Sparkle pools is the best when it comes to no nonsense, honest business. Debbie in the Dover store will tell you exactly what you need by a water sample and not try to sell you something you dont need like that other pool store in town. Always use them and recommend their business .

Debbie, the manager/warehouse person/stock person/cashier, she does it all, is always so helpful. She lugs around 50 lb bags of salt or sand with ease. She is always there to recommend things, but never pushy. She knows my wife by sight when she comes in for pool supplies.

I love these guys. We bought a house with a pool and went here for chemicals. We gave them our address and they told us the pool came from them. So we were able to get everything we needed in one stop. They had the pool cover and everything else we needed. Very fast water testing as well.

Sparkle Pool is the best pool company in Delaware!!!! Deb is wonderful! She should receive a huge raise! I am a first time in ground pool owner and have not a clue of what I am doing. Deb has been there patiently guiding me throughout this entire summer! I honestly dont know what I would have done without her!!!

They install amazing pools that Im completely satisfied with. Customer Service can be hit or miss but Debbie who usual works at retail store in Dover is amazing! I dont let anybody else test my water. She does it so well with such good detail and a smile on her face.

We will NOT be recommending this pool service . We called for our opening, (they closed the pool )that was a hassle . We finally got a call back on a tue.and confirmed they would be coming . On Thur ., they show up and start to open the pool, take the cover off and a man comes to the door all flustered stating he wasn’t suppose to be there and just received a text on his way from another job 40 mins away to come here . I stated this was set up last week and confirmed on tue . Then he states he needs his payment to continue . I stated we have always sent it in after billing, how it was always done prior . No one had mentioned it before in either phone call or it would have been there . So he said I have to call Tammy, I said ok let me know . Come to my surprise, they left without coming back to the door and saying anything . This could have been settled in so many different ways, we were not refusing payment. Just confused because this was not our first opening and not how it had been handled prior but to just leave without saying a word . Then when we call the office they were like well we can come back out next week .. WOW ..

I would not recommend Sparkle Pools. They installed an inground pool for my parents in Milford in August 2017. The underground cable from the house to the shed was marked and they still dug up the cable and have not repaired it to date. The Sparkle Pool electrician who installed the electric to the pool filter did not turn the breakers back on after he finished his work unbeknownst to my parents. Later that day, my parents noticed the AC was not working so they called their HVAC contractor who found that it was just the breakers were still off. Sparkle Pools still have not reimbursed my parents for that charge. After the pool was opened this summer, the pressure went up on the filter (my father had turned the valve the wrong way). Christine in customer service had left instructions for my parents to call her when they had problems and she would come out for free. My mom called and Christine called back a few days later. She said she was too busy so she would send the service department. She failed to tell my mom instead of being free the cost would be $60. My mom paid but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Also beware of any temporary employees they may be using. A guy that goes by Osegheda Rosales and Carlos Hernandez swindled my parents out of $250 saying he would put stone around the pool. He cashed the check but the stone has never arrived.
