Love this store! My Mom took me here when I was a kid for my Nintendo and other toys. Just glad to share with my sons before it was gone forever. Sad time for children who wont know what a Toys R Us.

Good prices at the going out of business sale. Still relatively organized considering the amount of people here. Sad to see them go.

This place doesnt have very many things. It was extremely HOT in there and kind of dirty. I have been to better locations. On a positive note it was quiet and not many other shoppers there, thats always a bonus.

Im giving this location 3 stars for the following reasons. An employee who gave me 30% off of an item because it was missing pieces. She was so nice and helpful! Its a shame the employees arent knowledgeable of their products because a lot of their Marvel Legends or DC Multiverse figures tend to be missing accessories or other pieces. Often times pieces will be swapped with heads or accessories from ten year old toys. Come on guys, pay more attention to your stuff! Also, the parking lot at night is terrible! The lights outside do not work, I almost hit someone on my way out because I couldnt see them! This part of the parking lot is so unsafe. Whoever comes in after Toys R Us closes down needs to look into fixing the parking lot because seriously, this mall is in shambles. Toys R Us, you will be missed.

Good, variety of toys that I havent found at any other stores. My nephew loved it, as he didnt know which toy to pick from the selection. Customer service is okay, as it took a while for us to check out. But other than that, its good, clean, and a large selection of toys to chose from.

If I had a choice i give them 0 star!!! The work staff are mean and not attentive at all. Worst customer service!!! Already twice I was told to pull up my car and theyll help me load the big boxes, and they never did. Id waited with my toddler and a newborn in the car and just went in to load the box myself! Plus inside you never find a cashier.I wish I didnt go there, we just live close by. Please fix your mean inattentive staff!Worst customer service!!!

As you well know the store is going out of business and for a store going out of business it is still very well organized. With a lot of current toys at Big discounts its a great time to plan ahead for birthdays and holidays. I will visit again in the next few weeks.

There’s a reason they’re going out of business: it’s expensive compared to shopping online and it’s always chaos inside the stores. Still, it’s a relic from my childhood that I’ll be sad to see disappear, the holidays won’t be quite as capitalistic without Geoffrey and his toy catalogue.

Its a Toys R US. Not much variation. Staff tries to be helpful but thats when you can find them. Many times Ive asked about something, only to be told they dont have it, then gone in to find it myself.

Gonna miss this place. :(I will say, finally at 85% off, they finally were able to have prices lower than Amazon, Target, etc.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with insanely rude and do not follow policies on the website and gave a incredibly rude response when I was just trying to price match. I am NEVER coming back here ever again

Worst store ever. I guess you can’t walk around looking for something to buy because it’s against the rules to walk here. Manager is a complete jerk and needs to take his head out of his ass. Manager says you can’t walk around in there or I guess you can’t even wear backpacks because he says that’s against the rules there which carrying a backpack is the same a carrying a purse or something. Worst manager ever and is getting to old to work there.

The only place to get a wide variety of toys!!! They are all closed!!! Very sad to see such an iconic place go out of business!!!
