Ive always had good service from them. Havent purchased a bike there so I cant comment on the sales end of the business. Service is good though.

I have bought two bikes from L&D. Their level of service is unparalleled.
Horrible service department. They told me so many lies and then they damaged my brand new machine. They denied it of course but I reported it to Polaris. Stay far away from this dealer and you can get alot better deal at another place.
Buyer beware!!!! Service department tells nothing but lies. Had my sxs in for warranty work. Only owned it for 3 days. Polaris told me they kept ordering the wrong part 3 times. That took over a month. They accused Polaris of sending the wrong part but Polaris said they kept changing part numbers each time.Then when they did get the right part they lied to me saying they were waiting for Polaris to send it to them and as soon as they get it I would be good to go in a few days. Polaris told me they had received the part over 2 weeks prior. I finally called them out on all their lies and that is when everything really went down hill. I ended up getting a senior case manager with Polaris to resolve this issue. After almost 4 months I finally got it back. Please message me on messenger and I can tell you the whole story there is so much more details. I can also give you my Polaris case number so you can hear all this for yourself. I did talk to the owner and that is a story in itself.

Had my routine 25hr service done here on my polaris atv. The crew here is awesome and know their stuff!! Ill admit I had to be a little patient due to the impact of Covid but they were proactive in their communication and had a much faster turn around time than other dealers!!! Definitely my go to dealership from now on and should be yours too!
Great place to buy a Triumph! L&D allowed me to test ride several bikes, which if that didnt happen would have caused me buyers remorse. Had a Street Triple but wanted more of a touring bike and ended up with a Tiger 800 - the last bike I thought Id own. Everyone at L&D was friendly, helpful, the $$$ were right. I highly suggest you go elsewhere if you want any kind of service. I went there for tires and they over charged what they quoted and when I got the bike bake there was less then a 1/4 of free play on the chain ( 2014 cbr 1000rr. Says right on swing arm it needs to be 1-1/4 free play) and it messed up the front sprocket bearing. I took it to another shop who confirmed the problem and the cause then I took it back to l&d ( after the chain had been set to correct free play) they take a look at it and of corse have every excuse in the book to get out of it. I get the bike back and the tech set the chain yet again with basically 0 slack and tell me it was put back just how it was when I got there. They also said my oil was way over full and it clearly says on the dip stick not to screw it in when checking oil level. I don’t usually bad mouth a place even if service is bad but in this case I would highly suggest anyone get there motorcycle worked on elsewhere. Ps they don’t torque anything just use a impact gun to tighten everything up. Hope this helps someone
I purchased a new slingshot from this dealership on June 11, 2020 and 70 days later I do not have my title or tags. My temp tags are now expired and this dealership does not reponf to calls or emails regarding this situation. They want to blame everything on Covid 19. If you cannot provide a service then you should not take the money for the service. Wish I has gone to Coleman Powersports in Virginia. Why do I have to open complaints with the states attorney and consumer affairs just to get something that I paid for. Not worth the 1 star that i had to give them. If you live in The DMV do not do business here. Trust me!!!!!!

I spoke with Jim over the phone last Friday, discussing a Suzuki I was interested in. He assured me there were no hidden fees and would have the bike ready to test ride, if I decided to come in. Since I live 2.5 hours away, I was skeptical, but made the trip. Upon arriving, the bike was sitting out front, fueled and ready to go. I took the bike for a quick spin, Jim and I agreed on a price 30 seconds after my return, and with the help of Larissa in finance, was able to ride the bike home!Jim is a standup, no BS guy. Great staff and service! I bought a used motorcycle from L&D. Neil was great, super helpful and low pressure, worked with me and all my questions. He had tons of patience. Larissa in F&I was super helpful and even did all of the out of state motor vehicle paperwork for me. Parts and service got me up on the road with a helpful attitude.
I had purchased a Victory Octane from an out of state dealer on Sunday, and come Monday evening riding to work I was down a cylinder and the bike was throwing codes. I got in touch with L & D and they let me know I would be able to get the bike in next Tuesday, but I could drop it off Saturday if it would help with my schedule. Well, I dropped the bike off on Saturday and within an hour they were calling me to let me know that they had already gotten into the bike and had found the root cause. An hour later, I got another phone call letting me know that there was a transferable warranty on the bike (that I was not aware of) and that the work needed would be covered under warranty; saving me more than a few hundred dollars on what needed to be done!!! The staff at L&D has earned my business for as long as I am in the area.

I needed my Triumph Tiger 800s computer cleared because a maintenance icon comes on the display at scheduled mileage point. Stopped in and they were able to take care of me on the spot. Enjoyed talking bikes and such with the staff while I waited.

Took our vehicle for much needed service. When they loaded it on our trailer, they mistakenly kept our key. It was almost a week later we recd key in mail. Thank goodness we had spare key and were able to take it off the borrowed trailer.

Just purchased bike from l&d cycles, had a flawless experience and absolutely no issues with any employee there. Peter Kuhn was a great salesman as well as everybody else helping out through the process. Very friendly to my entire family while completing deal. I will continue to deal with and purchase from these guys (and girl) . I would recommend to anybody without hesitation!
All my questions were answered by Jim, a friendly knowledgeable guy. They met the price I had negotiated at a more distant dealer. Financing was very straightforward with a very friendly solicitious office person. And then we were out the door, seizing the opportunity of a rare warm day in January to get this bad boy home to the warm garage. Hope winter goes by quickly!

UPDATE. They called me and messaged me on the review page and were very professional and apologized for any inconvenience. They really are good people. I just expect things a certain way.Went in last week. Ordered a D.I.D 530 vx chain master link. Got told it would be there the following Friday, I ordered it Wednesday so good turn around. I call Friday and they tell me it will be there next Tuesday. So I wait till Tuesday. Call and drive over just to be told that it will now be there Thursday. This is my first experience with them and it’s not a good one.

Multiple times in a row ordering parts they give you a date that your part is suppose to arrive and never happens. Nor do they reach out to let you know that your part hasnt arrived on the day its suppose to but will be arriving 4 days later than expected.

This place is so hit or miss it is crazy. The location looks bad, they always seem to be out of what i need, and customer service depends on who is working. I dont hate L&D, but it is by no means my first choice, and i own a Suzuki.

STAY AWAY!!! LIARS AVOID THIS DEALERSHIPHorrible experience!! Bought a new motorcycle from this dealership, they lied about the options and features it had, sold me a fully loaded bike at the end I got a base model, missing an $800 option they confirmed in emails it had. Once I had an independent dealer confirm my suspicions the salesperson Jim Metz admitted he made a mistake, but wouldn’t do anything or offer a resolution to remedy the situation. Attempts to contact the manager and owner all felt flat since all calls were intercepted by Jim tried speaking to another salesperson in the company they would not help or even offer the name of owners or Mr. Metz’s supervisor a professional scam artist crew.I found this dealership through an add on eBay, they had the motorcycle I wanted at what seemed like a great price so after confirming the motorcycle was configured the way I wanted it I finalized the deal with Jim Metz(avoid him). I arrived at the dealership to pick up the motorcycle the accessories I purchased were not installed even though they were ordered two weeks prior. (they refunded the money on the spot this will be the only easy part of the transaction). As we start doing the paperwork it turns out the finance rate is different it was off by 1% about $90 more for the whole deal so I decided to go with it anyways( I drove 170 miles). I was given the manuals to the motorcycle but for an older model that didn’t have the ABS as an option probably on purpose so I won’t be able to identify the difference. I was promised in emails that I would get the correct manuals but that’s another promise that was never delivered on. I had tried contacting several agencies to help me with this dealer but because I don’t live in the state I could not use their help. AVOID THESE GUYS MOST OF THE REVIEWS ARE BAD I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED

Was charged $100 to get key back when they determined it cost to much to fix atv. Make sure you get quote before having them do any work. Was never informed there would a charge just to give me a quote. Will never return as they didnt seem to care I was upset with the unexpected cost. Then to top it off they have me the wrong key and I had to go back a week later to get my key!

Worst customer service ever!!!!!!The magager/owner told me to leave after he refused to pay for the damages they did to my bike. He was also trying to intimidate me. Wich didnt work. The bald glazed donut head one (im pretty sure he was the owner as he later told me he was on the phone)...There was a guy with guages who was really cool and helpfull. So the story is i went down for a throttle body replacment and left with a bike with no mid range power and a broken fairing piece. They blamed me, but in all of my 7 months of having my fairings nothing has happened. I dropped it off with my fairing on.picked it up with half of it missing. They refused to pay for it and had an attitude with me. I should have listened to the reviews. Ive learned my lessson.

Service department is unorganized and staff is incompetent. Had service work done and bike was returned with more problems and they didnt even do service work that I paid to have done. I was told I would have to pay even more once I realized they didnt do the work that was quoted to be done. This was after I already returned once for them not tightening a side mirror that I was charged $40 for....do yourself a favor and go to Diamond Motorsports!!
