This place has a $5 minimum on the CC, but thats NOT a bad thing.I came here to get screws for my motorcycle, which are $5 a piece. Metric screws are hard to get in big places without waiting, but not here.I asked for 12 just to have a set extra, and that came out to $3.50.This is the place Im coming to for all my hardware needs, and definitely for tools.

Their experience, knowledge and customer service was the best. I was told if anyone was to have the part I needed it was Sheaffer Supply! The saleswoman was patient and worked with me to find the perfect fit! Amazing place!!!

I went to Shaeffer Supply this morning to get a replacement bolt that I snapped on my car. They not only found the perfect match for the bolt quickly, they also had an o-ring that I needed. The customer service was excellent. I will definitely be back. It looked like they have a huge selection of tools and supplies, in addition to hardware. Im super grateful for their help today.

This is a great place for tools and hardware. They have a huge selection, knowledgeable staff, and great service. They also are one of the few places left that will actually repair your tools to keep them working. You won’t find any lighting fixtures or 2x4’s here; this is a real professional tool and hardware store.
