I had a great experience at Hwy 5 Car Care. I got an oil change. I was promptly greeted by the service guy. He explained the different options, I made my choice, and a few minutes later I was on my way. The price was great. The car wash at the end was nice too. They have free vacuums that are pretty powerful. My car looked and ran great after my trip there.

I love going here. I ALWAYS have high mileage vehicles. I have very few issue because these guys keep them running. Extremely professional, nice, hard working. Everything you can ask fior.

Had my second visit to Hwy 5 today. First was back in July for an emissions test and today I went for an oil change. There was no attempt of up sales and before anything happened permission was obtained for final price. The tech up top was excellent with communication and ensuring you knew what was happening. He did not push higher priced oil that was not needed for my vehicle like other shops have done. While there I inquired about wiper blades and the price beat autopart stores for similar blades and they installed them saving me the time and headache. Will recommend to others.

I was able to get my maintenance oil filter message turned off. Noone said they could do that. I did it with dog in car while changing oil. Very thankful for convience!

Got an oil change here and they forgot two clips on my skid plate. Not sure how that was missed. Other than that, emissions inspection was good plus the free car wash is nice.

This place I used for my service and personal truck always had good service till today my girlfriend took my truck in for a oil chant and she pulled in and the told her the Radiator wouldn’t do the oil change and they wouldn’t get on the water for the truck total of the leaves go down the road outside the road and get a wrecker send a woman down the road no one from heart no one to help her I will tell everybody about the service my business and we will let everyone know never to use y’all game sorry as hell worst service in the world to treat a lady that way

I got an emissions done on Monday on my late husbands car & was not offered a free car wash at all like I am reading about in other reviews.... I wonder why.

Thank you. Everyone was polite and helpful. I was surprised to not need to pay for a car wash after the emissions check, and to find out that they wouldnt accept tips. That directly followed a disappointing trip to Jiffy Lube, which is priced $5 higher and at which I waited a while to find out that the inspector forgot his badge so couldnt perform the service.

The last time my husband and I went to Highway 5 car to get the oil changed. We got home and the oil started leaking out of both of our cars. There was a guy named Josh that works there that does not know how to do his job and does not know how to put the screws to take out the oil and he doesnt know how to put them back in correctly. I should not even give you one star. Im very disappointed and Im taking my business elsewhere.

My husband and I showed up at the same time, they did our cars at the same time, free carwash afterwards, and the price we paid for two was what we would have paid for at other places in the area just for me. Cant ask for much more than that!

Worked at this location ~2013 summer when I first moved to Douglasville in the Car Wash. Fast-paced, team environment with heavy focus on customer service that required everyone to be on top of their game. Tire lube and repair were always fast and efficient for the job and prices were overall very competitive.Walked out because of a disagreement, but no hard feelings towards the location, employees, or owner. I will only gripe a little bit because they do not allow their employees to be tipped. I understand that we were paid above minimum(I think $8 or $9, so paid well for the work we did), but a lot of customers and some employees were put off because of it.

The gentleman that assisted me today was truly amazing! He constantly checked and communicated with me, as I was waiting. The testing was only $17.99 and service was quick. The gentlemen there were true professionals and great conversationalists. This is definitely my new emissions place! Thanks guys

Was told at 5:45 I couldn’t go through car wash because they closed at 6 even though there was still customers and two employees. They saw me and immediately took away open sign and man told me I couldn’t be serviced.

They never get my wheels totally clean from the brake dust and road grime. The top of my vehicle is never clean.You can vacuum but they, no longer offer microfiber towels and window cleaner.But, the rest of my vehicle gets clean. Location is kept clean and the staff is friendly. I do like going to this car wash.

This car wash always gets my car right. I really like this car wash after using this car wash if I go to any other car wash it doesnt do like the one on highway 5 which is this location its a really nice car wash for the price. And you dont have to worry about waiting on vacuum you can just pull right up back in your car then go through the carwash they also hand towel dry your car off we just really great because the other car washes dont have towels we can wipe down your car after you get it washed

I had a situation with my car after an oil change. The oil plug came out and the oil ran out of the car. Brought my car back to them to rectify the situation and they were able to assist me. No damage to my car. I’m still a happy customer.

They are fast and efficient. Great prices for an oil change. The staff was kind and you get a free car wash. And when the guy towel drying my car thought I was leaking something, I drove back to the bay and they looked at it. Will definitely be back.

I go to this location and love their work and the employees are great. Recently the sign was put up that we could not tip the employees and I think it is very tacky- if I want to tip someone that does services for me that’s working out in the hot sun I will tip and all deserve recognition for their commitment. Not sure how to rate this, the gentleman I spoke to was pleasant, but informed me this location does not do auto details. Said the new owners havent updated the building and they only run it through a wash and provide vacuums. Bummer

I think its sad you cant tip the hard working men and women. They work hard making sure our car is dried properly and doesnt have wash marks. Either let us tip or give them a decent amount an hour.

I took my car to get an oil change and my car was running great. As soon as the oil change was complete, I go through the drive thru car wash, I pull off and as soon as I get to the traffic light my car starts smoking. I bring it back to them, and they tell me my radiator bust which and not taken place just moments before the oil change and there was nothing they could do. Very bad experience, and I believe they were just try to recruit new business for a car repair service.#Bigfacts

It really doesnt get better than here. Free vacuum. Free air freshener. Free towel dry. And $14 for the max wash with wax. The staff is amazingly friendly. The emissions people are fast. All around amazing place.

I went to Highway 5 Auto Care due to a recommendation from a helpful Jiffy Lube associate, after being quoted expensive pricing for a conventional oil change at three other places. I was WAY overdue for an oil change.This location is on GA 5 near the Red Lobster. They had a sign outside the door that listed the prices for oil changes and their most expensive option with tax was still less than what the gentlemen at Napa Auto care quoted me pretax. The customer service was great. They had a seating area with AC and comfy chairs. The bathroom was clean. The lady that answered the phone for me when I inquired confirmed my pricing in person and they got me in and out within less than fifteen minutes. In addition to the oil change, they included a free AWESOME wash with free vacuums, towels & window cleaner to be used on site. The free wash can be used up to 6 days after your service, if youre in a hurry. I spent a good 45 min vacuuming and cleaning out my car thanks to my preschooler. The Awesome wash is basic but did a great job. Another nice lady even towel-dried my car after. I was SO impressed. I told my dad and my husband. I will be returning for more oil changes and emissions too. You cant beat the value. (See my receipt). On my next fill up for gas, I realized that my gas was sticking better too. If youre in the area, give them a shot for your oil changes or car wash. My car needed the TLC.

Great car wash, havent found one locally these here my car as Clean. Few changes in ownership/managrment/employees so unsure about the repairs and costs as of recently. They were reasonable the last time I took my car there over 2 years ago.

Car center side has amazing people skills and work together and complement one another thru the phases of car wash. They each Express enthusiasm and pleasant attitudes each day. The complementary hand dry ( that I have NOT found offered at any other carwash location) adds a great perk and regives that new look and shine to each car. Fantastic crew would recommend and have to several others. Would love to see their enthusiastic personalities and people skills in more places. Great Job with putting that team together.

I had spent alot of time vaccuming out my car and was ready to get a car wash, I rolled up and Marcus explained that the company that processes the credit/debit card payments were having issues and they wouldnt be able to take my card. He apologized and gave me other options. He was Very polite the whole time and made sure to rinse the front of my car very well because it was gross 😝. Then after the wash, Justin did a Spotless job of drying off my car. It looked AMAZING! I called and asked to talk to the manager. Malcom was very polite and thanked me for recognizing the two gentlemen that helped me and said that he loves/appreciates good feed back and it also makes him strive to be a better manager. I havent been to the carwash in awhile......which it why it took me so long to vaccume. But this carwash continues to be excellent every time I go there! I recommend them to any and everyone!

Each visit they always have new employee. Never see the employee from last visit. Management is unprofessional and do not want to hear your concerns. Went to management to express concerns was told they would not talk with me. One visit the tech left the top off my oil valve, oil spilling out. Went back for correction and they acted like it was my fault. Shame on them, be careful with this business.

If wish I could leave no stars at all. Went at 5:15 on a Saturday for an emissions test and the attendant stated he was finishing his last one. And walked from my vehicle! Then I asked why does the sign say 6pm, Google Maps say 6pm, and you the attendant are present using a emission machine. He didn’t answer just yelled back at the car, Jiffy lube is right down the road! What is the problem with people not wanting to work!

I called to ask if they were able to do an oil change on my specific kind of vehicle, and the representative asked me to hold (I assumed to get the answer to my question). I sat on hold for 10 minutes listening to the employees discuss food, (the lady that picked up loves Sonics) to them discussing their job, and a gentleman who she referred to as the manager saying he is not, because he dont get paid enough, she then proceeds to agree with him and states, neither do I, but yall make more than me ... I could literally go on and on, but this was beyond unprofessional, and the lady NEVER came back on the phone to answer my simple question after almost 10 minutes of me sitting on the phone. Terrible, Terrible customer service. I am very disappointed, and will no longer be a returning customer.
