Great service and wonderful signs.

One of the most unprofessional companies and owner Ive dealt with. I spoke to the owner Dale, April 27th 2021, who was supposed to get me a quote by Monday May 3rd to do a partial sign replacement job. Great, however I never received the quote. After two emails and a few calls, with no response, I called again. I did get a hold of him by phone on May 5th to have him say he had to do a quote request for DELDOT, which is what he was working on, and is why he couldnt send me the initial quote. Every phone conversation, lead to him rushing off the phone and some sort of excuse as to why I havent received a quote yet. Ok, please give me a quote, I requested. Finally I received a quote on May 7th. Since my sign is older he mentioned that we would need to replace the entire sign for it to all look the same at night and that his original quote on May 7th would not work for what we needed. On May 11th I emailed and requested a quote for the entire sign. I didnt hear back. Then I called (left messages) and emailed on May 14, and 19 with no responses. On Friday May 21 I called him on his cell phone, he picked up, immediately says he is in a meeting and he will call me back in 10 minutes. Sounds promising, but wait that was Friday and today is now Tuesday, May 25th. In my final attempts to get our sign changes made I called him, he didnt pick up. Then about 3 minutes later he calls back and then tells me that he didnt want to do the job and then very professionally HANGS UP on me. I guess putting effort into things now a days is difficult, except for big DELDOT bids. Maybe he doesnt like dealing with the little guys and only wants the States business. Mind you that he did our original sign modification and that process took about 3 months after his company placed a cardboard placeholder for the number we needed to replace. Overall the total number of days spend on this has been 28 with absolutely no results.
