I came across this place from the smell. The smell made me stop what I was doing and do in to check it out.. they have a huge selection on different oils (popular colognes/perfumes) and also a different variety of how you can use it. They have essential oils as well (for my naturalistic peeps) the ladies are very attentive and informative. Need one up North as I was visiting this mall at the time.

I called in to see if the store was open. I was notified of their closure but asked if I wanted to place an order over the phone. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but was quickly put at ease. They talked me through several options but I was was still confuse, so I decided to put my trust in them as I have always received a quality product & service in the past.I told the young lady.....just send me your best!I received my package within 1 day and I’m very very pleased. I think the did a better job of I’d picked it myself.Thank you

I really liked this place. Until they closed and keep pushing back the dated to reopen.I know me alone, I want to re up on my supply of smell goods. But was going to buy some items for my family members. I was told I can just order online. Dear person on the other end of the phone. If I cant smell it I dont know if Im going to like it.I know other ppl who was going to spend 500 on items, guess not at the oil bar.

The euphoric smell captivated my nostrils the first time I passed the oil bar and since that Ive been hooked. Great quality in their lotions and oils. I even like how they are always coming up with new ways to better serve their clients, how they changed their bottles to make it easier to access the lotion. Awesome!

I was somewhat confused, the sign on the door says starting March 18th the store will open Monday-Saturday from 12pm to 7pm. BUT I was able to call the number they provided and order over the phone. I was promised it would be shipped within 24 hours. (I ordered Thursday) and as of today (Saturday) USPS is still waiting to receive the items I ordered so they can deliver to me. Very Disappointed .

Great customer service from Chelsea! She was knowledgeable about the products and assisted me with picking the perfect smells and products for my needs. Thank you so much young lady. She understands that customer service is a necessity!!!

This was the best 1st experience ever with DJ helping me! I loved his creative ability to provide great customer service/satisfaction with his knowledge of different oils and giving awesome suggestions on what to mix! If hes not the manager, he should be! You can tell he is dedicated and enjoys his job.

I went and purchase some body butter and when I got home i realized it was missing a oil that was in the ingredients... I went back in and a lovely young lady (Ebony) took her time to find the oil scent I was missing and mixed me a new one up ... I really appreciate her customer service because she went up and beyond ( SMELLING over 30+ fragrance oils for me to get that smell that was missing prior! All I have to say is wish everyone c/m service was like hers) Can you say Happy Customer .. 😊😊😊

This place is a jewel, I hope they never close. The young ladies are always helpful as they provide very efficient service and the scents are amazing! I receive tons of compliments & the scent is long lasting. They have a lot of scents to choose from and usually the newest ones are at the bar. Ive purchased the shea butter, lotion, fragrance mist and essential oils. Id def suggest you stop in, you wont regret it!

I have been to this store twice and each time I get great customer service. The first time my friend introduce me to the store and gave me a gift (lavendar with buds handmade bar soap). After that I fell in love with the store and had to go back for myself. I like the fact that the items can be custom made, its healthy, and the aroma of being in the oil bar. Its my favorite new store to go to and I look forward to trying more items in the future.

Ive been here a few times in the past. My visit today was very pleasant. I went in seeking calming esstienal oils and I recieved that and more. DJ was a breath of fresh air. I appreciate his attention to detail, and his willingness to provide his expertise as well. Im definitely a satisfied customer and will return again and again. Thanks DJ!!!

The staff was full of energy, knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Easy in and out mixed with decent pricing and a positive atmosphere.

When I went there there was a worker named shay who also works at the Cumberland location. Who is just absolutely amazing and when I tell you she can pick out two amazing fragrances and mix them to an even better fragrance her skills are on point, Ill most likely buy something if I see Her

Awesome place with great people. If you need help finding a new scent, they have great recommedations. The shea butter is amazing for my eczema even with the scent added to it. Every time I go, I end up getting more than one, as the whole family is hooked.

I always come here to get my fragrances. The prices arent too bad, and they offer a good deal for get 2 products for I think $15, such as a body wash (with the scent that you picked), or body scrub, bottle of oil, or lotion ect. I find it to he a great deal and its all very natural which makes me feel better about it. The staff is usually ok, most the time they just stand around and wait patiently as you do your thing and wait to get you checked out, definitely nothing special. They also have a nice variety of bath bombs and essential oils at the check out area thay are labeled to help you with anxiety, depression, sleepiness, or relax. Its a cute little store.Oh and a tip.If you plan to go smelling the huge array of oils to choose youre likely, they have a small jar of coffee beans, smell those to reset your smeller lol after a while you cant smell the differences between any.

Not my thing. The smell of the store was overpowering. I smelled some of the samples and left, but the residual oil on my hands followed me for hours despite repeated hand washing.

Always a great experience at The Oil Bar. They keep me in order with my fragrance needs.

Don’t buy the oil burner they go out after a month. Replacing the bulb doesn’t work and it’s only 14 day return or exchange policy.
