Once again Vic and his team came thru! My mom is in an assisted living facility and lost her hearing aid. I contacted Vic and he suggested a refurbished hearing aid and was able to use her settings for the new aid since we weren’t able to bring her into the office. Our family is very grateful for all that he’s done.

I was with another hearing aid company for many years and then needed new hearing aids. I had issues with them from day one and could not get them to work with me to resolve the problems. I decided to go to Miracle Ear and was fitted with new hearing aids. I told them my previous experience and Dick Soucy took the time to listen to my problems I had with the others and with his patience and knowledge my hearing aids are perfect. I definitely would recommend Miracle Ear to anyone.

A very good experience with them there. I shopped around and they were the best product and by far the friendliest people. Love them there!

Fitting, hearing tests etc. were excellent. However WATCH OUT FOR 30 DAY RETURN POLICY! Up front, they say quick, easy, no-questions-asked return. BUT there are hassles that they do NOT tell you about up front. So the quick/easy characterization is just a LIE. And there IS a significant cost to return the hearing aids (explained up front, but not in their advertising however). Could the hassle be worse? Yes, things can ALWAYS be worse.

I read the posting titled “Fitting” and was shocked with the review. This individual must not have been to the Douglasville office but picked Mr. Soucy’s name out of the office information. I have been dealing with Mr. Soucy for going on six years and I am on my second set of hearing aids. I have always found Mr. Soucy and his staff to be one of the most if not the most accommodating individuals I have ever met. From day one they were professional and explained everything in detail and even when I went to sign the purchase agreement the refund and return policy was completely explained and the purchaser was asked to initial that part of the agreement the explains about a fitting fee equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the purchase price. The poster was fitted or else they would not have been able to wear them. Do not know what the individual thought a fitting was and I feel they did not give Mr. Soucy a chance to make any adjustments so the hearing aids would help the individual.

Dr. Soucy at Miracle-Ear has demonstrated his skills and concerns for my hearing problem. He has thoroughly explained the problem and why, how the hearing works in details, to help correct my hearing problem. He has given me better care than I have had in the forty plus years of wearing hearing aids.

Fitting, Mr Soucy did not measure my ears for fit and I explained I had a very sensitive ear from swimmers ear and Tinnitus. The day I received the hearing aids, wore them 6 hours, they did not help my hearing, and my ear gave me pain and throbing for 4 days. Called them told them I could not wear them so returned them to store . I expect to receive my refund without delay and was not satisfied to have to pay a fitting fee of 15% since I really did not receive a fitting. Corporate Miracle Ear can not do anything since each store is a separate franchise. I also learned afterward they have refurbished hearing aides. I should have retained some legal advice about the 15% and checked to see if they were refurbished and medical attention for the pain and throbbing in my ear...
