Mrs. Catherine the manager was awesome today. I had a hard time figuring out pillows and she came over willing to help with no problem. I got to start back shopping there now. The selection of items are picking back up. Great customer service❤️

Not too much to buy. Clothes a but outdated. Store shelves not full. Little variety. Sales not as good as used to be. Quiet store & smooth atmosphere though. Quick express. A go to place if not much else open.

I love Bealls Outlet, but this one is not up to standing! Didnt have quite enough of anything in the store. I suppose because another home decorating store oh, they just cant compete with it. Not sure how long this Bells is going to be around which is sad.

I did not go to bealls.And i think there merchandise is inferior.

A bit sparse but it could just be a consequence of the current covid 19 regulations and supply chain.

Clean but empty.

Stopped by to look over the store as I always do when I come by on our fall season. I enjoy the huge variety of this store including the bulldog fan itemsbut this time I neededto make a stop to the restrooms and it hasbwwnthe worst experience look on a bathroom.This is horrible; I can’t imagine how employees can even use those facilities. Even the floors are polished under the nasty dirt ever seen.. I really needed to report this.. the main door hinges was broken so the door doesn’t even shuts well and the sinks .. my goodness how many years old are these ones including toilet basin.. I beliebve this store sells enough to have this replace..

Just visited the brand new one on Hwy 5 in Douglasville. Very big and lots of items to select from. I know it’s opening weekend but please don’t walk around to your customers in the store and pester them about “opening a Beall’s credit card” and go on and on about how good it is. No thanks!!! I don’t walk into a department store and have someone come up to me while I’m perusing clothes say “hey wanna open a credit card?!” It’s kinda rude and kinda too pushy. I know I’m gonna get asked at the register and can kindly decline but when you’re an employee who follows me around and asks me about 3 times while I’m shopping, that puts a bad taste in my mouth. I do love the items as Bealls and will continue to shop there but this location isn’t always going to be my first choice. Furthermore, this big of a store needs more than just a single bathroom for women and a single bathroom for men. I mean come on!!!
