$496 for a 1K ServiceBe aware, if you are buying a new bike that Adventure no longer includes the 1K service with the purchase and will charge a ridiculous amount. You may want to negotiate the service as part of the purchase. When I bought a bike in 2017 it was included but not so with the 2021. I normally do my own oil changes and service but wanted to have the 1000 mile service performed so there were no warranty issues. I figured the service would be $300 but was surprised when I was charged $496. I was charged for 2.55 hrs labor (must be standard time) for $318 even though the bike was in service for a little over an hour. The only special request I had was to use the HD synthetic transmission fluid which cost $23. I gave 3 stars only because Josh the salesman and Mark the service writer were great to deal with. Needless to say I will be performing my own normal maintenance in the future. Im very disappointed and feel somewhat ripped off.

I have been a customer for a couple years now.I would like to just say how disappointed I am in your dealership.My wife and I the last couple months have spent a lot of money buying clothing and in January I purchased a rather expensive shirt thermal material loved the patches in it and it fit well.I noticed after the 2nd time I wore it that the underarm area of both arms was literally falling apart not ripping but the material was deteriorating so I brought it back after 3-4 weeks.I was helped by a wonderful saleswoman named Cheryl who tried to send it back for me for a refund the excuse I got back was the damage was not NORMAL wear and tear which of course it wasn’t I only owned it 3-4 weeks!!Needless to say I was not refunded anything and was given the unwearable shirt back.I for one am totally at a loss for words here. You not only lost a good customer but you have lost my respect.I will no longer give you my business and will encourage my brothers snd sisters who ride to do the same. This is not how you treat a repeat customer of for that fact ANY customer.I imagine no one in management will get this but I needed to voice my disappointment in your business.

Very nice store, with very friendly staff. Even though I dont own a Harley, I stopped in on a bike ride through the south to look around. It was very hot outside that day, and they asked if I wanted a cold drink. If I was looking for a Harley, I would definitely purchase it here.

Not impressed. Rode up from Florida and visit many HDs along our travels. Customer service was lacking from sales ladies, they were even pretty rude. One gal was cool though and brought us water but even the manager was too busy to talk. Wouldnt go back. Prefer Freedom HD. They make you feel at home and customer service was on point.

My purchase process took place entirely in the course of the COVID-19 pandemic quarantine. My education and work history is in the medical field. The sales team all followed safe practices, showing respect to me, themselves, and others they interact with. Appointments were made and times honored. I felt I got a fair value for my trade in and fair pricing on my new acquisition.

Staff are always helpful and informative. I always get the best customer service here. Usually dont even have to give them my name for rewards because they know who I am. They have a very nice sized showroom and lounge to wait for your bike to be fixed.

I was treated by every person that I came in contact with. Once they found I was from out of State they even gave me a tour of the entire building an offered me something to drink even though I could have bought something in the vending machines. One of the most gorgeous shops Ive had the privilege of visiting. Extremely clean and inviting. Glad I made time to stop and check it out.

When a person spends $10,500 on a motorcycle give them the truth. Here is proof that you didnt didnt even replace the spark plugs or change the oil after telling the buyer you did. Accel plugs and dirty oil.. they wont be buying anything from you again.

Went there today with low expectations. Credit isnt great, some money to put down. We walked around looking for a bike. Cody was our sales guy. He was polite non pushy and steered us in the right direction, first time bike buyers so We werent sure what to get. 2 hours later a 2018 Harley road king no money down good affordable payments. Very impressed with the service and courtesy with Adventure Harley.

Awesome thanks to AWESOME people at ADVENTURE HD, The service department was open on a Sunday and my tire picked up a spike, The service manager and one young mechanic who was originally from my state of pa. They both stayed and hour after closing just to repair the tire and got me on my way,,, One big thanks to both of them .

Like another reviewer, I went here with little expectations. Due to an unexpected life event, my credit took a hit a while back but I figured hey, if its meant to be, it will work out, right?! I am happy to say that everyone at this dealership was amazing and treated me with the upmost respect and kindness. Josh was my salesman and a real trooper! If you are looking for your first bike like I was or a new one, he is a great guy to work with. Glenn, their sales manager was also fantastic. You cannot go wrong with coming to Adventure HD; I was able to leave with my first bike and could not have asked for a better experience. I will be returning for sure!

Bought my 2018 breakout at Adventure Harley, ths sales experience was great. Took my bike in for 1000 mile service, was told it would take 2.7 hours. I waited, it was done 1 hour 40 minutes. They tried to charge me the 2.7 hours at 95 dollars an hour. I was told Harley charges flat rate by the book, I disagreed strongly. I asked the staff, if they would pay the flat rate by the book when the bike was done in around 1.75 hours. The manager refunded my money for the labor that was not worked [118 dollars]. I am very disappointed in the service department and feel they tried to take advantage of me. I think Harley davidson maintenance book needs updated?? I wonder about all the people that drop their bikes off for work to be completed, and it takes less time to do the work. Did they paid the flat rate by the book?You did not take care of me, taking care of a customer is not cheating them to begin with. I think you missed the point. You charged me 2.7 hours when your tech work 1 hr and 40 minutes. The reason your service manager gave my money back was simple, they were caught overcharging hours of labor worked. You should address that.... You have a safe and enjoyable riding season.

Brought my bike in to get rear master cylinder replaced or rebuilt because brake pedal has been completely lost on last three rides with being bled multiple times and new pads installed only weeks ago. Over $200 and a snugged up drive belt later, the Technician had the opinion that my master cylinder did not need service and after picking up my ride, brake pedal was non existant by the time I got back home (14 miles) after closing hours. After a 200 mile ride yesterday 8/19/18 and at least 150 miles with no rear brakes, I could probably find an inexperienced school age farm boy to sit and look at my scooter for half the price and keep his opinions to himself. If you have work done here, be very specific... Guess I will go buy the tools needed and roll around in the gravel and mud and fix it myself.
