I bought three twin mattresses, box springs, and one iron bed frame. My three girls slept on Serta mattresses and with a princess type frames. Also bought them dressers to go with the bedroom suit. I paid $12,000.00 at a well known furniture store. Here I paid a whole lot less. Also I bought a pillow top king size mattress. Then bought other goodies that I found.The king size mattress was awesome. Slept like I was on a cloud or a waveless water bed. I havent slept this good since my full wave water bed.Also the person waiting on me was very friendly, professional, and new all the answers to my questions. I know she was from Michigan. Value Village truly has an awesome person working for them. The two men who helped load my beds in my truck was awesome also. I would give them all five stars. I will also recommend to anyone and my family and friends, the well made beds at an awesome store like value village.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and knowledge about sleep number beds and products. This was a good experience for myself and I. Investing in your life longevity is important.

I’ve been having no success with pillows I’ve tried as many as I can tolerate. I finally gave in and walked into “Sleep Number” in Arbor Place Mall” right to the “ComfortFit, Curved-Std pillow.” I was greeted by Cynthia and she said that’s one of the customers favorite pillows and so I decided to give it a try. I purchased this on 04/07/2021 and since then I have had zero neck pain. For me neck pain is some of the worse pain to have. Thank you Cynthia J for your help.

We werent sure which Sleep Number Bed was best for us. The Arbor Place Store manager, Cynthia, was very knowledgeable about the different beds and let us try several beds at different settings to help us select the one that was the best fit for us. She definitely provided an excellent customer experience for us.

Definitely not worth the money. Only lasted 3 years and now the center is sunk in and so uncomfortable. Sleep Numbers solution is to replace the foam for a few hundred bucks. Not spending any more money on this low quality mattress, Ill just look for a different brand with better quality. I bought from Town Center Mall but that location is no longer there.

Lynn and the other ladies were great. They were able to answer our questions and take care of everything. I honestly could have stayed there all day...I felt at home and knew that my purchase was going to be life changing for me. Im looking forward to sleeping better.

Sleep Number store was easy to travel to from my home. I had every intention on purchasing a bed when I visited the store and the manager helped make it possible. She was so nice and gave me great information! I have purchased many other items with help using my many rewards. I love love love my bed and if I purchase another one, it will be here.

My husband and I just ordered a bed from here. The experience was nice and informative. We should get the bed in about a week so I may provide another update but so far so good.

The sale çlerk was really helpful. I liked the beds & got the one that was the best for my back. I have sleep more hour a night since I got the bed.

We had a very pleasant experience there. The sales ladies who helped us were very knowledgeable about the products and were able to answer any questions we had. At the same time they were not at all pushy.

I have been a temperpedic person until I got my sleep number. The feeling of that mattress after Nancy set my number I can’t tell you how good it felt. Relieving the pressure on my back was definitely an ah ha moment for me. I can’t wait for for my mattress to be delivered.

Im kinda surprised that there seem to be so many folks that had a wonderful experience at the Arbor Place Mall, Douglasville, Ga store. I went in for my first visit today and got Cynthia as my helper. Hubby was waiting for me in the mall and he said I was in there for 1 hr & 45 mins. WHAT ?? Well, maybe it was because none of the beds were working properly. I ended up having to sit up on side of bed after laying there so long, uncomfortable, waiting for it to work. Several times, head was pressed instead of foot and vice versa. Also hit left side instead of right side & vice versa. Couldnt find remotes for the beds or either they werent working. Said one of them quit working yesterday, it will take at least 3 days to get another in the store. Also said there were so many folks in yesterday. That shouldnt have anything to do with it. Also either didnt know how to work the i-pad properly or it wasnt working properly. But it was pretty much a waste of my time as I wasnt able to get a real feel of what the beds did. She seemed to be knowledgeable about the stats for the beds, just had problems with the mechanical stuff. I did tell her that I didnt have a good experience and said it loud enough for the other lady that was working, to hear me. That lady kinda looked my way but didnt make any comment about my experience. And for the price, good googly woogly, I agree with another reviewer, you better rob a bank first, I hope I can find a bed for less than $10,000. If you wanna go try the beds out, Id suggest going to another location.

Poor customer service and communication needs work, was told my date of delivery, then was told that employee made a mistake and my date was changed and pushed back over a week the very next day. Very frustrating when trying to set up my afternoon for the delivery. Delivery charge is also frustrating, I dont understand why shipping is 200$ if they make you wait 2 weeks for it to be sent. A high fee in my opinion for standard shipping on an object that could be unflated and placed in a box. My purchase was for the c4 mattress only.

Nicole is very knowledgeable and extremely professional. She is the main reason why we purchased our Sleep Number bed at the Douglasville store. I called the store on a Saturday because I didnt know where Sleep Number was located in Arbor Place Mall. I did not leave a message. She called me back from caller ID. She was very apologetic due to she was unable to answer the phone due to high traffic volumes with your current sale. My husband and I went to the store Thursday evening to avoid the onslaught of people on the weekend. Very pleasant and calm buying experience. Nicole helped us narrow down which bed would work best for our needs and answered all of our questions. Give this woman a raise and a promotion but keep her at the Douglasville store!

Salesperson that we met had a problem with black men and would not answer any of my questions she spoke directly to my wife but almost totally ignored me. The salesperson was a black woman and this is common behavior when African American men are involved. This salesperson clearly hates black men.
