Fresh cookies and great customer service every time!

Well the product is delicious the staff is rude and disrespectful. Our company orders from here just about every month. The past three times weve gone to pick up our orders theyve either been late or theyre just flat out disrespectful they disrespected a ups dude today just trying to do his job delivering a package to get confirmation of who he was handing it to for the girl just to throw the package down in front of customers this is crazy do better

GM Lynn is awful. She refused to remake this cake for me & refused to refund. She yelled at me in front of other mall patrons. Disrespect & unprofessional.GAC needs to hire REAL cake decorators, not people who clearly have no idea what they are doing.

Nice associates & good cookies. But the customers that go here are ungrateful and rude. I mean its cookies - lil round circles of happiness. Why do they need to argue and say rude comments to the associates? We all know they are overpriced cookies but, the are so dang GOOD! 😀

Upstairs was great. Downstairs was just rude. Had to go down there for my birthday cookie and the black guy that took my order was extremely rude. Not sure if it was because I am old, white or fat.. but whatever. He was nice to the young girls in front of me.

Absolutely nasty cookies.Chocolate chip tasted like dark chocolate. The White Macadamia with coconut were absolutely atrocious.The oatmeal raisin were alright. They would have had to go far to mess up oatmeal raisin.Cookies from Zaxbys and Subway are leaps and bounds better than these. These were barely edible.On top of the nasty taste, I feel as though I have a headache from them; and I only ate 4.However, the people were courteous. Wont be going back though.

The cookies are consistently yummy, warmish, and soft! I wouldve given 5 stars but the wait was exceedingly long on Saturday.

Ordered a huge cookie cake and picked it up the next day ready on time, perfectly decorated, and delicious!!!!!!!

Came to the mall for a cookie. The sales associate was not there. There was a long line of people waiting and the associate never came.
