tires here hands down!

I was on my way home today when I heard loud scraping noises coming from my car! I couldn’t tell what it was but I got off the exit and pulled into their parking lot. I highly recommend this place. They have the best customer service ever. I came yesterday and got assistance from Romaine. He was very helpful polite and showed that he cared. There was no wait time at all. When I came in and told him what was wrong with my vehicle he came over to see what was wrong with my car and fixed it right away.

My cars drive was smooth before I had my front brakes and rotor changed. Now its horrible, bumpy, the very opposite of smooth. When I called, I was told its because they recommended the rear have the same and that perhaps I wasnt in tune prior. Not only was I very in tune, I just had a wheel alignment with my oil change and tire rotation two weeks prior.

The absolute best service ever from ALL of the staff. I’ve been ripped off so many times from other places and I don’t have to think about that when I come here. 11/10 recommend

This was my 2nd time coming to this location, and I will say it was 100% better this time than last! I had a 10 am appointment, and ended up spending about 2 hours there, so for me that was GREAT! Staff was friendly and helpful.

Customer service is A-1!!! Had my vehicle towed from downtown. Spoke with “Erica” on the phone and she told me she would call once the vehicle got there. Not only did she call but she also advise me on the tow company I used on how where they left my vehicle. Once inside she was very knowledgeable about what I needed. My tire was discontinued. Im pleased to write a review for both Erica and Charles at the Douglasville location. I came in after work one afternoon (06.22.21) after having a starter replaced, on my almost 10 years old vehicle. I needed a battery, so I decided to stop here because Ive purchased tires and windshield wipers in the past, but never took the time to write a review. Well Erica was extremely pleasant and took care of my needs, even though I fussed at her for the cost of the battery being more than Ive EVER paid for a battery! I was pleased at the prompt attention to my needs. Her side kick, Charles was also very helpful when closing out my ticket. Its not often that you run into great customer service, so when I did, I wanted to thank them for their service. Guys, go see Erica if you want a kind-hearted individual who doesnt sweat the small stuff and speaks highly of her teammates--another reason I was pleased with her service! Thanks Erica and Charles!

I absolutely love Miss Erica! I took my car there for a set of tires and some brakes! Erica was very upfront and honest with what needed to be done! Alot of tire places around and no one else would help. Walmart, Sams, and some other place said no. All told us to come back the next day. We even just asked if they could help put the spare on, they all said no. I called here at 5:57. They closed at 6. He said come on. The guys stayed and helped. It was pouring down raining and he stood out there helping us.This is the type of customer service we need in todays society. Thank you for being so helpful.

I stopped to help a lady with small children who had a flat tire. They had no spare and it turned out the tire just needed to be repaired. The guys at this location were awesome for getting the ladies tire fixed in a short amount of time so that I could get them back on the road. These guys were super helpful on such short notice.

Great experience at this location. I needed new tires for my 530i, as soon as I arrived I was greeted. Franco was the gentleman that helped me out. He was very knowledgeable and helped me the whole way through by answering all of my questions. He quoted me on tires and helped me pick the best option for my car. I would definitely request him if you’re looking for tires. He was very professional, patient and the wait time was not long.

They are the biggest liars ever. I thought I needed to have my tires balanced. At first the young guy was okay with balancing them. Later he after he talked to Franco he came back and told me it was against the law in GA to balance tires if the treads were low. From there he tried to sale me 2 tires for over $350.00 and refused to balance my tires.I left there and went to Premier Tires and they found that I was missing bolts on the driver side rear tire. That was causing my car to shake. I paid $20.00 for the bolts that I needed and left. This is a car that I never really drive. I have two vehicles.Mavis never took the time see what was really going on. They were so busy trying to sale me for new tires until they didnt even check to see what was going on. I am grateful that Premier Tires found the real problem and kept me safe on the road. I will never go back to Mavis. It is sad that they lie and try to use fear to get you to spend money. I am not contributing to the big bonuses they get for lying and up selling. Not all women are stupid and will not fall for their fear tactics and lies.I searched the internet and GA doesnt have any laws on tire tread depth PERIOD! What dirty liars. I would give 0 star if I could. I HATE LAIRS.

Had a 10am appointment for new tires. They also suggested brakes which was fine but they had my car from 10am-5:55pm (8hrs). Then had a flat within 5minutes of leaving (apparently I ran over a nail). I called and told them Id be back 1st thing since they were closing. Took it back at 8am to get fixed and it took them 1hr and 15 minutes to fix the flat.

I was super impressed with the prompt attention I was given and the friendly and helpful attitude of the young man helping me. I would definitely take my car back for service and recommend to others.

I came after they had closed with a flat tire tonight, the air pump on the outside wasn’t working. A guy walked out from the garage, helped me figure out why it went flat, and got me back on the road. Wouldn’t accept a dime. Was seriously nice seeing someone be so kind. I know where I’ll be getting my tires from now on.

I do not trust the mechanics at this Mavis at all. My sisters car was taken here for her first oil change out of her cars warranty and they sent her off with 2 quarts of oil and on her way home her oil light came on. My moms car was taken here and they recommended replacement of tie rods, we had them done here and had the alignment done here, the car pulls immensely to the right. To drive straight the wheel has to be turned to a 9 o clock position. Not to mention the tires bought here and balanced make the car shake going above 60mph. Havent had a good experience with this Maviss mechanics. The managers and staff are friendly but they need new mechanics as those are the ones who haul the business.

I had issue with my trailer tire and Casper was able to repair it with no issue. He was personable and professional, he explained if he was not able to fix the issue, he gave me a time line to replace the tire.However the issue was valve related and he got it repaired quickly. I will be back toget my set of tires for my trailer.

Had My 14 Silverado in there for a set of 4 tires, And Franco, I believe that was the manager was really patient with me in my lack of knowledge for my truck. He convinced me that I got the best set of tires for my truck, while I was in there he noticed that my front pads were getting low, and he gave me a deal of a lifetime, I think he may have been a tech with how knowledgeable he was. Will definitely be shopping here for my vehicles from now on and be telling all my friends to give Him a call.

So far so good. Family recommend them and I like them too. Needed a full set of tires and allignment. Came here and thankfully they dont force you to get things you dont want. Yeah theyll recommend it but thats their job. It gets busy but its in the business here really. I am not giving 5 stars YET because Ive only came here once, but Im close to giving 5! Great experience at this location this morning. Ive been here before but this is my first reviews. The team was knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. This helped me make an informed decision. I would recommend this location to anyone. I passed a number of tire locations but good service is hard to find and I get that here. I was told once again to call the same number by the owner of the company so I did. I was told the same thing as far as it not making a difference on what I was told and what the HR department was told by a manager. I’m not sure if the owner is not updating his staff on the situation or is just responding back to me the way he is to try to make it look like he cares. If anyone else had been though what I have with this company their reviews would have words in it that would only be for a mature audience. I can’t believe that the owner continues to have me call their headquarters and still not getting anywhere.

Stopped by this location yesterday with a tire issue. Greeted by a young man(wearing his mask). Franco was very professional and courteous. Had me back on the road in no time. I’ll definitely return with all my vehicle issues to this Mavis and will highly recommend to others!

Overall, the service was great. The only complaint that I have is the fact that it took way longer than what was indicated. I dropped my vehicle off around 11:45a.m. and didnt get a call informing me that it was ready until around 4:45p.m.Other than that, everything was satisfactory.

My first visit was great! This location was recommended to me. Michael and Roman were professional, courtesy, and friendly. Also very informative and answered any and all questions I had. Quality work was completed. I didnt feel cheated out of my money. Actually, everyone at this location that I encountered had great customer service. Made an appointment days in advance but three hours after I dropped my car off I was called and the tires I want were not there but they had a brand the store carried and they could put them on.? I waisted a whole day with this business and the only I could have got tires is if I let them put some brand tire on my car I have never heard of. The old bait and switch. Different store name same garbage service. Avoid this store unless you want some brand the store makes.l To be fair the store I visited was the Douglas Boulevard location across from IHOP. An employee at the location by Wal-mart took the time to actually call and resolve my issue with an entire different location. Thanks

I went here the other day to get some quick maintenance done on my car and the two people that helped me out were super nice and helpful. They got it done quick and even put air in my tires that were a little low which I didn’t even ask them to do! Super nice place! And clean place too!

I’ve never had a place and their employees go so much above and beyond for me before. I blew out both my right tires after hitting a curb. I had it towed to right beside Sam’s and Walmart’s tire centers. Sam’s had my tires in stock. However, because I was a walk-in (that their sign said they welcomed) they couldn’t help me because they had appointments all day. I checked Walmart but they didn’t have my tires in stock. I went to Mavis and they were helpful from the very beginning. Their employee, Casper, walked all the way across the parking lot to take my tires off by hand. He got his own truck to take my tires back to fix them and then put them back on for me by hand. The price was very reasonable as well. I am beyond grateful to Mavis and their exceptional employees. Thank you.

MavisFri-June 4th call ask about tires and work with supplied parts said I was goin on vacation asked how long would it take to complete said should be a dayMon-June 7th dropped vehicle and parts off at 3:30 in afternoonTue-June 8th called me said wasn’t goin to be ready till lunch time next dayWed-June 9th called them at 1pm they said it was only truck tech was working on all day and will call when ready 3pm I drove up to mavis and watched my truck for 2 hrs not being worked on from parking lot called them at 5:30 and they said they broke something and couldn’t get the part till 11 the next day had to rent a carThurs- June 10th called 2 times afternoon and before closing still not finishedFri- June 11th finally finished had to get friend to pick up cause I was on vacationWed- June 16th took truck back to mavis cause steering wheel wasn’t straight truck swayed worse than before squealing from driver front wheel when in reverse and clanking/rattling noise when goin down the roadThurs- June 17th picked up truck steering wheel straighten still had clanking/rattling and squealing didn’t even put all the supplied parts on truck was told I don’t know what to tell you very un happy with Mavis and their lies now I have to pay someone else to fix there mistake and buy more parts the old parts they put back on truck tells me the story wouldn’t trust them to take valve stem cover off

Excellent experience all the way around! Needed new tires for my wife’s vehicle...called Mavis across from Home Depot, but they did not have the tires in stock that I wanted. Made appointment for when tires would be in. Five minutes later the same fella calls me back, he’s done checked with Concourse Pkwy store, they got ‘em, you want me to send your info over?... Called Concourse Pkwy store super sweet, courteous young lady got me set up and confirmed an appointment. Absolutely reasonable amount of turnaround time before my wife’s car was ready, and did I mention the price was lower than everyone else I checked online? I’ll definitely be returning with my Tacoma when it’s time! Thanks!

We pay a lot of money for them to replace the brake pads and brake rotors front and rear, since their technician did not do right with the brand new parts the steering wheel still shaking after few months and then i keep asking them to look they said they have fully booked by the time we go to their store they said it was alignment but it ends up the dealership found out it was not alignment it was the brake rotors did not put right way till it get messed up they asking to pay more to replace the parts, this company dont care bout the vehicle, they messed up so you can come back again and spend more money . Not coming back anymore,

6 hours to put on brake pads is awful...My last time coming...I should have walked out when the lady in front of me was complaining about service....smh.Ok, I called the number provided, no answer. I will try again..After getting my truck from 6 hours of waiting. I drove home and noticed that the brakes were smoking. I thought it was some of the new rubing....The next morning headed to the gym and my brakes were no on properly. It was a scary moment for my safety....I took it back up there for then to fix...I still dont have my truck...this is a horrible experience....

Dont bother making an appointment at this place. We brought our truck in for new tires for an 11am appointment...its 6:30pm and we are still waiting for our truck. Clearly they dont honor appointment times and walk-ins get priority. We were initially told to come back in 3 hours and the truck would be ready but its been well over that time limit.

I had a pleasant experience at Mavis. The staff members are very personable. My work was completed in a timely manner and the price was very fair. I was honestly prepared to pay a little more for all of the needed work. We will definitely utilize Mavis for future repair needs.

This place was horrible came back 3 different times and nothing was fixed even paid extra for labor after they messed up my car the time before

I took my car to Mavis in Douglasville on the 15th of May for a set of tires. I waited over 4 hours before they pulled the car up to return it to me. The very first thing that I noticed was a deep scratch on the drivers side door so I immediately went to the manager (Fransco) and ask him to come outside and look at it. He looked and said that he wanted to try wiping it off with a towel. After he wiped it he says yeah thats definitely a scratch, Ill take a look at our camera and give you a call. 5 Day later he tells me that he didnt see anything on the camera so theyre not responsible. I washed my ruby red 2015 fusion and hand dried it myself before taking my car to Mavis so theres no doubt that theyre responsible. They are very unprofessional and a bunch of lairs. I highly recommend that you find somewhere else to get your car serviced. I will be taking legal action against Mavis.
