Very good, good service

You wouldnt think of it but this store is really good for more than just storefront signs I needed to make a bracket for my motorcycle and his suggestions turned out amazing the bike looks awesome and he even offered to make it for you us they also told me they do shadow boxes and other really neat things so you may want to give them a try...

They called me to schedule an appt since my glass was in and they never showed up! So I called and supposedly I wasn’t on the schedule so had to reschedule. The day came for them to come back out and again they don’t show up. So called again and wasn’t on the schedule!! They did finally come out and did a quick job. However had to wait 3 weeks for the window to be put in because of there scheduler problems.

I made a appointment to have a window replaced in December and they demanded a 100$ deposit and its the end of February and they have yet to call me back.

Customer service needs a lot of improvement. took weeks to repair plexiglass -they debated the time frame with me. product came back with scratches and streaks that wont clean off.
