Life storage has been such a great experience! I have stored my belonging in other places, but Life Storage came with the best customer service by far! Anyone I contact over the phone has been extremely helpful. The property manager Eric was by far the best at helping me fit my needs. The property is extremely clean and well cared for. They also have a moving van on site that you can reserve for any moving needs which was huge for me! If I ever find myself needing storage again in the future, I will definitely be returning to Life Storage!

I have been to this location at different times during the day for more than 6 times in the past 2 weeks and there is always a close Sign.The units are very nice but the service stinks.

A big thankyou to Eric at life storage in dracut!!! He has been so extremely helpful and I wouldnt want to store my items anywhere else. He is kind, efficient, and really goes above and beyond to help the customers. There is a new lady working who is absolutely awful. She is so mean to customers and is constantly just standing around smoking cigarettes. Life storage is going to go down hill with this new lady in charge.

Relatively convenient location and facility looks clean and simple to use from what Ive seen. Phone service was cordial and Eric is pleasant and friendly guy who takes pride in his work. He made the task simple and easy.

Eric made sure I was settled comfortably and he was really helpful, he is quick to help when you have a problem. He helps with a smile, thanks Eric and keep up the good job. Yes I have referred my friend and he is very happy.

I am extremely happy with the storage facility and I would definitely recommend it to everyone I know then went above and beyond for me the other night I was unaware that after 9 p.m. you could not access the storage facility I was under the impression that as long as you had a code you could always access the gate I was wrong I called their office and the gentleman on the phone was able to do a one-time courtesy and allow me to access my storage unit I really appreciate it because had they not let me access my storage unit my next days plans would have been ruined and there were a lot of people coming on my truck so once again thank you so much!

This is my second year coming to Life storage to store my motorcycle and I must say I will never go elsewhere. Eric the property manager is GREAT, very helpful and always there if you need him. Staff is always friendly. Prices are decent, lower than their competition across the street. But the one problem I have is that my unit was stock full of mouse poop. They said they do their best to kill the mice but havent been able to fully eliminate them.......

Sooooo...it is OVERPRICED & I got a large unit however; I ended up getting 2 since not much really fit (I do have a lot of items but still unit not big enough for the $). I did expect something totally different (indoors) I can see why mice and little bugs can get in just hopefully none will be transported to our new home. At the end of the day I did experience very respectful and kind customer service which was why I ended up getting 2 units. I was impressed with 1 representative above all, she definitely went out of her way to accommodate or needs on an emergency basis, Marjorie Beckwith is an outstanding representative and made the experience better. The staff there are unprofessional and beware they overcharge

The people are friendly and helpful but they have mice and bed bugs. All our stuff is gonna have to be thrown out and replaced. We pay $174 a month and everything is ruined.

Staff (Marjorie Beckwith) very friendly and helpful had a great experience there was looking for the right unit to rent wanted to looked at a couple of the same units and she had no problem showing me them and actually help me find one that would work for me highly recommended fast and easy to rent was in and out in least then 10mins very happy to rent with life storage

I absolutely dispise this place. Staff ignorant. Animals got into my unit destroying and eating through some of my stuff. For the price im sure there other places around. Keep looking is my honest opinon!

RUN, dont walk, away from this place to any other! prices go up twice a year, awful/no customer service, manger/staff apparently never informed of plans by company. went to pay my Feb 19 fee, only to be told theyre tearing down the bldg, there are no spots for me to move to, and Id have to move everything out by the end of the month. cost me over $1,ooo, they had the nerve to assess me a late fee when I moved out on the 6th, then miscalculated it - overcharged me by $65. After treating me like dirt and forcing me out, sent a survey for me to fill out, saying they missed me already. obviously too stupid and lazy to realize how much I hate this company. Had to complain to the Better Business Bureau to get the money they overcharged me.

Rented multiple units for 6 months paid every month on time even rented their old clunky box truck instead of going with Uhaul and saving a few bucks. Communication error on when I needed the unit until led to them locking me out of my unit. Paid 4 extra days to store a couch that was ruined while in their facility due to water, while I was locked out of it. No call and no heads up. Couldnt even waive the 4 days after giving them thousands in business this year. Will never give them business again.

PLSSSSSSSSS, IF U HAVE ANY SENSE I WOULD THINK TWICE B4 EVERRRRR PUTTING ANYTHING OF VALUE AT THIS PLACE!! & IF U HAVE ALREADY MADE THE MISTAKE, GET THE INSURANCE CUZ U MIGHT NEED IT! Stored my items here for 2 months while on leave from college, school started, went back to get my things and came to my storage to find everything completely DESTROYED by mice!!! Urine & feces EVERYWHERE & ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS SALVAGEABLE. BELIEVE ME I TRIED...I was puting a bin of shoes in my trunk thinking I could possibly save them, thats when a mouse jumped out of my bin and into my trunk! Did everything I could to find the mouse and couldnt. Next morning, my car wreaked of death and we found the mouse dead in the trunk! I could go on for days about this place...I WILL say that the young lady at the office was very nice when receiving payment and setting up the account but other than that they offered extra mouse traps for our unit as they spend lots of money on pest control to avoid this type of problem (exact words). This was probably, well definitely theee WORST PROBLEM IVE EVER DEALT WITH especially with a Storage company, let alone a business of any sort??!!? All Im saying is..B CAREFUL, B AWARE, GET THE TRAPS! GOOD LUCK!
