Spirit is terrible. There is no way to reach a live person and you only find out there is no one on chat after entering your request and information. They should have someone available at the local store or online. Bad customer service. They also indicate to use instacart, but the store is not an option. Too bad they have a monopoly for the holiday. I guess you can be a bad company in this situation and people just have to deal with it.

No fitting rooms. No exchanges or returns. Wasnt even allowed to use the bathroom to change my daughters diaper.

I went to this location looking for a particular Halloween decoration that I wanted on Spirit Halloweens website. They did not have it on the floor but after talking to and describing it to one of the workers there, her names was Nicole. She went to the back and came out with what I was looking for. Thank you! She saved me a trip at looking for it at other locations! Your employees are very helpful. Ill be back shopping at this location in the near future!

A lot of scary costumes in time for Halloween.

Don’t shop here if u aren’t trying to spend more then $50 on 1 costume. I bought a costume for 49.99 that didn’t come with the shorts it was suppose to come with now I would assume the cashiers would check the bag to make sure everything would be in there but none did. I also tried returning mine (niece wasn’t a fan of it) I was told I couldn’t bc it wasn’t bought in the time frame returns were valid through which doesn’t make sense & isn’t fair to the other customers like me who weren’t informed that. ❗️Never shopping there again waste of time & money. ❗️

Didnt have what I went to look for but Sam was incredibly nice helping me. Both Sam and Jake at the registers went above and beyond the expect service. 10/10 best location Ive been to.

Large store. Has everything you could imagine. Great store employees.

Sign on the door says opens at 9am. Walked in at 940 and girl kicked us out saying they werent open til 10. Even after I showed her the window sign.
