I entered this store looking to buy a new pair of shoes. At entering the store I was not greeted. I saw maybe 4 employees and no one approached me or made eye contact. The store was reasonably clean and it seemed like they were stocking shoes in different areas of the store. I didnt purchase anything and I left without ever being greeted or acknowledged I was there. I dont think I will be returning here.

It was big and clean. The staff did not seem very interested in helping just kind of pointed you in the direction of what you were looking for. I was looking for a new pair of dress shoes and their stock was extremely limited was not able to find anything there.

Some good shoe deals but I needed some dress socks to go with my shoes which I bought from Shoe carnival they have none.

Wife popped in to look at new sneakers. Did not find what she was looking for.Was referred to website.

Very nice,1st time in there was last Saturday (2/27/21). Wide selection of shoes, etc but just didnt see any I liked. Have to go back again at some point.

Bought some really cool Skechers with a steel toe for work. But they kill my feet and I have to throw them away. $75 down the drain.

I bought a pair of sandals at the Dover store..I got them home..and even though they were my size they were way too big..so i took them back and exchanged them for a pair of clearance sandals..I being in a hurry..did not look close enough and picked up a size eight instead of a size 6..It is almost impossible to find shoes in small sizes anymore..These werent exactly what I was looking for..but I needed a pair of sandals for a trip so grabbed them and went out of the store..Got home and discovered I had picked up the wrong size..Got an 8 instead of a 6.I searched for my receipt but could not find it..I dont normally shop in the store but have bought a couple of pair of hiking boots online and really liked them..Found it much easier to find my size in boots than in sandals there.Anyway..I took the sandals back to the store..took them over to the young lady behind the counter. I told her my situation and she just told me..she couldnt..do anything about it if I didnt have the receipt..I said can I have a store credit..She said no..we dont do that..if I cant find the clearance item on the shelf I would just have to take the shoes back home with me.I said NO..emphatically. I do not want to take a pair of shoes back home with me that are useless to me and will sit in my closet..You have these shoes that I cant wear..can you exchange for something else or give me a store credit..Again..no..I cant do that..In other words go home..we cant help you period..Again I said NO..I wont take these shoes home with me. You can keep them..Do whatever you want damage them out ..whatever but I dont want shoes that dont fit me. She of course comes up with it isnt our fault..I never said it was her fault..I took the blame for picking up the wrong size shoes. I am a customer..Help me out here..Do something to make this..a good experience..She did nothing but argue and make things 10 times worse. The manager did try to help..and apparently the general manager was there and said we will get it fixed. Finally after almost walking out and never coming back..the other manager Nisha I believe was her name..helped me and gave me the money back. I would have accepted a credit..but that just kind of was thrown to the side..This was not a good experience in any way ..shape or form..but Nisha did save the day by..coming to the rescue after a long..long..long..altercation with the blonde associate...who needs to learn how to handle customers without making them feel as if they are an extreme pain in her butt. I dont know if I will ever go back to Shoe Carnival or not or if I will ever order anything from them again. There are so many shoe stores around that offer great customer service that to go through anything like that again is just most likely never going to lure me into going back into Shoe Carnival again..I have managed a number of stores and never once did I make someone feel like they were disrespected but the young blonde lady at the front needs to call for a manager when she doesnt have the answers rather than arguing and making someone feel totally unwelcome in the store..This was a difficult..experience..and it pretty much ruined my day..I have never ever been in a shoe store that seemed so lacking in customer service..I certainly hope they will do better in the future.

A poor selection of mens shoes mostly at top dollar prices. Also a few one of a kind discounted leftovers. Disappointed, Ill not be back.

I got 2 pairs of shoes under the buy 1 get 1/2 off. The cashier charged me full price for both and I noticed when I saw on my email receipt when I got back home so I had to go back and the manager asked me for both shoes the was going to return and recharge my card another manager overheard said itll be easier to just give her the difference on her card for the half off plus $5 for having to come in. Mind you this took like 20 minutes and as I leave the store calculations tell me I got $2.50 not $5 so....Needless to say watch your receipts

Nice selection of shoes. Not exactly high end but good for just running around on regular days.I personally like the self-serve aspect as i hate waiting for a sales person to bring the shoes to me.Very clean and well stocked store.

Terrible customer service and apparently they dont need sales during Covid-19 like other places so save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I have a pretty good track record coming here and finding something I need or like at a good price. People, the customers, could do a better job cleaning up after themselves, though.

Had to exchange boots I ordered online and it was easy and quick. Nice selection and theres almost always something on sale.

Love their selection of shoes, store is generally clean, staff can be rude at times and hard to find but overall they have good sales on shoes and run special promotions often.

The associates on the sales floor were very friendly and helpful. They helped me find everything I was looking for. The store was clean and easy to navigate. I was a first time shopper. Im sure Ill become a regular.

I think they should have more of a selection for kids but its usually pretty decent. Prices vary. Customer service is good

I usually dont comment on customer service unless it is bad but the 2 young ladies working the counter today were amazing. They were really holding it together with a long line of people waiting, the phone ringing off the hook and what I have to say was a pretty difficult customer.

The staff here is very helpful, Nisha and Jasmine were patient with us and did everything they could to make sure we were taken care of. Also, prices are very fair; I really like the constant buy one get one half off promotion.

I love this store. They always have good sales and coupons. They also have a spinning wheel, with prizes of extra discounts, for your purchases.

The sales associate was amazing, she was very nice to my 2 little girls. Helped them with sizing, shoe colors and was very friendly.

Store doesnt carry a lot for children.

Actually had a decent experience when I first went to buy the shoes - BUT CONSUMER BEWARE - they are overpriced. My suggestion is to compare prices online. I recently went to return a pair of shoes and the girl working the front counter (Deajia - or something like that) looked at the shoes (with tags - brand new, never worn, still in box) and STILL had to call a coworker to see if I could return them because there was some dirt on the sole; this has to be from me trying them on in their store becausd I never wore them after purchasing. I found the same pair online and found Id paid too much. My advice to management - train your employees properly and teach them some customer service...especially Diajia (again, I know I am butchering the spelling). She was emotionless and inconsiderate. I was going to look around to see if anything caught my eye, but after experiencing the customer service - never again; I left without looking. I went somewhere else. Got my refund after confrontation. I would steer my family and friends away from this place.

Shoe selection is good, prices are not the lowest around. Staff is rude and does not know how to work coupons & registers. Assistant manager was VERY rude I had 25% coupon and told her the math was wrong and she said oh well the computers figure it out. Totally rude I will not return.

Rude! Unpleasant customer service. Walked in and I was the ONLY customer in the store.Tried high heels on, no one came over to help. Ready to check out, said hello to the cashier-he literally stared at me then turned his back. Another cashier noticed and begrudgingly came over to ring me up. She never looked me in the eye and barely said a word. I will never be returning to a store that makes its customers feel so unwelcome.

Helpful staff, managers dont explain anything to wrapped up with stuff that should be done at opening or towards closing . Customers come first

Rachel is an absolutely horrible manager! Had old discount advertisement out and didn’t apologize for it and literally acted like it was my fault ! They are never busy inside this store atleast Rachel can do is change papers ! Go to the mall or Ross next door !

Bought 7 pairs of shoes but the girl who rang me up forgot to take the sensor off some so I had to wait till I got back down there but she apologized and was quick and easy
