I enjoy the peace and quiet. Im almost finished remodeling, its been a long haul but the management has bared with me. Tammy is the property manager, she has been 👍

Affordable lot rent but i dont recommend the new trailers for they are poorly built and honestly youd be better off buying a house for the price in comparison of craftsmanship quality of the new trailers being moved and sold within the park

Wish zero stars could be a choice. Worst trailer park in Douglasville with even worse people running the joint. They have a maintance man named Harris and all he does is harass people and break water pipes if people ignore him. They left people without water after the snowstorm for weeks and told residents they would get to fixing their water when they could get to it. Do not live here it’s awful.

The people are cool

Not a bad neighborhood but it definitely needs some paving, cleaning, and general work. People seem friendly :)

The management needs to do slot of clean up in this moble home park,, trees down, weeds over taking areas, bad roads, the owner need to replace the current staff due to they aint doing a good job of making it a nice clean mobile home park, and what they charge as down onto and rent on new homes for that park and location is to high for those who need a place just starting out,The plus is most people living there are nice folks, good hard working folks but the management and maintance staff need to step up or be replaced by the owner.

Quiet place and safe. Friendly neighbors

The pavement is horrible. Who ever runs this place they just patch on top of patch and then other pot holes dont even get patched.. pics soon

Clean atmosphere. I would come again and again.

Cool field trip.

Besides visiting relatives I wasnt too impressed by the driveways to get around. Most lots are either vacant or waiting to be vacated.
