Let’s start off with the most important part as it always starts with customer service. FANTASTIC, they made me feel extremely valued as their customer. The communication was immaculate, not one step went by without me being informed. Blaise and Josh helped me a ton with my car as I’m new to Audi. They told me what they recommend vs the other products without forcing me upon their recommendation. It started with me ordering a intercooler and IE stage 2 tune. They informed me of IE not having the cable for the tune as it was on back order, they offered for me to come down and they would use their cable to tune my car. They were close so I went down and they introduced them professionally, showed me some of their products during the tubing and also battled it out with IE for the intercooler so I could take it home instead of shipping. That experience has led me to only do business with 4 horsemen racing from here on out. So needless to say, I ended up getting my awe touring exhaust with them. And it showed up literally the day after I ordered it. All in all I would recommend them over any competitors there are. Awesome staff, makes you feel like family, unreal customer service, and products you just can’t beat anywhere else. You have left me a customer that will always rep 4 horsemen racing.
