I am currently in the process of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I really want to compliment the business for the outstanding condition of their vehicles., but even moreso. I want to compliment the professional knowledge and experience of their salesperson Jim Alvarez. He was very courteous and made me feel very comfortable with my upcoming purchase. He gave me the info that I wanted about the vehicle I am planning to purchase . Thank you for a pleasing sales experience and I am looking forward to my purchase.
Dropped of my c7 for alignment and replace front wheel supplied my own brand new wheel that was delivered 2 days prior shiny new gloss black zo6 rim after getting a call that my car is ready for pick up came and did a walk around and tom jumps to telling me that my new wheel i brought actually has scuffs and damages all over the wheel not a single spot on a wheel that was not scraped or scuffed and to top it off it was painted over it the wheel looks like its been on the road for few years. Grown man tells me in my face a brand new rim from the box i brought to get it installed actually is scuffed all over the place and i decided to bring it to the shop and install it on my 17 z06 . I am furious the amount of BS coming from that man like i was born yesterday not happy at all. On the positive side alignment was done good car runs straight but all might Jesus Christ i do not write reviews positive or negative but after that experience i went home and looked at the mirror and even called my mom to ask if i look that dumb. I will recommend shop for alignment it was done right
Dave was great. He helped us out a lot. Great guy and service.
They are the most courteous and a library of knowledge. They helped me more than they will ever know taking time out of their day, thanks so much!
Great place for car guys.
Never called me back,, Mikes Corvettes was quick on helping me
Ok loo ets ride
Classic and real cars! Breath of fresh air to see when cars were made the right way and worth your money. Nothing better than old school!
Dave has a great collection of cars in there. Ive known him and Cary since I was a 6yrs old. They did a 63 SWC sebring silver, fuelie for my father which won Top Flight. Cary and Dave probably know more about Corvettes than Chevy does.
I dealt exclusively with Dave Glass (Owner). If you are selling your car, learn from my mistakes. Make sure that the consignment documents you sign contains specific language re: the consignment percentage you will receive of the actual sale price (DO NOT accept a “net sale range” amount). Also, you MUST require a copy of the sales invoice AND a copy of your signed title transfer be included with your check. (Do not accept “proceeds paid within three weeks of sale”)If you heed my warning you will not be paying for any unauthorized services performed on your car, you will be paid the correct/agreed upon amount and you will be paid in a timely manner. If the Owner refuses to include this language in the consignment document take your car somewhere else to sell it!
Super nice staff, they were able to help me with a question regarding a part of my car. A plus service!
Bought a Corvette from here years ago. Great car. Looking at the body shop to do some paint work.
Very nice cars and people as well
I went to look at buying me a car for my 60 birthday. I met Dave the owner He was very nice. I have not picked a car yet but i think i will buy one there. looks like a full body shop and service center. As a new customer i think this is a nice place. Thanks for the coffee too. See you next Friday with my checkbook.
Great place for a Corvette guy to get parts, get answers to your questions ETC(parts guy is very knowledgeable) helpful stuff in general.I hear they do quality restoration/mechanical work.BTW the show room is beautiful! (retro vibe) Full of Corvettes(including 1963 split window) and other muscle cars, hot rods, 80s Grand Nationals.
This is a great place to get a car or fix a car. Dave the owner is great! Tom at service is very knowledgeable
I went for the parts department, not the main showroom. They had the Corvette parts I needed.
I recently brought in my Corvette for service on the pop up headlights and digital temp controls for the heating/cooling. I was very pleased with the quality of work that was done as well as the pricing and definitely recommend D&M for Vette repair services. Additionally, Tom, who runs the service department, was very informative and responsive. Thanks D&M.
Awsome hit 4500.00 on slots great breakfast
My wife and I purchased a 1993 GMC Typhoon from D&M a couple years ago. Overall, we were very happy with them and would buy from them again. The truck was actually better than was suggested in the ads! Only work Ive done is to go thru the brakes, for my peace of mind more than anything! It was fairly priced and has been absolutely trouble free! Ive had in 4 different car shows and was awarded class each time! Plus, had offers for more than I paid! And the AC could cool beer it works so well! Great place!
I brought my C6 to D&M Corvette with high expectations given how long theyve been in the area and the price premium, but those expectations werent met. If you want more accounts like mine below from D&M, I suggest doing a Google search for corvette forum D&M Corvette SHADY and clicking the first result. This visit was for an oil change (the most basic service possible) and to re-align my glovebox which wasnt closing properly. The Good:1 - The Service Manager is a nice, personable guy w/a passion for GM cars who will allow you to see whats going on with your car in the shop (many shops dont allow this). I dont mean for any of this to be a personal attack on him.2 - Making an appointment was easy over the phone and they were flexible in getting me in early. The Bad:1 - The technician working on my car skipped some key steps when draining/re-filling the dry sump oil system, which resulted in trapped air, likely old oil staying in the system, and the new oil overflowing from the oil filler neck twice, causing a mess.2 - The technician released my car with an overfilled oil system (he tried to put in 9 qts, capacity is 8 qts) that was reading visibly above the max line on the dipstick. Luckily, I caught this in their parking lot and got the excess oil siphoned out immediately to the correct amount. This would have been VERY bad had I driven on it overfilled.3 - The technician ordered a glovebox latch without giving me the price or getting my approval -- that part alone I could have overlooked, except he got visibly upset when I pointed out that his price was 35% higher than what I could buy it for myself. He said something to the effect of how [he] took all that time to figure out the part and I spit in his face...apparently ignoring the fact that *I* told *him* the latch was a single assembly and pulling up the part online during the diagnosis.4 - The technician was VERY careless with the paint on my car throughout the service (its black, shows imperfections easily). Instead of an actual fender protector, he used a thin piece of dirty fabric on the fender, he used bare panels of my car as a surface to write on with a ballpoint pen, and since the dirty fender fabric left marks, he used a tiny bit of what I assume was a quick detailer with a not-clean bath towel to try and remove them! I immediately stopped him and said Id take care of it myself.5 - D&M needlessly over-charges to the point of being insulting. Case in point: Mobil 1 5W-30 at a full 80% mark-up over retail price (e.g. Wal-Mart). That is not an exaggeration. Oh, and they charged me for the extra quart that they overfilled! Conclusion:I really wanted to like this shop, but it is to be avoided. Its possible they do better work with older Corvettes or restorations, but the extent to which they cut corners and overcharged for something as basic as an oil change is inexcusable and would make me think twice on jobs big or small. If you do further research on forums, they have a history of this.
Tom Fara is the best. Honest professional and considerateI have known Tom for about 7 years and trust only him with my 2004 commemorative Corvette.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I purchased 2 cars from them and was very pleased with the overall experience and the cars are great.
