Kate in the local office was friendly and always answered my questions. Sean and Sterling, our two guys, were polite, quick, and wrapped items really well. Ive used the company in the past for personal moves, and highly recommend them. Once I had a local office contact, it was easy to get through. Before that, it took days to get a callback, so deal directly with your closest local office. Because they are good, this company is pretty busy. Plan ahead.

The team of movers were so professional and extremely careful with my move. Cant believe how smooth this went. DO NOT use this company to pack your belongings for a move. We hired Two Men and a Truck to pack our house prior to a move. They dumped drawers into boxes without wrapping anything and stacked breakables on top of one another without wrapping each piece. We lost several Le Creuset baking dishes as a result, plates and other valuables. What was even worse and heartbreaking, was that they saran wrapped several pieces of our artwork together, again without wrapping each one individually. We lost several pieces of art due to scratches and gouges from 3-4 pieces being stacked on top of each other. This company does not hire professionals to pack. They were sloppy and in a rush, and as a result we lost a lot of valuables.

The movers arrived on time and took care to wrap my large items up with protective film and padding. The move itself was done efficiently and cautiously to protect my items and put them exactly where I wanted the items. These guys did a great job.

They were able to get what I needed packed and ready to go to my new place very well. They listened to what I needed and were receptive to any small changes I requested. They made sure everything of mine was well protected and were very careful with fragile items. Calm, courteous and polite. Would definitely hire again and refer them to anyone I know!

Our moving captain or team lead, Jonethyn did an absolutely fantastic job explaining the process upon arrival, walking the team through the move and executing a nearly flawless move. I was very impressed by the speed and efficiency the team worked. We had one small item break and he notified me immediately upon learning about it. He was more concerned about it than I was. One issue that was not explained by over the phone quote, but probably buried in a terms and conditions is that they will not move any alcohol. I have a pretty large bar and had to move this on my own. Not the end of the world, but took time away from an already busy day. Overall, I would highly recommend their services.

4 young guys (Alex, Chris, Chris & forgot 4th ones name) came with a truck right on time. Alex was supervisor and explained every thing before packing. We had lots of solid wood/metal furniture and these young guys did a great job. It took 7 hours to finish the move and it was about $2k job (Weekend has higher rates) Its pricey but guys were very professional, fast and experienced. I really hope that company pay these young movers well enough. Other than couple of tiny scratches here and there, since big truck was completely full, we were very satisfied. I would use them again and highly recommend. To be specific, I used Downers Grove location.

Although I live closer to a different Two Men and a Truck location, I chose the one based in Downers Grove because:- they have office staff specifically for that location (as opposed to central/regional scheduling) and she was nice and genuine- minimum was only 2 hours (as opposed to 3 hours per regional scheduler)- hourly rate was reasonable (tad less than regional scheduler quote although since Downers Grove is farther away than the other location, it would likely have been same overall cost for me)- they have excellent reviewsI too rate Downers Grove Two Men and a Truck as excellent. The movers were on time, courteous, efficient, wore masks the entire time, no damage :) :)

We recently moved. The two men who showed up to move us were polite, careful, and very considerate of our furniture. There were no dings or scratches on any of our furniture, and it was packaged in such a way as to ensure the furniture would not break. Alex and Jonathan from the Downers Grove location were our movers, and I wouldnt hesitate to ask for them, they were awesome.

Marcus and Dan moved my belongings from a storage unit to a 3rd floor walk up. They were GREAT! They kept moving, except for 1 small break, going up and down the stairs. They showed up on time, were very friendly and I thought the price was reasonable. No hidden charges. Ask for Marcus and Dan.

This company gets my highest recommendation! Do not hesitate to hire this company. From the initial estimate through the move, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. The moving crew was prompt and treated my belongings with care. The price was fair, and the men actually completed the move more quickly than the original estimate!

Very nice & helpful movers, but they left stains on carpet they had no reason to be walking on, dents and marks on the wall, and chipped paint. The driving time from wherever they stopped for lunch was also billed to me at about 45 minutes in excess. Look elsewhere!

I have used two men and a truck two times now and both times the movers were both courteous and very hard-working. I never felt like they were wasting time or trying to run the clock. Priceless family heirlooms were carefully packed and arrived in perfect condition. Despite the fact that we were disorganized and unsure about where things should go, they were always patient and courteous.

Had a stellar experience on April 2. The two movers - Randy and Brian - simply did a great job, worked well with each other, were extremely careful and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this particular team and Two Men and a Truck for your moving needs.

The 3 Men that came to move us on July 2 2019 was late to the move time promised they did not show up till 10:00am instead of moving the furniture in the elevator they walked down the stairs in the building. W by en they moved everything they did not look at the boxes that where labeled and shoved them all in one room. It took 3 hours to move us in to the new place. The weather was hot and miserable upper 90s and these guys where slacking

The guys were right on time and took the time to carefully blanket wrap the piano and load and secure it. On arrival they brought it in and made sure the legs were on floor protectors. I would use them again!

Alex and John were very professional and helpful. Solid all-around.
