Staff is always helpful and friendly. The product line is patchy as a store, they have everything and nothing. In regard to hardware and such, They have enough to start a project but not complete it. Good overall selection of feed and pet supplies. I had started buying my Motor oil there but now it seems they only have their store brand, It could simply be supply lines. Overall fair pricing across the store.

I usually shop at the Tractor Supply in Dallas, but they didnt have any ducklings in. I called the Douglasville store and the employee on the phone was polite and helpful. They had ducks and chicks, so I headed over. Its really a nice little store. I think its a bit smaller than the Dallas location, but walking around it also seemed like they had a better selection of some things. Holly, the employee who got the ducks and chicks was very helpful, and kept asking questions to make sure I had everything I needed. It was a great experience overall and I just might start shopping here instead of the Dallas store.

Do not order online!! Called the store the day I ordered they said they would keep all my items until they all showed and didn’t. When I traveled an hr after calling early that day I was told my items where not in store!!

Always shop here never had a problem, however the customer service today with Kham was terrible. Needed help loading Drive In T Post and was told after waiting 10 minutes “we’re changing shifts and it will be a few minutes”. In the mean time I loaded and unloaded the T Post with no help from employees. I’ll go to Carrollton from now on or find another supplier.

Went to get my propane tank filled, someone told me I could bring it in the back and get it filled. I proceeded to the back and no one was there to fill it. When I got back to the front of the store the cashier directed that the guy who was going to fill it was headed back to the back. I told him I was going to just bring my car around. I loaded my son in the car and the propane tank and no one was there outside to meet me. I even tried to prepay and I couldn’t do that.

Tractor Supply is a great place for animal owners. They have an excellent assortment of food and supplies for dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, and horses, including lots of nonprescription meds. If your cat has an eye infection, ask the staff for a tube of terramycin eye ointment, which they keep in the back. Its only $20.

Pretty cool. Good selection of dog food. Some of which I want to try but have to wait on budget. Liked the different flavors such as veal, bison, and turkey. Figured my kids would enjoy trying something new.

A unique store. The employees are always helpful and nice at this location. What I need is usually always in stock. Once an item was not in stock, in which case an employee ordered the item and I received a phone call when the item arrived in the store. They sell Carhartt supplies that cannot be found in stock anywhere else near us. I receive excellent customer service at Tractor Supply and it still feels like a home town experience. To me, that is exceptional.

The veterinary clinic is superb, but limited in what they are able to do. For regular immunizations and overall health checkups, though, its well worth the time and a good value.Other plusses: If you cant find it anywhere else, theres a good chance that Tractor Supply will have it.

I was pretty irritated yesterday when visiting your plumbing department. I finally found a guy to help me but he was putting up stock. I asked if he could help me find a piece I was looking for and he said he would when he finished doing what he was doing. So I went back to looking for it myself and still couldnt find it, so I kept waiting. After a while I went to look for him and he was helping someone else. I waited until he was finished, but soon realized he didnt have a clue what it was that I was looking for. Im a woman and its very irritating when I know more than the man thats supposed to be trained to do his job. I went ahead and purchased what he suggested because he said that was the only thing they had. When I got home it wouldnt work, so I ended up going to Home Depot today and getting the correct piece. I prefer Lowes because its closer but the gas I spent making the extra trip today was worth every penny to avoid the frustration I went through yesterday!
