The owner is a nice guy. My issue is that he did a half job on my bumper. The darn bumper needed a simple clip to hang it right. Instead of giving me the car once he finished the job, he gives it to me with the bumper hanging. I called several times and no sense of urgency to get my vehicle finished right. Now I have to find and pay another guy to finish Dennis work. Not cool. I stressed that if anything was needed outside the original quote, let me know. But youd think that a clip that support the bumper would be mandatory for job completion.
