Great place to go and buy furniture. We went to a couple places before this and the people weren’t very helpful. This place had ample and friendly health. There was a variety of different things available and great financing options too. Come here and explore for a bit you will not regret it!

So incredibly frustrated with this company. I have been waiting for my dishwasher for a year!! I realize that COVID creates factors beyond The control of RC Willey. What I don’t understand is why no one in customer service has any helpful information (they always just tell you to contact your sales rep) and the sales reps just keep telling me I’m “next on the list” and my appliance is coming “next month.”I understand there are a lot of factors affecting the industry right now, but can’t fathom how no one seems to have any information or make an effort to get any. Can’t their customer service reps contact distributors and get updated info? I’ve asked them too- Got no call back. Can’t they track when previous orders have been filled and make educated guesses? At the very least, can’t they explain what orders are being fulfilled and on what timeline so I can have a realistic expectation of what I’m up against?I’d rather hear that they just don’t know and aren’t making any effort to find out so I can make a decision on how to proceed rather than to keep stringing me along while they hold on to my cash. Inconsiderate, unprofessional, lacking in integrity, not truly interested in helping out the customer. Customer relations when things are tough is a good test of a company- RC Willey has failed the test.

My salesman was perfect. He was not aggressive he was laid back and added to my decision as needed. I would recommend him not only to others but to management for a raise and as an example to others. I spent 40 plus years as a sales trainer and he is the example I was teaching.

This is the second or third time I’ve purchased from RC Willey these guys are great!! I had my dishwasher go out Wednesday evening call that evening told them what I was looking for they gave me my options got everything set up all I had to do was go to the warehouse and pick it up. It took us a little longer than anticipated at the warehouse but other than that our salesman Troy was great and the warehouse people were great!

I like RC Willey however I did make a purchase of over $15,000 at John Paras for two reasons as follows:1) They give you free delivery2) As a veteran they also gave me a 10% discount and if they had everything I wanted I would have made my purchase there.They did not hesitate in giving me my military discount. RC Willey had given me a 5% before and the $50 felt like a slap in the face.The salesperson could not have been better or more professional. But when purchasing this amount and paying for delivery and being a veteran and no discount where others provide it you go somewhere else. I also save on my appliances through Lowe’s and Home Depot.I do compare shopping and have been a customer of RC Willey for over 50 years and I know these are the reasons veterans are going shopping other places first.You asked and I wanted to share and be honest.SincerelyDale Hansen

My husband and I were very pleased with our experience at RC Willey in Draper, UT.We didn’t feel like the sales associates on the floor were “Vultures” in any way (Like we had previously experience at a competitive store earlier that day)Our sales associate was very nice, and was able to find us so many options within our detailed preference of dimension and price.I loved that she was honest about how long it would take for our furniture to be delivered (due to the Labor Day rush) and she gave us a detailed run down of what they cover when it comes to rips and stains on furniture.Overall an amazing and hassle free experience that will bring us back in the future for any other furniture or appliance needed for our home.

Gone are the days of salesman swarming you when you walk in. I found helpful people but not obnoxious. I found all the things I was looking for in the price ranges I had hoped. Inventory was plentiful so I didn’t have to wait for back order. It’s nice to be able to buy an appliance, couch and a bed and have it all in stock rather than waiting the 6-8 weeks many other places are promising.

Rock solid experience. well staffed - we were helped immediately. Our sales guy, Craig, was very knowledgeable... like he was really into this!efficiently connected to pieces that met our requirements, objections well handled (ie some nice rocker/recliners were electrically powered, and i hate cords, so the sales guy connected me to battery packs)prices were surprisingly good. checkout was efficient and i was able to easily split my bill (two pieces are for a business, others for home).store is clean, well organized, though a little dense. bathrooms clean, functional.Only major knock - I specifically shopped for in-stock items (made that clear to our rep), and though they had good stock, delivery is 2 weeks out. CLEARLY our goal of shopping in stock is to get the pieces sooner and while 2 weeks (delivery delay for in stock items) is for sure shorter than 4-6 months for out of stock items, its still not... you know... a couple days out.We live in a world now in which companies are expected to provide a great end to end experience. RC Willey did this surprisingly well. Tighten up those delivery windows to be more real-time, and they are hitting grand slams.

These guys promise a refund policy. But they do not abide by it. I ordered something that isn’t supposed to be delivered until next week and they will not refund my money. Do not trust their refund policy. I’ve called three times and they keep giving me the runaround. They promised that I could cancel up to 14 days after I receive the product. It isn’t even supposed to be delivered until next week and they refused to refund..

We just moved into a town house after living out of our camp trailer for just over 5 years. We needed almost everything except a bed. We went for just a wager and dryer to start with so we could at least do our laundry as we unpack everything. We looked around the store and ended up getting a front room set and a dining room table as well. Troy in appliances and Matt in furniture were very helpful and not pushy. That is one thing we do not like is when you walk into a store and get bombarded with all types of salesman. They made our purchasing experience a good one. Was helpful and courteous. Thank You.

I purchased flooring from RC Willey in the spring and it was installed in early July, There were some significant issues with the quality of the installation. During the installation process they also damaged the kitchen cabinets. Numerous phone calls over a six week period and even a two trips into the store resulted in being passed from department to department. We finally were able to get the flooring repaired 10 days ago. However, the cabinet damage has not been resolved. I was initially told it would be an easy fix and the installer would complete it. When the installer came to do the other repairs he suggested that I call and have a cabinet company do the repairs because he was not equipped and bill it back to RC Willey. This was not a financial risk I was willing to make. I am now working with the corporate office and was told that they would arrange to have the cabinet damage repaired by an outside agency. I have yet to get a phone call about this and it has been 10 days. While I understand how busy they must be I am still the customer and would like to have my home repaired in a timely manner. So disappointing, as I have purchased products from RC Willey for over 30 years and it is a shame to see they no longer care about customer service after the sale is made. I will continue to call but I have minimal confidence in a timely resolution.

I ordered a certain flooring and had help to move heavy furniture and the day before I called to get a time frame of when they were coming I was told it was never scheduled and I would have to wait an additional month before delivery.I was furious! I had to go in that day to find a similar flooring to hopes it got put in before all my events happen in the next few weeks.

The manager and salesman that helped me could not have been more friendly or helpful. I appreciated that very much. The salesman even showed concern for the speed of my payment process so that I would not need to wait in the long holiday line (I had driven from Payson to Draper and am not young anymore 🙂.) I was able to complete my transaction in record time, which allowed me the opportunity of looking around the well kept and well designed store. I would definitely make the drive to shop there again.

Amazing experience. I was asked if I needed help right away but when I declined was allowed to walk around store looking without being stalked like other places. Once I was ready, Julie was so incredible. She answered my questions, offered input based on my needs and when ready to buy triple checked it was the right model. She offered other accessories I might need but never pushed or made me feel like I was being “sold”. I will definitely return for other needs and ask for Julie.

We are pleased with our mattress and our salesman Bill was very nice, knowledgeable and professional-the only thing that was disappointing was the fact that we were told the delivery men would take our old mattress but they said that they didn’t have room in the truck. We were a little upset and contacted our salesman and he arranged for them to come pick it up two days later. They came - but only took the box spring- left the mattress! So we contacted RC Wiley AGAIN and they are trying to get someone here to pick it up. Not sure what the problem is- when you purchase an expensive mattress and base and are told they will take your old one, they should take it.

My relative was looking for a new couch. Went looking at this RC Willey and found a good couch at $599. The next day she received a coupon in the mail for $100 off the price. Came back to this exact same couch and was going to buy it. She had before and after pictures of the price and item number.Saw the price increase to $699! She walked out immediately and went to Costco instead. My point is avoid RC WILLEY. RC Willey I know you want to make a profit but at least be fair and honest about doing business.

When we first arrived the gal at the front wasnt really sure where to go for what I was looking to buy, so we wondered around a bit then decided to see if we could get help. Went back to the gal at entrance asked her to get us a salesperson. While she was looking up on a piece of paper who to call a salesman came by, my sister asked him if he could help us. His name is Jon and he was so helpful. He explained each hide a bed we were looking at. I was able to get what I wanted and plan on using Jon when Im ready to buy my bed. Loved his personality, how he told us about the couches then stayed with me through the whole process of opening an account setting up a date for delivery, everything that needed to be done Jon was there.

Nice goods, but -- Called ahead to ask them to set aside a specific decor item for me. Employee refused (politely) four separate times, and told me Id have to look through the store myself and find it. Took me 45 min to locate my item. Cashier location is hard to find, and check out procedure took 10 or 15 minutes to set up a cash account instead of just letting me pay for my item. What should have taken 5 min took over an hour. Frustrating!

R C Willey has become my go to place for all home goods. I live in a small town 200 miles away, my dishwasher broke down. Home depot would take 5 weeks to get one in, RC Willey will have it delivered to my home-dishwasher, hoses, delivery, and tax for $150 less. I bought a living room set at John Paris-horrible build, high end price! Ive now bought 2 sets family and living room from RC and they are perfect! Extremely well made, beautiful and comfortable! Dont even get me started about mattresses! The staff are amazing, ever time Ive gone in a store they are spot on, knowledgeable, helpful! Truly caring and amazing from start to finish! We went in for a couch, loveseat and tables. The couches were a fantastic price and the coffee/ end tables were even better on price. I did not realize RC Willey had such a great range of pricing offers and styles. My sister changes her furniture regularly and cant spend a fortune so the options were great. We went to other furniture stores near by and were shocked by the prices in comparison. The salesman was also a customer advocate and I was pleasantly surprised.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I am astounded by the terrible customer service in the flooring department. We had carpet installed over 2 months ago. We crammed to get it done as we had a baby on the way. The installation was terrible. There are extremely visible seams and corners of the carpet that aren’t even attached and lifting up. We called the next day after instillation and told that the seams would “smooth out” over time. Finally after calling and calling our sales rep Erica, she agreed we should have someone come look at it in person. Then I never heard back from her. So I kept calling and finally got someone to schedule someone to come look. It has now been 4 weeks, and we have heard nothing from RC Willey. I called last week and spoke to the manager Steve to be promised a call back same day and nothing. It has now been 2 days and I plan to go in tomorrow and not leave until this issue is resolved. It is very clear to me that RC Willey does not care about their customers once they have received their payment. I will NEVER recommend or shop here again which is a huge disappointment as we have been long time customers for many years and spent thousands of dollars with RC Willey.**EDIT- Steve, thank you for giving me a call today and explaining the delays. We look forward to getting our carpet fixed soon!

Had RC Willey deliver bedroom set and appliances today. Delivery guys refused to take old fridge and old mattress said they had a small truck and no room even though when we purchased the sales person told us they would take it. Also it turned out all the parts didn’t come with my bed I purchased and they left the job half way done. I was told only the drawers couldn’t be used and they would call me later to set up another appt. they didn’t give me an option to just take the bed and bring a new one. When we went to lay down side of the bed fell off since it turns out they hadn’t screwed it in right and now it seems like we won’t be able to even put it back together. I have to wait 2 days till someone can come back. WorstService ever. Also no one called me so i had to call myself to set up the appt

The salesman we worked with was excellent and I feel went above and beyond to not only find matching chairs for the clearance table we purchased, but to get a great price on them as well. The only small issue we had was there was a communication issue with the pick-up process. Our furniture was wrapped after the initial call to pick up,, but didn’t come out to the truck until we inquired again after waiting some time.

Everything was great. The only issue I have is that I was told i would get all of my items but I’m missing two chairs for a dining room table and now I have to wait a month in half for the remaining items. Which is a little annoying. It would be nice if the employees would be truthful on how long it will take instead of coming up with something to make a sale.

We purchased two leather sofas from Brad Snelson who appeared knowledgeable about the products. We never felt pressured which was not our experience at another store. Great to work with. Good selection. However wanted them to deliver my washer next day or so because ours broke. But they could not accommodate us. Delivery was 2 weeks away. Had to pick it up myself from their main warehouse and install it my self. The did take my old washer but I had to disconnect it and take it to them. Not like the RCWilley of older days.

They were on back order, but he called us to keep us informed on status, up until delivery. We had an issue with on the appliances and he resolved and found a solution the same day!! Yeah my experience was awful. My husband and I live in Idaho & came down to look at furniture for our new apartment. We literally took an entire trip because a few of our family members recommended RC Willey’s. When we arrived we were greeted by Julie who asked us questions which was totally okay but when we started looking around she literally followed us through the entire store. And not subtly. She stayed like maybe 20 feet behind us. We lasted about 5 minutes before I told my husband I was uncomfortable and wanted to leave. I am very disappointed and will never come back and definitely do not want to give them my business. And whatever you decide to reply back with please don’t, that is no way to treat anyone especially not someone who is willing to give you their business. We will not be going back.

My daughter and I went shopping for a sofa at RC Willey in Draper. We went upstairs to the clearance area, as we looked around Mr Robert Dorsey asked if we needed any assistance, at first we just looked around but went to him with several questions on several items he was so helpful and likeable there were so many nice items and good deals we ended up both buying couches and an amazing lift top coffee table. It really was an enjoyable shopping experience and I’d like to give a shout out to not only Robert, but the nice people who greeted us when we walked in and left to the nice cashier lady whom we didn’t get a name but her emp id on the receipt is 28321. Tyler Bell was absolutely amazing!!! Not only did he show me all my options, he helped me stay within my budget. There was a couch that I absolutely needed! It was slightly too much but luckily there was a section of the couch that was in the scratch and dent section that I was able to buy saving me $650 overall. While he got me the savings, he was concerned about the protection of my purchased and told me about the 7 year warranty at a very small cost!!!! An amazing salesman! I manage about 7 salesmen and none of them care as much about our clients as much as Tyler showed me Saturday! I’m a customer for life!!

We liked a refrigerator and it was red tagged on the clearance area for 1000, which ment we had to pickup on that day. I was willing to pay delivery and wait for the delivery availability. However if I wanted delivered they wanted to charge me 400 extra. Spoke with the manager and he wouldnt work with me even if there where 2 other refrigerators of the same kind. I guess they think is better to lose 1000 + delivery instead of making some kind of profit from their clearance items. Very disappointing.

I had posted a less than 5 star review 3 days ago because of some delivery issues with my kitchen appliances. RC Willey reached out to me and did what was necessary to correct the issue and make things right. So Ive changed it to 5 stars now because of their willingness to make things right. So we put in am order for a couch set. It was a set that they had put out on the floor. They asked us what color we wanted. They had 2, grey, or the brown that it was on the floor. We ordered the grey.Called then back like 4 weeks later to check on our order and they had not placed Anything!I shouldnt be surprised! Customer service has gone iut the window!Yet we are still suppose to tip, and leave these great reviews! Na.Just sharing my real experience. Guess that makes me a Debbie downer, negative nancy, whatever the .@#&%!I wont go back to them!Theres a reason all their stores shut down!Too expensive and now dont even want to give the common courtesy of respectfully serving their customers!!Id leave 1 Half of a star if it were possible!

I’ll never shop at RcWilley again and the only reason I did today was because I had a large gift card to burn. I’ve never had good experiences previously. One example being that they sold me a bed that was literally 5ft from the floor to the top of the mattress. You could argue that it is my fault for buying it, but what is the point of sales representatives if they don’t help you buy the right stuff.I get that it is mostly a furniture store but they advertise themselves as a 5-in-1 with electronics being one of those.Here is the process I endured to buy a Nintendo Switch.1. Find item2. Find an associate and hope they are from the right department3. Wait for an associate to create an order.4. Take the order to another area to pay for it.5. Wait for cashier6. Call the warehouse to let them know your order has been paid for and you are on your way7. Drive over to the warehouse8. Wait for them to bring out your items.Any other store.1. Grab item2. Wait for cashierWhat took 30 minutes should have taken 5.On a side note. The sales associates are all friendly and efficient (either that or they are clicking a bunch of buttons to pretend like they are efficient). But the process is ridiculous.

Worst experience with carpet installation. The lead installer was rude, unprofessional and destroyed our baseboards. They installed the wrong carpet pad (lower grade than what we paid for), left carpet strips, glue and pad in a room that wasn’t supposed to be carpeted. We called and spoke to Michael about our experience and assured us he’d have the manager contact us the next day. We texted photos of the damage and now 2 weeks later we called and the manager said he had no knowledge of the situation. We are awaiting a resolution, but so far they want to offer us store credit rather than fix the errors and damage. Never again will I order flooring from a big box store. The small amount we saved on an install “deal” has cost us hundreds of dollars and destroyed an expensive new paint job. A few people warned me and said you get what you pay for. I wish I’d headed their advice. Now we are left with holes, scratches, nails, and glue to deal with and it’s going to cost about $500 to have the painters come back to patch, sand and repaint. It sure seems as though RC Willey doesn’t pay their employees or contractors enough to care.

Tyler Bell and Sarah Christensen helped us out yesterday and they were very honest and helpful! I will request them when I return! I do feel like there was a lot of other employees just sitting on their phones and avoiding eye contact or talking to each other and not customers. But those two specifically were amazing!
