I love it here! Always clean and fully stocked. The produce isnt holding up that long but I am sure the Pandemic has something to do with that.

So normally this is a great Publix, but Norma is the reason for this review. She was absolutely rude. I said good morning and was polite she never opened her mouth!! Now I could care less how you feel about a race of people, but you work at a store where all kinds of people come in. No matter your personal feelings you should be polite!!! PERIOD! Now Im sure some will disagree with this post and thats cool too, but why be rude? Im just one customer, but I shop here a lot. Anyway, GOOD MORNING NORMA!!!!

Wheres the beef? Horrible selection of beef. Very limited. Will not shop here again for beef. Otherwise great place. Wanted a nice steak gor dinner. Didnt see a decent ribeye at all.

Poor customer service at the deli. I was ignored by the deli staff. I waited for 30 minutes just for a simple deli sandwich. I left after I was rudely told that they were only working on online orders

Today was my last time ordering online to pick up Monday they didn’t have it ready made a complaint you would think they would’ve compensated me but no they took my name and number and still no one called me on the concern. Today made another order online and it was completely wrong, after they so called fixed it it was still wrong my 3 year old bites into her supposed to be honey Turkey to only choke on it because it was jerk Turkey not only have I been inconvenienced but my child suffered. I call the number that I was given to complain and they have me on the phone asking questions for 30 minutes to only tell me they don’t handle Publix online pick up orders another inconvenience all awhile nobody is even caring about my situation and mind you I am a paying customer this location should be ashamed of themselves not only did you have two older lady’s working whom could barely get around who should be doing something that’s slower paced but not even a apology was made nothing I want my money back and I will never patronize this location again.

Went in to get a birthday cake for my son.. The manager in the bakery which is Bruce was very rude... This is how I received my cake back and then him telling me thats the best he can do🤦🏾 but yours a manager in a bakery 🤔 and this is your best? He had a very nasty attitude when I asked him about it!! Public is usually not like this and Im still not believing that the service was like this.... Bruce in no where near manager like... The manager of public even said that this was unexceptionable but I didnt have time to go anywhere else 😤😤 Thanks Bruce for my sons wonderful birthday cake😤😤

I understand a lot of places are in need of help..But over the years Publix customer service has gone down hill greatly.... The wait times are ridiculous.... the front end really needs to do better on catching the crowd before it starts... most of the cashiers there have absolutely no since if urgency..

Ive seen a lot of grocery stores across the country as I have traveled. This, and most Publix stores I have visit, are some of the best. Always well lit, they have a great selection of high quality produce and a good variety of brands that range in price and ingredient specialties.I will go to other stores for single items, but I always go to this Publix for my full grocery shop when Im in Douglasville.

Just recently went back to this establishment in a while and completely blown away by the cleanliness of the store and efficiency of the staff. I feel comfortable shopping for groceries despite the new circumstances for COVID-19 and know the management is on top of everything to offer real solutions. This is a suburb location and Im impressed by everyones pleasantly calm demeanor, definitely coming back soon!!!💗💗💗

As with all Publix this one was very clean! I was in for my covid shot at this location. Was one of the best experiences Ive had taking a vaccination! I havent childhood needle phobia. The pharmacist was knowledgeable understanding and very adept. I would suggest anyone living with a needle phobia to consider going to this location for your vaccination!

My weekly Public run. Always finding a great deal.

They have excellent customer service,product quality, & daily savings..(need I go on) however, I needed a money order on Saturday, it was after 8pm and all other money centers were closed. I called publix & their money center was open until 10p. Service with a smile.

Every time I come to this Publix, I do not have a problem. I prefer to do to this one, than the one off Chapel Hill Rd. This Publix seems to have what I’m looking for when I need it. Their customer service is always on point.

This publix has the best chicken. Be prepared to wait, thats how good the chicken is. They cant make it quick enough. Get there before 4pm or you will wait but its worth the wait.

On the last min fly I ran into Publix for a Birthday cake and the sweetest worker “Becca” helped me out and went the extra mile. Becca Is wonderful! I’ll definitely recommend people to this bakery/store.

I was able to get everything I needed at Publix. I always enjoy shopping on a clean, friendly environment. The Publix team was the epitome of customer service from check out to putting the groceries in my car. Thank you to all of these front line workers. Publix is generally a better place to shop than other stores. However, the service is not up to the Publix standard. The deli counter clerk was not very helpful and seemed annoyed that I had a question. Overall a pretty standard grocery store experience.

Publix is really good sometimes you cant find chicken wings but the serviceis fast and they and very pleasant

Worst location by far to get a sandwich from. Cage and the Lady he normally works with are super slow and don’t care about the quality of the sandwiches. Subway across the street is better and faster and (I don’t like subway very much).This is not a single experience this has been multiple times. Obviously the managers don’t care enough to pay attention to the 10 person lines.Tried to order sandwiches online too. Still waited about 45 minutes.

I Love Publix Because They Care About Their Customers!Most of the time I have a great shopping experience at Publix.Pros:- Meat & Seafood Dept is Top Notch! They are full service meat department. I love that they will even cut or grind meat to your specifications. If you want thicker steaks they will cut them as thick as you want. Always a friendly staff.- Great Deli. Great sandwiches, fried & rotisserie chicken. Went out of their way to help me out.- Great customer service. The associates at the customer service counter are always courteous & friendly.- Great management. If I ever have questions or concerns the members of the management team always listen and do their best to be helpful.- Great Knowledgeable Staff. Always helpful. If I cant find something and ask for assistance the staff member not only tells me where its located but walks me all the way to the item. Nice!- Bakery Department is super. Sometimes I just want just ONE treat without having to buy a box. I like that if I want one donut or two dozens that I can get what I want. Other stores only have pre-packaged pastries.- Clean Shopping Carts. Even before COVID I was a stickler for clean carts. A team member always sprays & wipes the carts.Cons:- Only issue is that the Deli gets pretty back logged at times especially dinner & lunch time. This is a sign of how good their food is.

We go there for specific items but also shop at Kroger for better prices. Publix employees are super friendly.

This store is clean, and most of my experiences here have been standard, however I have never had a sandwich made with so little care or attention as Tiffany did today. She was nice, but was completely mentally absent from the very basic task. The food I ended up with was mashed up and difficult to eat. Tiffany should probably be moved somewhere that is less involved with quality control, or informed how to perform tasks with presence and care.

Everything about this place is wonderful, with the exception of the deli. The customer service there is deplorable, all you do is wait. I ask for a rotisserie chicken and the cook said it would be twenty minutes so I waited twenty minuets and ask one of the other people to check on it and the came back and said he told them it would be another twenty minutes. Needless to say I went to Kroger.

I love our publix and every time I go I find something new to me. Not for them though. Theyve always known or had awesome food. I have a new duty added to my list. Taking care of my onset of dementia mother. Shes extremely demanding and thinks everything should take 5 mins. She wont allow me time to cook so I have to be innovative (if thats the word) and come up with quick meals that actually taste good. I have just discovered these items. Roast beef in gravy, mashed potatoes in a 4 pack same for Mac and cheese. Or get the big container of signature mashed potatoes if feeding 4. Omg!!!! Publix brand rocks. See my pics and next time give this a try. The Pot roast is 2 good size pieces of meet in delicious brown gravy. Pour over bread or rolls. Like roast beef open-faced sandwich with mashed potatoes. Dinner for 2 if youre a small eater. Dinner for 1 hardworking man/woman. Lol. See my pics and give it a try. Its worth the quick fix and not frozen. (Im trying to take pics but not working.) So the names are: publix homestyle beef pot roast with seasoned gravy, 32 oz Resers main st Bistro signature mashed potatoes, or single pack of 4 of same potatoes 6 oz each. Its a lot of food packed in these containers. I poured gravy over sara Lee artesanano baked buns. I just put that in the toaster for a light toasting. DO NOT SALT before tasting. My elderly mother doesnt salt anything. This to me is perfectly seasoned and needs nothing. Others may add accordingly. I do add pepper to my food. But you will think youre at a fine dining country restaurant. Open-faced roast beef use to be very popular in the 80s. It takes a total of 10 mins to heat this singularly in the microwave. Ladies prepare this up and toss the box and tell hubby its home-made. Haha. Its truly very good and my mild dementia mother who hardly ever eats meat loves this. Good Luck!

Just came in quick in and out. Wasnt too crowded. The place was clean and organized thou from what l saw. Only thing was only one person working service desk. This made things a lil slow over that area.

My husband really likes Publix, I like it because they have beautiful vegetables and fresh meat. The staff is really friendly and they adhere to the Covid-19 guidelines.

I went to the Pharmacy to pick up my Rx, and the young man ask for my information, then said that only one was ready,and not the one my doctor sent four hours ago. I said why its been 4 hours and the pharmacist yell because we have been busy thats why. I replied ok, I am talking to this young man, you dont have be all hostile and I aint talking to you first of all .Whats your problem 😕

Waited 45 minutes for a sandwich and they couldnt even microwave my bacon. Yet another place to avoid for food service in Douglasville.

After a misunderstanding the manager did not try to come up with any solution. He just stated that they would just have take the lost.

I got my Covid 19 shot. The Johnson & Johnson one where you only have to have one shot. You dont have to have an application. YOU dont even have to pay for it.

Usually its a pleasant experience but tonight was the complete opposite! First I wanted to purchase a roast and the one I really wanted was uncovered (nothing to ignore during a pandemic). I showed one of the butchers and asked how long had the roast been sitting out and he was very rude and nonchalant. Then I get to the register and my 4 containers of humus arent ringing BOGO so the cashier sends the bagger to check, she verifies that it is BOGO. The cashier calls for an override and that person comes and starts looking for the BOGO ad in the flyer......REALLY???? I refuse to pay those prices and still encounter rudeness and poor customer service, I will go out of my way and shop at the Chapel Hill location going forward!

The usual. No crowds. One thing about Publix family pack packages. The unit price per ounce is higher than the standard package. Family brand name family sized peanut butter is almost 3 cents an ounce more than the 15.5 of jar. Shop smart and watch out.
