Used TAKE 5 a few times I just couldnt trust them they are very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The lady and the gentlemen at the fairburn rd Grease monkey location were both knowledgeable and professional (thank you Mr. Ken)...a gentleman offered to upgrade my windshield wipers because they are old I said the drivers side is the one that squeaks very loud he replaced the 1 wiper at a reasonable price(take 5 said the wipers didnt need to be replaced😖) thanks guys for being fast and thorough 🏆

They were awesome I love that they did a light check before doing any services and checking to make sure all your lights were on this sets them aside from any other car maintenance place it shows me they care. Thought that was awesome customer service especially because I had a light out and they went to go buy one and put it on my car. Cheapest Emissions Inspection In Douglas County ($17)Pros:- Good Emissions Testing Price.- Friendly Staff.Cons:- Located on a small lot. Have to be careful on the back side of the facility especially when backing up. Theres a sharp drop off if you go too far.

The gentleman that I was dealing with was very nice. They had my oil change done within 30 minutes on a Friday before a holiday weekend and with other customers.!

The staff was different from my last visit. The service was great. I showed up on a Sunday, 20 minutes before close. They did a oil change and an emission inspection. They were professional courteous and done in 20 minutes. They were also thorough. They checked and filled the air and pointed out a bad sensor. I highly recommend these guys

I always enjoy my visits and Havoline Xpress Lube - They always have me in and out in a timely manner and they do not try to get you to repair everything under the hood each time you go for a simple oil change. They always recommend exactly what is needed.

Over charged for filters without tell me the price before placing them. And, when they didnt have my type, they pretended to go out and purchase it from another store. However, I reviewed the filter/replacements and they placed the same old one back on my vehicle and charged me for it. LOL I will not be back ... and I will not recommend!!!

Charge too much for a basic oil change. Staff dont explain what youre being charged for.Not very friendly. Need better customer service skills.

Always liked coming here because the price was affordable and it was quick. Price is increasing by $10. Not that big of deal to most, but I can go few miles away and get oil change with car wash and vacuum for that same price. Id rather just do that. At least im getting more for my money... they did honor $19.99 price this time.

Ive genuinely received better customer service from the young men in downtown Atlanta selling warm bottles of water and guys selling bootleg DVDs in barbershops than the service I received here. Upon pulling up I was already skeptical of what it would be like considering 0 out of the 5 employees working had a mask on so I assumed, considering they could care less about their customers lives that they wouldnt care too much about their vehicles either. I was not greeted, I had to speak first and asked how much an oil change was and was then directed into the garage. Aside from being already digested by the previous facts mentioned everything was going well as the oil change was happening.The woman doing my oil changed finished up, handed me my service papers and reached for my card without telling me my total so I asked for it. Upon her return I went to start my car and it gave a clicking sound. She then proceeded to tell me it was the battery once she heard it herself. This was my mothers car, that I rarely drive so I wasnt sure if it had battery problems before, but had never experienced any issues myself. I very calmly inquired to her if they might have left the key on simply about to ask for jumper cables and before I could get it out she began talking over me as if she was feeling attacked and explaining that all they did was an oil change and didnt touch the battery with no eye contact in a tone so condescending you would think I had personally wronged her some how.There was another gentleman assisting me, as she walked away and loudly spoke the fact that I was having car trouble to the other employees and customers in the garage right after telling me that they sell batteries and have no jumper cables as I saw the gentleman that was helping me previously walking up behind her with jumper cables in his hand. As he was giving me a jump she was continuously shouting the fact that I need a new battery from across the garage in a child like tone.Considering I was already heavily annoyed and displeased with the service I was beyond ready to leave before I noticed my oil service light was still on. I mentioned this to the gentleman helping me and he let out a sigh as If me asking him to do his job was aggravating him while the lady chimed in with a what now? underneath her breath as she walked past. I had to be jumped off again after the light was reset, and the guy went through the motions of jumping me off again with an attitude as if it was my fault for the light not being reset the first time. Believe it or not thats the short end of the bad service Ive chose to highlight from this 30 minute express encounter. Having worked multiple service industry jobs myself as well as owning my own service based business, I know that the bare minimum of quality service isnt difficult.PLEASE do not let these couple of good reviews they asked their friends, and family/make autogenerated fake accounts to write trick you into thinking this place is a decent place to go to to get your car worked on in any capacity. Ignore the automatic thanks for sharing your concern replys that respond to bad reviews because they dont take the time to even guide their customers out of the garage while leaving, so I highly doubt they care about a bad review.After the customer service was as horrible as it was Im genuinely hoping the simple oil change was even done correctly. It was my first and last time going.Oh yeah, and the lady conducting the service for oil change was the manager so take that into consideration.Cheers.

Very professional and welcoming. The staff explained things and had recommended services without the pressure of making me feel like I wouldnt make it back home if I didnt do it right away.

My experience is typically good at this establishment, but this past Monday was a horrible experience for me. I understand people misgendering someone but when you misgender someone and you dont apologize after you clearly see that you made a mistake this is where the problem lies. I believe this was the manager and though she was very helpful when she called me a Sir and saw that I was woman she didnt apologize or correct herself. As an educator and someone who works with a diverse group of people I feel that it is immensely important to understand the importance of pronouns and the use of them. I believe that she did not mean to misgender me but she did and she did apologize and I was incredibly upset and disgusted at this transactions of words and lack of empathy.

This place was my go to until they turned me away for my car ticking. The last time i got my oil changed my car was leaking oil bad! Once i got there they were already saying NO like they know they did something to my car. I was told i had internal damage. Took my car else where got my oil changed and ticking stopped. very Sketchy people

Stay away from this place.. They changed the oil on my 2008 LS460. Two days later oil was leaking in the garage out of it. I took it back to them and was told it did not have a leak. I then took it to the Lexus dealership who told me that an incorrect aftermarket filter housing had been put on it. Cost me $350 additional dollar.
