Broke my frames on a Saturday. They took the time to fit my lenses into a pair of frames in the store. Less than 20 minutes and a reasonable price.
Inexpensive, fast, and awesome service. Worker stayed to help us even though it was her lunch break. The manager was friendly and pleasant as well. Definitely coming back!
I had accidentally broken my glasses at work and desperately needed them fixed in order to do my job. I spoke with Rachel who let me know what I needed before I got there. Once I was in the store Rachel showed me around and helped me pick out a great pair of new glasses. Even though the lab was closed for the day she made sure my glasses were done for me as quickly as possible! She was absolutely amazing…she saved my job and my life! Thank you Rachel for everything!

Long story short! I needed a REALLY quick pair of glasses so I could drive & I called Lens Crafters in Dover, De & spoke with Tony. I explained my situation to him & he assured me they would get my glasses either that evening or early the next morning. Even though I went in late like after 5:00, ( The store closes at 7:00 PM) they were able to have my glasses to me at 6:15!! I want to thank Tony & his great team for understanding my situation & getting my glasses to me ASAP!!! Great Job!!
The sales representative Anthony was very knowledgeable and helpful when I came to purchase my husbands first pair of script glasses and not to mention a great personality. He was the reason I came back to the LensCrafters in the Dover Mall in Dover, DE.

I went in 2 weeks ago on a Tuesday at 3:30pm for a scratch on my lenses and there were two employees working with customers so I began to looking around while I waiting. One of the employees had said he would be with me shortly and I told him is was fine I was in no rush. The other employee came from the back and asked me what I needed, to pick up glasses, I said no I had a small scratch on my lens and didnt know what could be done. He replied I cant do anything because if I buff it out it will mess up your prescription and I said ok thank you. I was never asked if I had a protection coverage or even my name in which I do have a protection coverage which I later found out i cohld use to get new lenses ordered and replace the scratch one (I found this out at the Christiana mall location which is about an hour from where I live). Im not sure why I was told nothing could be done and not even offered that I could order new lenses (even if I wasnt on a protection coverage) 🤷🏼♀️
Stopped by for some quick glasses while headed up for a vacation, and they got me going within an hour with some nice frames!

We had a very pleasant experience at the store and the free frame adjustment service we received was truly gracious complement.I took my mom to the store because her glass frame were warped and the nose resting pieces were misaligned. I initially tried to find her a matching frame but none worked to fit the existing lenses. The product technician Jason was very helpful. He asked us why we wanted to find the frame. When he realized that the issue can actually be addressed by the tiny replacement pieces and his all-around tool box, he immediately took us to his work bench. He made the replacement and adjustment to the full satisfaction of my mom. My mom was so pleased with the restored clear vision. When we were ready to pay for the service, we were informed its free as a company policy despite that the glasses were not ordered from the store. I felt compelled to submit this review as a way to show my appreciation to Jasons service and the companys complimentary service policy.

No issues been going to them for about 4 years now I love the fact that you do not have wait for 2 weeks for your glasses after you have to pay for them and where else can you get your eyes examined and get your glasses in a hour and they have some really nice designer frames also I love Lens Crafters

They are rude and inefficient I went to pick up my glasses. There was only one person in store. He was the manager for the “lab”. He took care of all the customers after me first before he got my glasses. His excuse “ he was alone and had to take care of everyone who comes in the store before he could go in back to get my glassesPS : corporate HQ should look into their profile and attitude
Worst location ever!!! Rude and talks down to their customers. They have bad lenses! Too funny, one of their good reviews is from the store manager!!! Disgraceful!!!!!

Poor customer service.. they do not even greet customers as they enter. They are always understaffed when we go in and everyone seems to still be in training.
