This place takes you back to Egypt the moment you step inside. Family owned business and they treat you like a family. Superb hospitality and warmth.As for the food and service, definitely the best in Boston.I recommend them highly for all middle Eastern, Egyptian food needs

“It feels like home!” Rarely when you enter a place where the owner recognize you and call you by your name in a very cheerful way... this is always my feeling when I visit the Egyptian Market where everything is fresh, the food is amazing and the owners Mr. Ivan and Ms. Erien are very friendly!Today, my husband and I tried Koshry and it was very tasty!I must say that we can’t wait for our next visit the Egyptian Market where we feel Home!

The owner is rude and bully, worst experience ever had in US. Came to have some food he started screaming why I didn’t call in advance for order! I answered you did not mention that in your Facebook post. He said only his Egyptian customers will understand him. I told him so you don’t want to expand your customers to other nationalities he replied no! So if you are not Egyptian don’t ever go there.

Authentic Egyptian grocery in the heart of New England

I visited this place on a Saturday, small family business, run by the owner and his wife, kids helping in the background, very warm personable customer service, products are similar to whats out there in all arabic stores, but prices are much better compared to the stores in Methuen,watertown,Lawrence.The owner is such a nice guy, serves you with a smile!! If you are looking for egyptian groceries..this place is where you want to be !!
