Wonderful, cute place! I came with my mom and grandma as an experience for my grandma and I was not expecting to find anything. While there were not a lot of options I liked, it only takes one and I found the one! I ordered and then 2 months later COVID hit. I had to change my wedding date and move it up to accommodate a small gathering and Camille made it happen by getting my dress here on time. She stayed in contact with me on where my dress was in the process and made me a priority when I came into town to pick it up.

This was my first time purchasing a special occasion gown and I enjoyed my experience at this location. Camille was very helpful and understanding when I initially called and asked if it was possible to find & purchase a gown from her store with the event being 1.5 months away. She was able to find a brand whom could expedite requests, so she gave me an appointment right away to choose from what was available for express. Although the sample sizes werent close to my size (24), camille helped me choose something that would be flattering. Even though I told her we would need to order a size 28, she measured me and then recommended size 36. I was really concerned that it was not gonna be a good result. Turns out the size she recommended, according to her measurements and dress chart for that designer, the dress fit amazingly from the waist down! All that was needed was to alter the hem and bust. Camille made it work and gained my trust to come back in the future. Camille did great work in the alterations and made sure I looked good! Thank you so much for taking care of me camille. I hope to see you in the future.

I had my very first wedding dress shopping experience here and it was fairly disappointing. The owner seemed indifferent and not excited for me or the experience and didn’t care to ask anything about who I brought with me. When I told her my budget she made me feel very discouraged saying they didn’t have much in my price range (even tho before making the appointment I was assured they did). I don’t think she meant to make me feel this way but it did. She didn’t let me pick any dresses for myself, she picked them all out (only 5). Their sizes in store are very small for me (im a size 12-14) so unfortunately I was only able to actually put on two dresses. I found one I liked that I couldn’t fit into and she asked if I’d want one of my friends to put it on, to which I responded no. Later in front of everyone she insisted on this again and it made me and my MOHs pretty uncomfortable. Overall the experience wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t at all what a first time wedding dress shopping experience should be like.

Fantastic place! Went looking for a First Communion dress and the employees were very patient with my daughter trying on the dresses. We had looked at two other stores for a dress and were able to find one and her veil and headpiece. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a First Communion dress or even a wedding dress. Reasonable priced compared to other places that were higher.

My sister came in from another state to shop for mother of the groom dresses. I made her an appointment here. Camille was somewhere between indifferent and rude. I was mortified. We stayed and tried on dresses and almost even bought one, but she was extremely unhelpful and inattentive. Luckily we ended up at a beautiful little shop in Naperville, BriZan Couture, where the service actually matched the prices, and my sister still went home with a dress. I would never, ever recommend anyone go to Francia.

I bought 2 communion dresses for my girls . Lovely selection of dresses, shoes, and any accessories you could ever need. My youngest daughter is very difficult to fit and Camille is so patient. Even when we picked shoes that were out of stock I got a call right away. Camille offered a suggestion and my girls were even more thrilled. There is so much planning for an occasion like a first communion and Camille has taken all my worries away. This is an elegant dress store with superior customer service.

We had an appointment scheduled to get two bridesmaid dresses altered. We arrived at the appointment time and there was a sign on the door saying they’re closed and for the customer to call to reschedule. I just drove all this way, and you couldn’t do me the courtesy of calling me to notify me that you would be closing the shop and can’t see me even though I had an appointment scheduled? Completely unprofessional.

Camille has been a huge help! We had to deal with the Alfred Angelo closing and she was so sweet and helpful with figuring out a new flower girl dress and calling the manufacturer to help ask clarifying questions we had and to make sure that it would arrive in time. Shes also been great with helping us figure out some fabric conundrums and I cannot thank her enough!

Went in ready to order a bridesmaid dress and the lady working was extremely rude. Was told I wasn’t able to try on anything to see what style I would like best. She then began to tell me I’m to large and a size 18. Therefore would have to pay extra for fabric. Funny how that same day a well known bridesmaid boutique took my measurements and I measured in between a 8/10 for that same designer. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Better off going elsewhere and saving your time.

I am in the middle of the process with Francia Bridal and so far everything has gone really well. The owner is very kind and helpful! I am in love with the dresses I chose and the color is exactly what I was hoping for. I would definitely recommend this place to others for its large amount of options and quality.

They really get zero stars... The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! They pretty much asked us to measure ourselves and figure out our own sizing. Then, they couldn’t remember the dress we order, so we went back in and had to pay a rush fee to get the dress in on time (which they arrived 10 days after we were told they would be here by) and now they are the totally WRONG dress and they will not take them back or help us fix the situation. So now we are our out $320 per dress and have to find another dress off the rack somewhere else. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER go here. Waste of time, money, and energy.

If you are looking for a bridal boutique do NOT choose this place. I was instructed to go here to order a bridesmaid dress, and from the moment I entered the door, the woman was rude and unhelpful. Not only did she measure be incorrectly and insist that I order a dress that was not my size, she tried to not let me try in a dress that wasnt my size. Beyond that, she went ahead and ordered me the dress in the too big size anyways against my instructions. Now I am left with a dress 4 sizes too big and will have to spend more to tailor than I spent on the dress alone. The WORST.

We had great service initially. They then took over 6 months to order the dress and were rude when we called to check the status. They never offered to help with alterations, bridesmaid dresses, or mother of the bride dresses.The wedding dress she bought was not a traditional white dress and they refused to acknowledge that it was her wedding dress and kept calling it a bridesmaid dress.My sister is coming into town to go dress shopping and I would have taken her here if the owner wasnt so rude. They have lost out on so much business. We chose to have our bridesmaids shop elsewhere, my sister could have shopped here, and her bridesmaids could have shopped here. All because the owner made no attempt to even show a modicum of concern.This might seem like a great alternative to Davids Bridal but the service and attitude of the owner arent any better.

The lady that was there today was so rude and didnt care about the sale. I went there all ready to order 2 dresses but it was like she didnt want us there. So we left. There was nobody else there so its not like she was busy. The owner needs to get new people or they will lose more business.

I am a pregnant maid of honor and had no choice but to go to Francias bridal boutique because of the dress that I needed to order. Being pregnant and having to stand up in a wedding is stressful enough, but then having a women who does not seem very eager to help you only makes it worse. The owner was cold and not very friendly from the moment that I went in there. The first time that I tried on the dresses she did not even bother to put clips on to see how it would fit me (again, I was pregnant, which only made it worse). When I did finally get the dress and order it, I went in for my fitting and asked her multiple times to make it tighter around the top. She kept telling me that I would grow and it would be fine. Well here I am the night before I have to leave on a plane for the wedding and the dress is falling off of me. My husband and I had to run out to the store late at night so that I could purchase safety pins so that the dress wont fall off during the wedding. I am just very thankful that I did not go here when I got married. I WOULD NOT recommend.

She was very helpful whats finding a dress last minute for one of our party and was very patient will they tried on designs and colors.

Very poor customer service. I went to find a bridesmaid dress for an out of town wedding. I had to clip myself in and take my own photos. The woman working there ignored me the whole time I wrestled with the dresses. Finally, I skyped the bride for help.

Brutal customer service. My daughter had a miserable experience working with this business for a prom dress. Fitting was wrong, had to go to another business last minute. Dont make the mistake of wasting your time.

Would not recommend this place; the woman working there is very apathetic towards her clients. When I went with my fellow bridesmaids to try dresses on she seemed annoyed by the amount of dresses we wanted to try on. After taking our measurements, she handed us a card so that we could pick our own size to order....this obviously was a disaster. The card they provide told me a 4 would fit like a glove, but I was swimming in it! I feel that the woman steers you in the direction of ordering a bigger size so that you have no choice but to pay the alteration fee. Terrible experience, very dissatisfied.

If I could give a zero to this place I would. Do not go here. I called last week to make an appoitment the lady was very short and rude over the phone. Then I went in for my appoitment the one lady was very nice and helpful. The other lady (who was the same lady from the phone - I think her name starts with a C - she does alterations and mesurments) she was very rude in person. The lady that was helpful offered to clip me in but the dress was way to small and i didnt even want to try it on. The rude lady was whispering about me while i wasnin the dressing room - making comments about my size in not a nice way. I asked if they have bigger dresses than a size 10 the rude lady said no. I then told them the other bridesmaids said the dress runs tight around the hips. So how would we figure out what dress size to order? The rude lady told me the dress comes very standard so that is not true that it is tight, and she wont take my measurements untill i give them a down payment for the dress and then asked if i was buy a dress today. I told her no thank you and left. It was a waist of my time.

This place has the worst hours ever. Closed on Mondays and Sundays, and they are only open from 12-5p. For any normal working individual, these times are completely absurd to pick or return the tux. Then they will also charge you $50 per day if not returned on time. Avoid this place at all costs.
