I read the great reviews, and since it was roughly 3 or 4 miles from home, I decided to stop by. Nice little place! I even bought a covered hopper. Will come back again.

A nice, cozy shop in Downers grove specializing in all things Woodland scenics products for your model railroad hobby. They do carry a bit of Kato stuff too. The owner is very friendly and nice.

Ive been in the store a few times and Ive never met another HO retailer so willing to help. At some of the other hobby stores Ive walked into, it seems as if the owner could care less if I bought or not. Timberline Train Shop feels much more personal with a great display of HO products.
