Was having an issue with my car battery, so stopped by here to pick up a new one. Customer service was great, and while they were unable to change the battery for me, they did have loaner tools so I could swap it out myself. They were very helpful and I was happy to shop here. Definitely will come back if I need anything else.

They never have what you need it always has to be ordered autozone is way faster to an the employees actually want to go you where as nappa just wants your money and to sell you the most expensive parts and services they offer

Called on the phone and discussed my problem with someone. They quoted me a price for a part. When I got to the store 30 minute later.... They didnt have a listing for any such part and no one there claimed to be the person i just spoke with! Showed them the number I dialed and it was the number to this store..... worst service at any NAPA I have ever visited. Ill be driving down to Milford from now on.

Great staff, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I do most of the work on our cars and its been quite a while since Ive gone anywhere else. Beyond the good people, and good selection of tools and such in the store, Ive been very happy with the quality of the parts in general. Ive found them to be better than whats purchased at some of the other chains.

Great place to get parts especially for an old 77 Chevy pickup. If they dont have it in stock its usually there the next morning. Ron has been waiting on me for over 33 years and is the person I go to.

I just want to say thank you to Trevor at Napa of Dover for thinking that because Im a female and I have Jersey tags that you could try to sell me something that I didnt need. I come from a strong line of mechanics and even I know you dont check the battery with the car running. So the alternator you said I needed, your were highly incorrect.

THE MACHINE SHOP IS A JOKE .I took my 454 bear block to their machine shop to be degrease and clean. Ive called there and gotten the price of what I need done, so....they gave me the price that was I felt reasonable and fair. So I deliver my block to be clean. Well, Ive look at it that it seems that they did an awesome job.....but to my surprise when I unwrapped it and farther inspection on the side of the block.....that there where flake (ALOT) of the old paint and there was the a lot of the old paint that was on there. Where the old paint that was on there.....they painted over the block old paint with silver paint to make it look like the block is clean. LOL. Before Ive notice and did the farther inspection, Ive paid for the service.....well.....they hit me with the bill of twice the higher than what they told me on the phone. I told them what I was told that it would cost and showed them what I wrote down. They said those are not the price. Lol. What they told me over the phone was right around the other machines shop would charge. BASICALLY.......THEY DID A PIECE POOR JOB ANDROID MADE ME PAY TWICE AS MUCH ANDROID FORD ME EITHER EXCEPT IT OR LEAVE MY 454 BIG BLOCK THERE. LADIES ANDROID GENTS......DONT GO TO THERE MACHINE SHOP OR GET THEORY PARTS....THEY ARE OVER PRICE. OUTRAGEOUSLY OVER PRICE
