This place is absolutely terrible. My roommate took her car in with complaints of a wheel jerking back and forth. They replaced and balanced two tires, and on the bill they recommended new brakes. The problem persisted, and she made an appointment to bring it back-- the night before, her lower ball joint failed, ripping the CV axle out of the transmission.The shop claims this is unrelated to the wheel jerking, but how uncontrolled suspension movement is not related to suspension components beats me. They claimed they made note of the ball joint, but it didnt show up on the original bill as suggested replacements, so that is clearly not true.They still charged her for parts, and didnt fix the bodywork that was ruined by the wheel getting slammed into the back side of the fender.This is reason #1001 why I do not bring my car to shops and do all my work myself

Both Greg and Steve go out of their way to diagnose the problems with your vehicle. The mechanics that worked there are extremely knowledgeable and get the job done. Everyone there is friendly and pleasant and keep you informed about the progress on your vehicle.I have been going there for over 10 years and Im very pleased.
