Those people are nothing short of thieves! They told me to come and refinance my car as they were sure I could have a better rate. After dinging my credit at least 20 times they came back with a number that was 25 or so dollars lower than I pay now.. Then without telling me, tried to charge me 1500 for fees. No masks are worn and they smoke cigarettes inside and then spray crazy amounts of air freshener. I was astounded by the collective unprofessionalism. I told them I no longer wanted the sale after being on the fence and needed something that said he would not be doing anything with my credit or information, HE REFUSED! Absolutely refused. The man in charge is probably the worst. Snide and absolutely rude. Save your time. Mr. Zeigler should really know what is going on in that store, because I am sure that is not the standard he holds them to. I ended up filing a police report it was so bad.

Please do not believe the 0 money down, everyone financed line this place gives you. I sat there for 4.5 hours and didn’t even see the person (Brandi) that I had been dealing with which in all honestly I wasn’t surprised. I dealt with Thomas and while he was nice, it was a complete run around. Told I needed a co-signer,fine. Gave them a co signer. Not a good enough co-signer. Gave them a second co-signer and after about another 30 minutes I was told they had me financed but needed a “finance manager” to look it over. They will call me. Didn’t hear from them. Called them today. Spoke with “Chris, finance manager” told he will call the bank and get back to me in about 15 minutes. It has now been 2 hours. I understand if you couldn’t get the financing but it would be a little more professional if you reached out to potential customers to relay that information to them so they can continue their search elsewhere. Very poor business/Customer service on your part Ziegler!!

Worst car dealership Ive ever been to sat there for 3 hours I was told financing was all set the paperwork was all set then after 3 hours they tell me I need a cosigner and they dont even give a care. I spoke to Brandi on the phone, not only did she text, email and call me to get me in there TODAY, telling me they had a $0 down deal where they cover tax title and plates until Saturday… that all we needed was pay stubs and a license. Okay, we drive in 50 minutes…. Don’t even see her, dealt with another guy who was maybe 20 years old. Took the information, ran it and said yeah you’re not even going to get 18,000. You’re all a joke, stop lying to people.

It was a joke, they say that everything is based on your income & then rack up a bunch of hits on your credit report (false advertising), before trying to offer you a deal that would be higher than buying a brand new vehicle. Oh yeah, the car they offered had a heavily stained back seat and would probably need to be dipped in febreeze a few times to get rid of the smell.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I drove all the way from Milwaukee to buy a car. They promised 0 down and many other things. The absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever dealt with. The sales manager looked like he had smoked one too many and the salesman that I unfortunately had to deal with talked to me for about 15 total minutes out of the 3 hours I was there. At the end we finally got a test drive and he says, yea, youll need $500 down and your payments will be $750/ mo. We made a u-turn, jumped out of the car and left. Biggest waste of time and this place should be shut down.

I spent 3hrs sitting at a table and maybe 15mins talking to the guy. I never seen the lady Diana that kept ensuring me I would leave with a car. Now I see why they have 1.5 star rating. Worst experience ever. Had an employee whom I told specifically what was needed and required. She clearly told me don’t worry, we work in-house finance. We are here for second chance situations. An hour later oh they want a down payment after coming in on a pre qualified offer for zero down. Horrible business ethics. Waste of my time, as well as a loss of profit since I’m a Uber Driver!

Marie made false statements to me and gave me misleading information. She told me that I would be all set to get a car, so I traveled all the way from Oak Lawn with Uber ($40). I get to the dealership itself fill out all the paperwork and I was told I needed a cosigner. I gave them a cosigner and it was not good enough. Now I have to Uber back to Oak Lawn. Marie told me that if I had an income of $800 to $1,000 a month I would be all set to get a car today. She also told me that my unemployment was a good source of income to provide. Dont believe these people, they are snakes.

I wished I had read the reviews before I drove 2hrs.I told them I had challenged credit before I came and didnt want to waste their time or minds,but they insisted they were income based and credit wasnt an issue.They said bring your license and check stubs and you would be drive off in a vehicle. I received the flyer in the picture in my mailbox. I called the number on the flyer and spoke to a woman who identified herself as Mary Benson. She said she would send me a link to check out the inventory. After looking at the inventory I spoke to her via text. When I got to the dealership she was not there. I called her back and the same woman answered but this time she told me Mary was in a finance meeting. I thought this was interesting because the salesman had just informed me that there was no Mary. After I told her that he told me that she hung up on me. It was a total bait and switch and the flyer is a lie. They also did not have the cars on the website. Total and complete SCAM!

Got the jeep we wanted with no $ down and affordable payment.

Awful. Just left the place now. I have all the text messages for anyone who wants to contact me. They kept saying 800 monthly income minimum gets you a car. No down payment. Monthly payment is based off car price. We found out they like two people by asking someone. Got there. Never asked to run credit check. Found out from notification( after told in text no credit check). They then asked for another co-signer. Basically they lure you in with lies and just try to find someone with good credit and sell a car. Very quiet and curt. Person who texted us and set appointment wasn’t even there. Do not trust facebook reviews. You will need great credit and long job history as usual. They also won’t seem to tell you anything until you sign.

I then ended up speaking with a Christian he got all my information had me look at cars pick my top three then comes and tells me oh you’re going to need a cosigner so I called my husband had him fill out the application over the phone to cosign and then After being there for five hours I was told that we were not approved so I asked Christian I thought that the approval process was based off your job not your credit that’s what it says online and he said yeah not sure what to tell you this place is a complete scam they make you wait for whatever reason I’m not sure why they make you wait so long just to tell you you’re not approved then ask me if I can ask family members and friends to co-sign for me like no y’all made it seemed like credit wouldn’t be an issue but clearly it is do not go here it’s complete BS

I really would give this place 0 Stars if I could especially an operator Black Sails man or woman I guess name Marie. You call from the ad they sell you a dream and then you sit there and wait for 3 hours to be told you dont qualify. When you send your information to a company 3 days before you go there they send you an email saying you come in no money down will get you in a brand new vehicle you expect that really happened. Well it did not the salesman that we had when we got there Christian was his name I believe was very very nice very helpful... But I think this company is full of s***!

Drove two hours on the assurance of financing person named Maria, who assured us she could work something out. Got there with the paperwork requested, never got to see Maria. Was pushed off on some low-level salesman who had us fill out informational paperwork that we had already filled out online. She said it was pre-approved and that a paystub was fine. There was some discrepancy between a paystub and a bank statement so they said there was no way to get financing. Basically said sorry, bye. Surely there was some way they couldve checked that via email or a fax or something BEFORE I drove all the way out there. Wish there was an option for no stars. No matter how your finances are, stay away from this sleazy little dealership, dont believe their claims they can get you financed in house.

Purchased a used 2017 grand cherokee from here from a salesperson named Rami. I was using my banks car finding app, found the jeep at the downers Grove location. Since I was traveling from Nebraska, I only had limited time and no ride home and was depending on what Rami was telling me about the vehicle. To sum it up, he stated it passed all required inspections; thus I overlooked a few of the more obvious issues that I usually wouldnt expect to come from a reputable dealer. This is what I found when I got home and brought it to a chrysler and then ford dealership in Lincoln Nebraska.1. Steel showing on the inside facing edges of a few tires with all of them showing abnormal wear only on the inside edge, with sidewall punctures and tire patches either way to close or on the sidewall, or too close to each other.2. Front brakes worn below specs (2mm)3. Air filter saturated with a dirty oil colored substance.(After new tires put on and alignment checked)4. Vehicle was found to be stanced with all OEM camber replaced with aftermarket allowing camber to be adjusted way past recommended alignment (8° cambered out on average for my jeep [WHO STANCES A JEEP OVERLAND?!]).5. Leaky brake line (driver rear side).My own inspections have found:6. Loose tie rod on driver rear side (½ horizontal play of the wheel, no vertical movement).7. Broken humidity sensor mount, which is a part that attaches directly to the windshield. A $900+ fix that the dealership placed velcro tape on to stick it back on the windshield to save a quick buck.I purchased the vehicle late april and am still finding issues popping up, leading to quite a few grand of repair costs of which made the vehicle unmerchantable in the first place (tires, brakes, brake lines, alignment). Ive brought up the issue to zeigler with no response. This is the DOWNERS GROVE location where I made the purchase. I suggest no one goes there.

She was highly upset because I told her I was no longer interested in doing business with the company. She told me, I cant force you to come in and sign a loan. Im not going to take your hand and drag you in here. Thats not my job. But thanks for wasting our time, as if I went into the office and did paperwork and decided not to get a loan. I had TWO whole phone conversations with the woman. Never showed up to the appointment. How did I waste your time? She has a serious anger problem. The good credit, bad credit, well get you in a car was an absolute scam. Unless you have perfect credit just like any other car lot expects, these guys are no less expectant. We will even pay off your old car to get you into a new one... BS. I cant believe I drove an hour and a half for this. LESSON LEARNED!!!
