The ice cream is not good. Cold stone is definitely a million times better and the lava cake is not good either. The place was very clean and the service was fine.

After having a bad meal at Rock Bottom Brewery I had to improve my night. Only one way to do this. A visit to Oberweis for some fantastic ice cream. No way would anyone ever not be please with a very nice creamy flavorful ice cream creation. Its absolutely perfect.

I dont know what possessed me to come here seeing how I dont like ice cream but I am glad I came. The young lady they had manning the counter was the sweetest. She was so polite and even though we are wearing maskes I could feel she had the biggest smile on her face. Thank you for brightening an already beautiful day!

All employees work exceptionally well with each other! They did a great job which you don’t really see anymore. Hope they’re recognized for their work and good attitudes

Sometimes the drive-in is a long wait and a tad expensive, but its more than worth it every time! Its no exaggeration to say their ice cream is just the best! The staff never give me that fastfood I hate this job vibe. Even though theyre super busy!

Oberweis was clean and neat with many ice cream flavor options. They also carry white and chocolate milk, cottage cheese and sour cream... They have games you can play as a family while you sit at one of their tables and enjoy ice cream. Their Cherry Pic ice cream in the waffle cone was delicious! Terrific place!

I used your drive thru tonight, I tried ordering but the cashier continued to speak over me. I closed my window and waited in line for 10 more minutes. Finally got to the window. She had an attitude, and told me to order at the menu board next time. She was just very rude. Probably wont visit again after that. You should teach your employees how to treat paying customers, and also teach them we are not there to please them.

I purchased ice cream for family to go, I came home and we sat down to eat. While eating three of our family members cut their lips from sharp plastic spoons. My spoon was bloody and I had a deep cut on my upper lip.I called and complained and they gave me lot of fancy words. It’s almost a month and nothing happens from their end.

Love that you can get yogurt, milk and other goodies besides ice cream. I also love when they have their seasonal flavors too! The service is always excellent and everyone is really nice. The best part is the delicious smell of various ice creams and waffle cones.

Great service! Nice to see that burger joint adjacent to it. Flavor wise, need I say more as this is a very well established store; just there are a lot of cleaning after each customer especially kids to avoid the next customer from getting on sticky seats.

This is the best ice cream I have ever had. They have a wide variety of flavors, and they are all good. The milk is phenomenal-the only problem was that I could not being myself to drink regular milk after getting used to Oberweis while milk! It is pricier than some other places, but the quality of the ice cream and milk makes it worth it. They also do home delivery!

Came here for the first time with my husband and daughter. We loved it! They were packed but super fast and so nice!! Everything was delicious. Thank you! We will definitely be back. 😊

The customer service here is excellent. We took the kids to the place a bit late one night, and the crew is already cleaning and ready to close the shop. The manager didn’t let that get in the way, kindly allowed us in and made my kids’ day. I would totally recommend this place to everyone!

Although I was not at Oberweis on this shopping trip (I was at Aldi and Google assumed I went to the other end of the strip mall), I have been eating their ice cream since well before they opened the store in Downers Grove. The ice cream is first class, the shop is clean and inviting and the kids behind the counter are always pleasant. They have ice cream, milk and eggs in the cooler for quick take out and a drive up window. Pleny of tables inside and outside to let you savory your ice cream.

The cashier was rude,And gave us the wrong order and didn’t accept the fact that she gave us the wrong order and instead of getting us the right order she gave us an attitude.

An oberweis worry a drive thru is bad for my weight so I only get to go here when its time to pickup ice cream for my father in law who is obsessed with them.The ice cream is always amazing as its the milk (regular and chocolate), the location is always clean inside and the waitstaff is friendly.
