The employees at Roberts were extremely helpful and pleasant. They also didnt give me a hard time about not wearing a mask due to my asthma. Good pricing on their products as well. Will be returning.

I live in North Canton and drove 45 minutes to return my purchase due to not being happy with how they fit. Although I paid cash for them I was not given cash back for the refund. Instead I have to wait for a check to be mailed back to me because my purchase was over $25.. my refund was $45. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of and is not stated anywhere on the receipt. I paid CASH I expect to receive CASH back. Because of this I will no longer be giving Roberts service again. Customer service here is terrible and their selection for tall women is non existent. I honestly would have given them a zero if I had the option. Will gladly be giving my business to The Uniform Place in Canton.

I purchased two pair of pants and decided to return them due to fit. These were purchased when Roberts Medical Uniforms came to a local hospital. I drove an hour to the Dover location to return the items. The lady informed me that a check would be sent because they do not refund cash amounts over $25. They do this because it is a small store. My refund was for $64.... THIS POLICY IS NOT on the website nor receipts. I find this to be inconvenient and deceptive. I have worked at many small retail stores in the past and have never heard of something so ridiculous. I will never purchase anything from here AND I will make sure to tell EVERYONE so customers are aware of this policy. IF I PAY CASH I EXPECT CASH BACK IMMEDIATELY WHEN THERE IS NOTHING LISTED IN POLICY TO INFORM ME OTHERWISE. Also this was not posted or disclosed by an employee at the point of purchase when Roberts Medical Uniforms were at the hospital.

I had to order my uniforms for Nursing school here. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made the process quick and convenient and called as soon as my order was ready for pick up.
