He was very helpful and kind. I came to him after spending over an hour on tech support for which I was charged $160. He showed me that I only had to press 1 button and it was fixed! He charged me nothing! You can be sure that if you go to him he will be more than fair.

Louie is great. Not only did he fix my immediate problem he gave me a solution for my computer running so slowly as well. I am very grateful for having such a wonderful, affordable, resource close by.

Prime Electronics saved the day for me. I was a damsel in distress after spilling 1 cup of water on my laptop keyboard. I called Prime Electronics within 30 minutes of doing it and talked to Louie (the owner). As soon as I walked in, Louie dropped everything and treated it as an emergency. He did his magic on my laptop by taking it apart, drying the Mother board, hard drive and the insides. So meticulously and through! Very impressed. Within 30 minutes he had my laptop humming again as if nothing happened. So thankful and grateful. I highly recommend Prime Electronics, especially Louie.

Great service both technical and customer service-wise. It is an hour drive for me but worth the trip for good service and well price care. Photos to come since the location has changed to a new spot but still on the same street.

Louie got me out of a real jam - my vinyl cutter had a broken USB port and Louie was able to fix the problem while I waited. Not only did he fix it but he secured the port so it was not going to break off again! I was able to get back to the shop and deal with the jobs that had piled up! Real world service!

Louie the owner of Prime Electronics was great I asked if he could fix the hinge on my laptop. He called me a few hours later to tell me me it was ready and would stay after hours if need be. He could’ve just simply helped me with the wiring but he went above and beyond and helped me completely finish the setup on my pc. If you have any problems or questions this is the store to go to!

The owner helped me like no other computer person did.The issue was the mandatory upgrade to Windows 10. The organization I belong to was pushing and forcing me to replace all my computers because they were ..too old.. for the upgrade to work.Louie reviewed the computers I own and with confidence said there is no need to replace them and guided me to a cheap upgrade. Everything works beautifully.He was amazingly helpful spent a lot of time and supported me in this. Louie put a new battery in my iPhone 6s after I had tried to replace the battery on my own. Additionally, he replaced my camera circuit. The guy is great. His shop is great. My iPhone is working like new. All this for a very fair price.

I brought my water damaged phone in and asked if my pictures could be retrieved as verizon could not retrieve them. My phone was so badly damaged, it was beyond repair, but the owner of Prime Electronics was able to turn on apps in my new phone, and every picture I ever took was now on my new phone. Great place.Fixed my I Phone after water damage. This phone was declared beyond repair by the guys at the Mall. He actually knows the components and uses a high power magnifier to find the problems while at the Mall they just use alcohol hoping to solve the problemAfter this fixed my Laptop that had a software issue that the IT people that service my company were going to solve by erasing and restoring the hard drive. Lou is very informative,he does the IT @Dracut Hardware,the 2 times Ive gone to his shop was to repair my charging port,and then yesterday (11/23)I took my nephew to have Lou look at his charging port also.Hes honest,not a BSer either,he was looking at my nephews port with a microscope,he saw one of the tinytangs was missing ( who knew). Before finding Lou(hes next door to my insurance agent) I took my phone to a repair chain with the initials for CellPhoneRepair,.. didnt fix, got charged, called back,not happy. Call or walk in to see Lou, you wont be sorry,his fees are very fair.One word of warning, watch out for the pole in front of his shop!

I have brought 2 laptops and 2 phones to Prime Electronics and every time I have received excellent service. The owner really knows what he is doing. He is very trust worthy. He repaired a broken screen on a laptop, an internal error on the hard drive of a 2nd laptop, an iphone that stopped working and recovered all my info when I locked myself out of an android phone. This is the best place around to get all your IT work done.

My phone stopped charging so I went to Prime Electronics and it was fixed so professionally.I couldnt believe it was the same phone.

I cracked the glass and lcd digitizer on my Samsung Galaxy S7, (the screen looked as though is was bleeding blue) so I needed to get it fixed. I had called a couple different places and found that they simply send the phone out. I had thought about fixing the phone myself, but having looked at the videos on repairing it...the S7 requires removing both the front and back to be removed to replace the front glass. So I figured Id go to someone local who fixes the phone themselves right there. I called Prime Electronics and spoke to Louie. After speaking with Louie it was clear that Louie would be doing the repair himself. So I dropped the S7 off and when I picked it up the phone was like brand new....and the price was right too! I actually wrote this review on my repaired S7. Thanks Prime Electronics for a job well done.
