I came to this store with a difficult key to duplicate. The gentleman working the store had excellent and speedy customer service. I can’t say enough how thankful I am to have found this gem. I will refer everybody I know to go here.

Went there with no appointment to get some key fobs reprogrammed and was literally there for about 10 minutes and everything was done. Excellent & quick service. Will definitely go there again if I need one of their services.

Prior to installation, Rodney at Goldy Locks did an excellent job understanding the goals of the project and recommending an on-target solution. There were several iterations over a few months, and the entire time Rodney was patient and helpful. Eventually the scope of the project became the home installation of three high-security deadbolts and two Yale digital locks (with the cylinders replaced to match the other high-security deadbolts).In some cases where Goldy Locks hardware prices were significantly higher, Rodney was fine with simply charging for installation of hardware that was acquired elsewhere. I found the experience to be fair, practical and collaborative.Carl was the Security Technician that installed all the hardware. He had a couple decades of experience, and it showed. All the gear was expertly installed. There was an unexpected challenge - one of the Yale digital locks was for our garage home entrance, which happened to be a metal fire door. No problem: Carl had the extra pieces he needed dropped-off so the project continued without delay. Everything was installed as expected, for the price that was expected.Overall I would highly recommend Goldy Locks.

We had GOLDY Locks come to our New house to set up New locks and give us new keys. Carl Grau was on time and very efficient and professional. If we ever need anything again, I would ask for Carl personally. Great experience!

I took my car key in and after inspecting it, they warned me that it may not work due to the slight difference in thicknesses. They asked if I still want it cut so I said yes. They inspected the final product to make sure it was good but still cautioned me that theres a chance that it wont start the car. When I got home I tested it and it worked perfectly. After trying countless stores and multiple locksmiths, Goldy Locks was able to cut it and they did it right.

I dont remember the name of the service rep, but he was professional and timely. Made the entire process seamless. Good experience. I would recommend. Got a spare key fob for my 2015 Nissan murano.

I had an odd request to have a locksmith check the integrity of my front door as a request from the prospective buyers of the property. Doug got in contact with me right away after I sent in the request on the website. He was able to assist me the very next day. I could have been a potentially easy target to up-charge but he was very honest with me and I felt very comfortable working with him. Ill definitely work with this company again if I have a need come up for similar services.

Had to get some locks rekeyed for a commercial property. Called on friday, they came out for a quick quote on monday and it was fixed on tuesday. They were very good about scheduling and they couldve come out the day I called if my schedule was open for it.Patrick was the technician sent out. He was very friendly and got the job done very quickly and in a courteous and professional manner.Masks were worn and social distance was respected. If I had locksmithing needs outside of my work I would use these guys.

I called GoldyLocks via a referral. First off, the person who answered the phone was courteous and warm. She told me that someone could come out and take a look at the lock I had no key for within a day. Sure enough, I had Jeff come out. He was a pro. He took the lock back to the shop and said Ill, or someone I work with from Goldy, will be back with a solution. I got a call from Mike at the store who kept me abreast of the key making situation and then late in the day, as promised, a co-worker with Jeff named Chris returned. He took great care in getting the lock reinstalled which was not easy on the very old cabinet in need of a lock and key. He showed me it worked and all along he was easy to talk to and work with, Two thumbs up from me.

Went over what needed to be done in our building with the estimator. Charged 1400.00 for repairs. missed three out of 14 doors and when I called THREE times they never returned my calls. They said they would hammer in the pins that were up and didnt. So I had to go over all of the doors to complete the job. The nice thing was the repairman showed me the tool he used. Bought the Hinge Doctor. works really well!

Chris is very friendly and professional. He rekeyed all of our locks and answered every question with detail and patience. During our service we were int he middle of a move and Chris dealt with the commotion finding us if he needed confirmation.

They would be getting 5 stars EXCEPT... not sure why the in-store guy didnt start by doing what he ended up doing anyway: Picking the lock on a small cashbox we had locked ourselves out of.We took the box into their shop, and dude went online trying to find the key replacement, which apparently had 160 possibilities?!?! After about 10 minutes of that wild goose chase, he finally went outside to his car and fetched a kit from his car, and then got the box open in less than 5 minutes. He said we were lucky he had his kit in his car?!?! And so:1. Thanks for a relatively fast & inexpensive solution to our problem and2. Doesnt it make sense to have a fully-equipped lock picking kit in-store at all times?

Called for a neighbor but were able to open the lock before the lock switch arrived, when called back to cancel they were cool. Great experience.

I took this place keys that I had already purchased. I just needed the keys cut to the key I already had. This guy cut the key wrong and tried to say that the key was thinner then my original but it wasnt. He then tried saying that the key wasnt going in all of the way. So now I have a key that is useless! Thanks Goldy Locks. I wish there was a way to give tthis place zero stars.

Im very happy with the service and product I received from Alarm 1, a division of Goldy Locks with my new digital security system. They put it in for me NEXT day and it even included a key remote for easy on and off usage. Initially I was impressed with the great customer service and professionalism. I was given a certain time frame in which someone would come by and change a lock for me. The person didnt show up until an hour past that time frame. I was not given a call to let me know that they would be late. I ended up having to reschedule. It was very inconvenient and I never did receive any type of apology. I am disappointed with the lack of how that situation was handled and unfortunately will not recommend this company to anyone for that very reason.

Love their service and that they can do motorcycle keys. They even have blanks for the longer Honda and Suzuki MC keys. Also only 2.50 to cut if you bring the blank.My only gripe is the business hours. 9 to 5 Mon thru Fri. Which means I have to take off work to use them.
