The salesman was thorough about matching the bed to our sleeping comfort and physical health needs. He took the time to let us try out all the mattresses and frames from the least expensive and comfortable to the most. He answered all our questions patiently, did not try to sell us something we could not afford. We are extremely happy with the entire experience.

We began our window shopping trip at Mattress Firm but wanted to do our due diligence and shopped at other area mattress stores. Ultimately it was the amazing service we received from Kawain, that brought us back to Mattress Firm. He was patient with all of our questions. He asked us questions to better guide us to the type of mattresses that might be a great fit for us. He made sure to fully explain everything thoroughly and never made us feel like we were just a sale to him. He wasn’t pushy and made us feel comfortable with the entire process. Mattress Firm Representative Brittany provided me with great customer service from the moment I walked through the doors. Every question I asked was answered with knowledge and facts to educate me on each bed product. The store was clean and I was provided pillow protector for trying out beds. Great customer service is hard to find but not here!!!

Tommy at the Camden and Dover store is excellent. He took a lot of time with me to select the right item. The delivery process was awesome with lots of text communication and phone calls so I wasn’t waiting around all day. As well, I was unhappy with something I selected (my fault) and it was changed and redelivered with no issues. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

We purchased 2 twin xl mattresses and 2 adjustable bases to make a king bed. Everything went well from the chat online to speaking with a live person to delivery. But the delivery guys were given the wrong merchandise. The adjustable bases were correct & one of the mattresses were correct but the second mattress was marked incorrectly. Both mattresses had the same skew number but were clearly not the same. We had to wait another month for the second one to come in. We were given a $49 discount (whoopie) for our troubles.

I went to the Mattress Firm in Dover, De about 2 weekends ago and oh my god! The sales manager there Randell Harris was nothing less than a god sent. From his genuine care and concern about my purchase my sleep needs and just his all around professionalism. I originally went in there with a bad taste about the company because of previous workers/experience going into the store. But when i tell you this time i was nothing less than satisfied with this young man even tho i planned on spending a little less than what i spent i promos you it was well worth it. Went during the Memorial Day weekend sale Friday May 24th! Kawain was amazing! He asked my boyfriend and I in-depth questions about our sleeping habits. Had us try out 4 different mattresses that would fit us. We went with a firm Serta memory foam queen mattress for an amazing price! Set up delivery that day for Monday 5/27. Delivery guys called us Sunday saying it would be delivered between 11am-1pm. The delivery guys were there right at 11am and it only took 5 minutes for the entire delivery! I would absolutely recommend Kawain at Mattress Firm for anyone shopping for a mattress!
