It was so easy to get my service started. The manager, Diane, and her staff are amazing. The customer service is stellar. Staff are friendly, professional, and courteous. The prices are great. I researched and compared 4 or 5 companies for residential water service. Culligan offered the best prices, and they are very flexible with delivery dates and intervals.

NEVER NEVER will have anything to do with them again. System not installed properly. Cant sell my house the way things are. They wont even give me an estimate of when they can take care of it. There are other people in front of me!!! Told me to hire a plumber.

The equipment I bought years ago has been, still is great. With the Service Contract I have no more worries or salt bag toting. Culligan Water comes out on a regular bases to service everything, even the salt! I have been a customer for a lot of years now, I cant think of any time I had any issues or bad experiences! Culligan of Dover DE. is the best at what they do and have the most friendly crew! The service technicians that come out are the same ones, not a bunch of new guys coming by. I like that, it says something about a company if the techs are staying there!

Absolutely the best! I’ve recently had a very big medical procedure that restricted my movement for several months. Decided go with a water service for the first time. The best decision I’ve made! Water is delivered on the schedule they provide once a month, left at door steps and invoice is billed via email. Payment set up on line. No more going to the store and carry 40lb jugs of water in and out of the house and stairs. Almost same price as the stores. Helped my tremendously and I will be a customer for life. Driver is the same every month, very nice guy. Overall I highly recommend!

Zach, our service representative was thorough in checking and diagnosing the problems. We are grateful that he was knowledgeable about the system, took the time, to problem solve and was able to resolve multiple problems. He even tested the pH and water quality- something that had not been done in previous visits. Grateful for his time and clearly strong work ethic... I know he started he still had four or five appts after our house- hopefully, they werent as lengthy as ours and he was able to get hone at a reasonable hour. Thanks again!

Brian was so respectful of this health pandemic -- wearing his mask, gloves and keeping an appropriate distance. He explained everything going on with the softener and worked to address a couple of other issues we were facing with the water systems. He was prompt, speedy, and kind. We had issues related to hard water fouling of our plumbing and discoloring of our fixtures. We contacted several companies but Culligan was very responsive and scheduled an appointment within days of the call.Their staffing was easy to work with and the prices were very competitive. The system they installed is self-cleaning and low maintenance.I would highly recommend these folks again.

Posted right after signing up: It couldnt be simpler. Through email (my preference) I was able to ask questions and place my standing order. Ive had my first delivery by a friendly, personable deliveryman who brought our six 5-gallon bottles up a flight of stairs to our front door. So convenient - I wish Id done this much sooner!Posting several months later: I joined during a transition period (including new software) and it wasnt exactly smooth, BUT, it appears all the wrinkles have been smoothed out and it was perfect this time. I like just leaving my bottles by my front door and having them replaced and then receiving an email invoice with a link to pay online. This time it was all smooth/easy! The little extra charged to have it delivered is well worth it to us, believe me!

The service was great, however I was quoted $300 more than another contractor (who came the following day) for a reverse osmosis system. You always hear “You get what you pay for,” however good the service was the price tag was a little steep.

What an amazingly professional company - any questions, concerns, or service request is taken care of ASAP! They value their customers and go out of the way to provide the fastest and most courteous service available today. They double check all the water - replace filters - and service the worn out parts when needed. Give em a chance - give em call - they’re for you summer, winter, spring, or fall!

My softener had a serious problem that I should have addressed sooner. I appreciated the professionalism of this company that started at the initial call, to the advance notification, to the visit, and listening to the customer. I am not sure if other companies would have been this willing to help solve the problem 3 visits later and not charge for returning.

I moved my water delivery service from Eastern Springs to Sharp Water Culligan almost 2 years ago. The service is ten steps above and there is a selection of water types. When you call the office, you actually get a live person, not a recording machine. And, if I need extra water during the month, their facility is close by, or I can schedule an extra delivery.
