Tim and his staff are some of the most knowledgable Porsche specialists in the Midwest. There is really nothing they cant do for your Porsche GT car. The shop is very busy with the boom in the high end sports car market. In my case we had a miscommunication issues that lead to an issue. I would have given a 4 star rating but they way the responded to that issue was exemplary. Mistakes happen, its how they are dealt with. Five Stars given.

Tim and the team at Olsen Motorsports are the best of the best. The teams experience, professionalism, attention to detail, communications, and treating customers vehicles as gold are what every shop needs to have, and sets them above all others. The did two projects for me. PPFd an X5 and installed Baja LP9s and 3rd Brake Light on my Raptor. In both cases they knocked it out of the park. You cant go wrong putting your vehicle in Olsens care.

Had a PPI done on my new ride at Olsen. Awesome experience! Tim, Mike and the team are super thorough - they kept me in the loop all day with pictures and updates on what they found. Gave me total peace of mind to have the best techs around checking out the car. Mike even went back to the shop - on a Friday afternoon after hed left - to email me a copy of the inspection report. We sent a JRZ strut in from a customers wrecked car for a diagnostic and potential rebuild. I was very surprised to have an email from Bryan Hise the day he received the strut with photos of the rebuild process and the finished product. Usually when we have used other companies re-build services we have to follow up two weeks after to find they havent started on it yet. I would highly recommend Bryan Hise, JRZ, Olsen Motorsport to any individual or shop owner. Now its time to follow up with the Body Shop for the fifth time!

Tim and the crew provide a quality of work that exceeds the local Porsche dealership along with a much less malignant environment. Their communication is top notch and they are frankly just good, friendly people. They are not the cheapest around but I’ve learned you pay for quality. I will continue to look to them to service and modify my gt3.

These guys run a very well organized and impressive shop. Ive worked with Tim and Brian on multiple occasions and every experience has been better than expected. Communication is always quick and direct with regular updates. If you happen to need parts, they are ordered next day shipping for the quickest turn around possible for the customer. When your car is being serviced, expect paint protection tape around prone areas to avoid any type of scratching. Your steering wheel will also enjoy a protective cover on it to completely avoid contamination. Additionally, the shop is meticulously clean with impressive builds that will have you feeling like a kid at Toys R Us. Highly recommended. Seriously.
