I was having weakness in my legs. Went to Doctor and my vitamins D was really low. I tried other brands but for me it didnt seem to work. However this brand Solgar Vitamin D3 made my D level come back to normal and all weakness left. Also there customer service is great and will answer any other questions about other vitamins needs you may have. Have a blessed day everyone 😊

Shopped there today for the first time. I was very pleased with the selections they offer. Very nice and spacious store. Glad to have this store in Douglas County. Friendly and helpful staff helped make this a pleasant shopping experience

Two words... Over priced!! Although they have a good selection you will pay almost double the price. I paid $20 for Umcka which I found on Amazon for about $9!

If you are going to purchase anything from this location pay with cash! My card was charged twice but they say it was declined on their end. The lady talked down to me like I was nothing. I even showed the guy it wasn’t “pending” it charged my card! They wasn’t helpful at all! Poor service from the lady. They guy was ok.

This location is good! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, the store is always clean, organized, they have full stock everytime I visit, prices are good, sales items each time, ready to eat snacks, ready to drink protein drinks etc. For sure I recommend this location if you are looking for protein shakes, vitamins, all natural products such as cleaning products, organic essential oils and this is just to name a few. Check it out if you havent and thank you for reading!

If you tell an associate kinda what your looking for they will assist you. And also they will not open till the time on the door even if your standing there.. But I guess that is why they set hours.. All around good store.

I can’t give this particular store good reviews because every time I go there I am followed around the store and watched. I have had this problem at other stores and at other Vitamin Shoppe’s but this Vitamin Shoppe has to be the worse.I actually went there today and was asked if I needed help just like every other time that I have gone there. I responded no that I didn’t need help. There was another lady in the store also shopping when I arrived but The Vitamin Shoppe employee kept following me around and I did feel quite uncomfortable to shop in peace. While I was being watched the other customer had all the time in the world to steal.I am a gold member and have spent thousands of dollars at this store you have to spend a lot to reach gold status.Since I have moved to Douglasville and had a few bad encounters at this store I have decided to shop less at The Vitamin Shoppe online and in store. I just cannot and will not put my money towards employee’s paychecks that treat me as a criminal every time I go to shop there. Yes I am black, yes I have torn jeans on, a hoodie, and tennis shoes but that doesn’t mean that I don’t have any money and it sure as hell doesn’t make me a criminal. Look into my account I have spent a lot of money with these people but that will change significantly.

I called and asked if they had a certain item in stock and I was told yes and online it also said they had one of the item I was looking for in stock at the store . But when u got there when they open at 10am they didn’t have it on top of raising the prices 😒 I’m mad they wasted my time I drove a long way to come to this store when I honestly could have went else where. This store is not busy at all and should keep they items in stock !! There was no reason they shouldn’t have had this product after I was told it was in stock .

Horrible Experience. Placed an order over a month ago and called customer service several times saying my item was in stock and would be shipped out the next day. On 4 separate occasions I was told the same thing without my package being shipped. On the 4th call, I was then told my order was placed on hold and they didnt know why and then my item was all of a sudden out of stock. No one was able to tell me why my order was on hold and they didnt know how to resolve the problem. Never will I order anything from their website again.
